If I could give a negative I would! I go there all the time trying to get the dog food for my dog. They can’t keep Petfresh in so what did they do?! They added another one for Cesar Refrigerator dog food. They haven’t had a decent pet area since Chris McDonald left. They’ve gone downhill since!Every time you ask somebody where something is they look at you like you’re from another world and they give you that “I no know let me ask” and then they never come back around.I’ve complain to management and corporate and nobody cares, they all say they care and they’re going to do some about it, but it never changes, nothing is ever done about it.

I want to thank the two evening managers Ben and Dylan for their customer assistance after a bad experience at the front door greeter. All was handled professionally and with a smile. Kudos to these two young men for their gift of making the customer feel special.

Ive been to this Walmart multiple times and Im thankful theres a Walmart in Del Rio! I had a good experience shopping there and the staff are all helpful and friendly. Even if I cant speak Spanish, the staff will find another member to help me (although one time I was able to speak and get help thanks to Duolingo!).

Good selection, nice store and everything I was looking for. Needs a bicycle rack.

It was great but I recommend that people also shop local Thrift stores. I have found new clothing and well as tools at a fraction of the costs than Chinese big box stores...and better quality US made items.

Like always Walmart has everything I need when I need it most. The employees here are nice and know where everything is at.

As one of only 2 major grocery stores in Del Rio its well stocked and clean. Produce is typically good, although not extensive.Along with groceries you have the normal WalMart selection of consumer goods, automotive care, and limited nursery.

Wide variety of selectionClean and easy to get around.They had a book Ive been wanting and it was a major surprise that they had it!

Large and clean Walmart, plenty of check out lanes so fast service even when it’s busy. Get safe, no weirdos in the parking lot. Allows overnight RV stays. Two thumbs up!

Its a Walmart nothing magical. However, staff at the register today was a super nice lady and very helpful.

The store was super hot inside.. We couldnt even shop comfortably for back to school stuff.

Store closing time at 6pm is fine. Not letting customers inside at 553pm isnt. The security guard blocking us from going in 10 seconds after the previous group was allowed in is a bit much, especially when the guard knew that we needed to get 1 item in the store and knew exactly where it was located. Thank you for ruining our Christmas by making us stay 2 days extra in Del Rio so we could get the item we needed to safely continue our travels. We would have gone to a gas station to get the item we needed except they were out of it.

Is a good store to go do your groceries shopping, everything nice and organize.

I asked for help in the garden department no help came. I asked someone to help he pointed in the direction of the product and went the other way in a hurry. We all know a walmart employee cant do that they have to take you to the productWhile I was still waiting for help I had to call the store while I was waiting in the department to get get help after waiting 40 minutes finally got help. Cause I had to track down the store manager to help.

No clerks at check outs every one must do self check out

This place is clean and organized. It wasnt as busy as other Walmarts. They have lots of self check out registers

The service center didnt wanna honor there price on the wal mart app and it even said instore price but it rang up more expensiveand they werent helpful at all

Cashiers are friendly.I always have to wait when I go to electronic for help. Every time I go shopping at this location, they are out of stock on items that I am look for on a regular basis.When I do online pickup orders, they have to substitute, or cancel multiple items from my order nearly every time because of out of stock products.I work in Del Rio, but choose to drive to Uvalde on my day of to have a more pleasant shopping experience in a cleaner, more organized, friendly store.3 stars is me being kind to the staff that is over worked because there so few of them.

I have enjoyed going to the local Walmart for many years and the employees are always very happy and very knowledgeable about the in store items.

Waiting in line longer than it took to get something about 15 minutes before closing So far its been 25 minutes in line number 8 on a Friday evening they should have a couple of more lines open to check out

Out of too many items all the time. Never enough registers open and most of the cashiers are as slow as molasses. One person at the customer service desk when frequently there are 10 customers waiting for help.

Very bad experience I give thumps down had to wait 45 minutes in jewelry for assistance went to a cashier call for someone from jewelry but still nobody showed then they called for me 3 more times from payment center and still nobody so I just left walmart. No stars from me

Lady that works at automotive register (charging the money) she is extremely very very rude, she works in the morning ( Hispanic, glasses, black and white hair.) She should not work for wal-Mart.

Worst customer service ever ! I scanned a product with my app that they only had in store and when I went to pay no one wanted to honor the price. I talked to the department manager and she was so rude , the manager was so rude and they couldn’t honor there own price !! Avoid this store! Drive to where ever they have better customer service!

Their is no ultra-soft toilet paper in the bathroom. I took a big doodoo and the super thin toilet paper ripped and now my hand is covered in doodoo and it smell like beefy chicken with rotten eggs. Please exchange the toilet for a kohler one and bring slime (Blue Color). I will pay in 2 days after I shower my feet.

This store is the cleanest, friendliest, most organized Walmart that I have ever been in! And, there are helpful employees in every section of the store! I met Viviana in the back left hand side of the store and asked her where I could find something. She was gracious and cheerful and walked me all the way to the front right hand side of the store to the product that I was searching for. She had a spring in her step and spoke with me as we traversed the aisles. What a lovely person. Made my day. :)

There were tons of people and only 2.long waiting lines after a long wait finely 2 more cashiers were added.and the self checks also had p.o g lines..so I really dont know what the problem was..

The store was clean, the staff is very nice and helpful when needed. They has plenty of registers open so people could spread out and they have markings on the floor and face shields for the staff. I wish they would cover the pin pad with plastic but they do offer touchless pay with the app I just need to use it next time.

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart theres no getting around that everyone great till you need to check out and come to a screeching halt. But people are friendly and store is clean so have to give it to them for at least that.

I normally cannot stand going to Walmart however... If I was going to be stuck in a Walmart I would want it to be this one. Not only do they have the option of working on your car while you shop... A number of the staff are extremely helpful... Kind... And thoughtful. Not to mention their vision center... Melissa helped me so much that I was in tears.It takes alot for me to actually give a Wal Mart a good review. And the only reason its a 4 is because its WalMart. Lol. Otherwise, this place wins hands down in the large store department. ;)

I was able to park my truck, go inside and do a little shopping. Nice enough large parking area, easy in and park and easy exit.

I greatly appreciate several workers there where very helpful especially being from out off town!

While checking out I was told they only take debit card or cash, would have been nice to see a sign or something before hand. Huge inconvenience! Cash during a pandemic? Thats smart.

I still dont understand why they have night stockers if all through out the day they have pallets of merchandise all over the store & why do they have 30 registers and only open 2 or 3 of them and the rest are self check out...

Many unattended cash registers while the self checkout is horribly unorganized. The line to self checkout starts in 3 spots, people are disgruntled and confused as to who advances to the self checkout arena while the line obstructs the flow of traffic from the main entrance.

Experience was not good , bought a Acer Chromebook 15 there couple of years ago and could not find a charger for it . . .

Never has a company done so much for so many.thank you for getting me through this pandemic.
