I bought my vehicle on a Saturday and during the test drive I heard a lot of noise coming from the rear brakes. I told them I would be more comfortable making the purchase if they replace the brakes before purchasing the vehicle. He said they don’t have any service techs on weekends and to bring it in during the week and they will get that noise taken care of. When I brought it back they said it was just surface rust on the rotor from sitting in the sales lot and they were going to grind down the rotors. After everything I still heard the noise and was told to let them go through a break in period since they just ground down the rotors. Gave it a few more weeks and talked to them again and said there is nothing wrong. Some months later I find a gouge in both rear rotors while getting an oil change done at the jeep dealer that the techs brought to my attention. I schedule to bring it to Tom sparks and when I brought it in they said that it’s normal and that it would even it’s self out. I told them I know brake pads gouging rotors is no where near normal. I was then told that if I want it fixed I can talk to the sales person because it’s the sales persons responsibility to pay for it not the dealer. I will recommend other local dealerships before Tom sparks and will not bring my vehicle there for any service. If you aren’t sure of something on the vehicle you want to purchase use the test drive to bring it to the vehicle manufacturer dealer and let them look it over since they don’t lose money in finding issues with the vehicle.

Everyone at Tom Sparks is amazing. My mom has bought cars from here most of my life, and they have never disappointed. Their service department is always so helpful and amazing. Ruben just helped me by my first car completely on my own, and he helped me with every step, and never steered me wrong. We found Tom Sparks Auto via an online car search website. I had been very interested in a Buick Enclave and had tried to find an affordable one in my area, but wasnt having any luck. Being from a small rural town, I ended up expanding my search radius and found Tom Sparks, who had a fully loaded Enclave for significantly less money than the Enclaves in my area that didnt have nearly as many features. I sent my interest to Brad, who is their internet sales guy and he kept in contact with me. I live 2 hours away so told him I would not be able to get to the store until evening after I got off of work within my school building. He recommended I fill out a pre-approval form online in case we ended up purchasing so our buying process would be quicker on-site. Before I left work, I called to double verify that the vehicle was still available and he told me that yep! we have it on hold waiting for you! When we arrived, we met with Dan, because Brad was gone for a personal matter and he treated us very well and even let us check out the vehicle and test drive alone so we could discuss everything in private! When we returned, we were in love with it and the buying process with him and Ruben was quick, easy and wonderful. Highly recommend this place! I absolutely love this place. I had my first experience with them through their service department which was extremely fast and very knowledgeable. Tom Sparks Auto is the best auto mechanic in the area! Ive been here a few times as a recommendation from a friend. They have great customer service where they will give me a ride to work (nearby) while they work on my car. If they see anything else wrong with the car, they will let you know first before any work is done to the car. Their best interest is in the customer and they just want to make sure youre back on the road again safely.

My husband and I needed to get a newer vehicle but were dreading the whole car buying experience. We hate it so we shopped on Sunday when the car dealerships were closed. We found some at Tom Sparks that we liked. We heard great things about them and they sold my son a car awhile back. So we test drove a few I just couldnt make my mind up for a few weeks. They were all awesome no pressure like you get at other dealerships. Let us take car my ourselves let us decide. Finally yesterday we when in and the process was easy and painless.Dan help us but Brad had help us when Dan was gone one day. They are both great. Rueben did all the financing and he was wonderful.
