11% Rebate on entire store.....sounds great but isnt really a sale. Quality of products mostly comes down to price your willing to pay. No longer have the selection of tools they used to :(Overall, Menards is a great place to get your home improvement needs....just becoming to much of a everything in one stop kinda place than home improvement stuff. Limiting selection to make inventory room for groceries and one really bad experience here when buying garage doors makes me tend to perfer Lowes. And Lowes has actual sales.

Friendly staff. A gal sweeping up aisles actually helped a ton with locating everything I was after! I dont know if everyone there sweeps floors or not, but I wish I had gotten her name because she really went out of her way to guide and show us. Person in appliances was so helpful with a possible dishwasher replacement. And cashier was so helpful in reloading things with my badly hurt back. People in Defiance are already proving to me 50-times better than in Lucas County!

Met the nicest young lady at Menards today. Was looking for a channel for my lattice and she was looking it up for me. Sad to say, it was outside and it was 90 + weather. This young lady said Ill go get it for you What was her name Aubrey. That tiny little girl went out in this heat so I wouldnt have to, now thats what I call service. She deserves a commendation.

Typical Menards. Appliance selection is really limited but overall the store has as good of a selection as they can considering the supply issues everyone is facing. Clean store.

They have everything here! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I always see familiar faces here too.

It was okay I was making a delivery there and walked in was looking for some pork rinds didnt have one bag anywhere disappointed ☹️

We went in about a week ago and Josh the manager was so nice and helped us plan and locate our dog run. They didnt have all the pieces we needed at that location and he found the other ones we needed at the Fort Wayne location for us. Thanks Josh. We came back the next two days for other things and because of the experience we had.

Bought a whirlpool washing machine from menards in defiance ohio March of 2019 it quit working on June 23 2021 called the warranty company had to wait 5 days to be told they could not find someone to repair my washer and I would have to wait another 3 to 5 days for them to figure out how to replace it called menards and was told there is nothing they can do I will never spend another dime of my money at menards it is absolutely terrible for warranty on their products

Ordered on line have no way to print receipt so,screwed out of rebate! Person attending the yard was rude and not very helpful.

The products are good and the store is clean. The rudeness and bullying of staff is unbearable. I do not abide mask policing. I will not return.

Im out of town taking care of a family member so I purchased a couple bags of concrete online and sent my son to get them. He gets there and they only have one is stock when their website said 9. They refused to help with anything. They do however need help with their snobby attitudes. They act like this isnt their fault. And even said their website is not accurate. If it isnt accurate they shouldnt sell online. So they take the money quick and in a hurry for a product that they dont even have in stock for gas to be wasted to drive 25 minutes to be told oops and it will be 3-5 days for the refund to go through. So if you have money and time to blow for absolutely nothing then this is the place to be. Never again

If Menards carried Ryobi, I would never shop anywhere else. Always 11% rebates. That 15% off bag is cool too. It is like Walmart, but with useful merchandise.

Went to the back desk to order insulation. Guy rang me up for my insulation so I went to the front and paid. Got out to the barn outside and realized he rang me up for unfaced when I needed the opposite. Had to go back in to the back and someone else fixed it. Walked half way through the store and seen that guy got it wrong again... What should of took 15 minutes most ended up taking 45 minutes.

I was in there a couple of weeks ago they refuse to let me in because I cannot wear a mask I have severe emphysema they didnt seem to care they said tough you can order online and pick up out front I told them thats not how I do business I want to see what Im buying and then purchase it they didnt care. The executive order that they quoted even states that people with severe disabilities cannot be made to wear a mask it could kill them. But apparently Menards does not care. Will never shop there again and will highly recommend nobody else does..

If you are a person that has a medical problem and you CAN NOT wear a mask do not go to menards in defiance ohio. I was already done with my shopping and was in line to cash out they told me either I had to put a mask on or Get OUT. I told them what my medical issue was and said I CAN NOT wear a mask. They said we make no exceptions for no one. But i was stoped by only 1 employee and I explained to him the deal and he said I just have to inform my General manager. And after he got off the phone he said ok. And I continued my shopping. But once I got to the place before the cashier. I get approached by another employee and said put a mask on or get out. He was a shift supervisor. But yet I seen several employees walking around with no mask. So how is that for your likings. They can not force you to wear a mask if you have medical conditions that prevents it.I HOPE AND WISH SOMEONE WOULD BOYCOTT THIS MENARDS.

Nice store, decent size compared to some of the others I have been too. Always seem to have decent sales and nice employees helping when there is a question. Pretty clean as well love to just browse around when I have a minute to spare. But the bottom line is this is a very nice Menards.

They need more power chairs for people with walking disabilities.

If youre in the store, the customer service is generally outstanding. If youre on the phone--not so much. If it wasnt for a rebate, business would be taken elsewhere.

This is my go-to home improvement store. The prices and selection are outstanding. Id prefer to use a Menards private label item instead of a major brand item for anything. The price is always better, and the quality is comparable or better. There are also an abundance of employees available to help you find what youre looking for.

I really like this store better than the other locations. It does not take long to get the supplies you need and the customer service people are more informative and friendlier.

As always I found everything I needed, the sta8was helpful and the ladies at checkout always polite and cheerful

Menards is just another rip off company...just like Lowes, Home Depot. I buy local when ever I can. I would rather pay a little more then save a dime at any of three.Its a hit and miss with staff as to know if they can be of any real assistance. Delivery charges are outrageous. You would think after a certain amount delivery would be free.I bought everything I needed to redo a small bathroom and got free delivery from a local lumber store. My price comparison to Menards was about 23.00 bucks more to shop local.And with everything online and free shipping I got fantastic deals on sink combos, toilet and lighting.I was just here for price comparison, glad I went the other route.
