Everywhere in Houston is closed I need a hose and fittings done for my fuel lines for truck Justin the tech comes out takes care of it ASAP and no hassles very professional. Hard to come by these days will be using them from now on. I have Justin’s number saved so I can deal with him he takes care of business!!!

Above and beyond. Exceptional Service, I have never walked in here and not felt like I was the most important person in the place. On a Sunday afternoon, I had a pressure washer hose burst, and needed to get the job done ASAP. Seth Clark answered (they have an after-hours person available for non-business hours, which is an extremely professional service), and Seth offered to come directly to the shop to fix the issue, although there are understandable costs with 24-hour/off-business hour jobs per industry pracitices.I came in on Monday morning and Seth, Anthony and two other associates troubleshot the hose issue immediately, and had myriad parts to get the job done, but the OEM Manufacturer (DeWalt) had originally designed the hose so that a new connector couldnt be re-attached, and the parts are completely unobtainable-- even through OEM. Seth and Anthony and their guys worked diligently for literally 45 minutes with similar parts to see what could be done to help me, but in the end, there was no fix that could be done safely. They insisted that they couldnt try to gerimander something that they werent 100% sure of the safety and functionality. I could have nothing but respect for their honesty and through professionalism. They felt so disappointed that they werent able to come to safe solution, that they didnt charge me for the time & considerable they spent, since no fix was possible. Hose Tech and its employees will be where I go to get ALL my future hosing and fittings. Superb customer service, top quality parts, and extremely reasonable prices and efficient work. 5 Stars on every level.

These guys are first class in so many ways i had a hose that got damaged on the road i drive trucks needed get the hose cut and re ended and fittings swapped out called and Guy was very helpful even fought the fitting as it wouldn’t want to come off and re ended my hoses price was decent i even bought some fittings for a future adjustment just because the service was so awesome i laugh and joked with the service manager really pleasant experience in a negative moment nice ppl i have referred other guys here as well
