Amazing staff and selection. I always have a great time when stopping in for juice and coils. The staff are very polite, care to learn about myself and my tastes and always aim to please. My daughter especially loves to go with me as she can help me select juice flavors and claims Bailey is her best friend and the coolest person ever lol. Definitely a location where I(and my daughter) feel very welcome and appreciated

I used to be a regular and after months of not going today made me realize why I stopped going there as much as possible. Terrible service with poor listening skills. Now I have to wait on money to get back to my card and hopefully not get an overdraft fee In The process. I specifically said I was on a 30 dollar budget and need juice and coils. The blonde lady rings up the coils and tells me the coils in itself are 20 alone. I said forget about the coils then what about the juice? I finally decide on a decently priced juice and she rings me in for both coils and juice. And being over my 30dollar limit. Then she tries to argue with me and say I never said forget about the coils. On top of that she tells me the money wont hit 3 to 5 days from now...👎👎👎👎 Smh

Prices of equipment and juice are very reasonable. Plenty of flavors to choose from and the quality of juice is good. The guys working there (i dont render their names) were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time, not trying to just make a sale. Will definitely shop here when I can.

Spoke with a guy over the phone and he was rude. Probably will never come here since there are other shops who have 4 day policies on their cartridges. Highly dont recommend mainly for that reason.

Only been here once, went today. Had a problem with my mod. They fixed it right away no cost, so I bought some juice and atomizers. Juice is really good, gonna go here from now on. - Been a few more times, very pleased...great place!

This is some of the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff I have met. Being fairly new to vaping, I feel I may test the limits of patience with asinine questions. The staff takes time every time to ensure I get what Im looking for. They even had a coil primed for me when mine took a dump. You cannot go wrong with the crew of Fort Defiance Vapes.
