I dropped off a set of bow cushions to be redone, They made me a new set of cushions which came out awesome. I took them back to the boat and one of the snaps didnt line up correctly. I called and they said drop them back off and we will check them. The owners looked and said they would like to go to the boat and make a template (they went off my old cushions which were pretty beet up) Chris also noticed that the headrests on the old cushions were on back wards from the originals so he switched them on my new ones. This company stood behind their product, didnt charge me additional when they had to redo the cushion when the mistake was on the originals. It is great to see a company with integrity and craftsmanship! Highly recommended!

Glad to be the first to write a review! For all you folks that still own a Fortunoff Classic original set, you can make it as good as new! I redid my patio chairs and they look fantastic! Reasonably priced. So many patterns to choose from. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Nice personal touch. They even sent a cute thank you postcard. (Who does that anymore). P. S. Pay to $50 for delivery. Worth it!
