Went through Costco and I must say from start to finish they have been great. Arthur who came to look at the instal was really nice and informative. I can’t be mad at the delays because of COVID, but I waited awhile from order to install. The installers came today and did an amazing job taking down my 50+ year old manual door. They put in all new hardware and top/side jams. Then got the new door in and the new lift. Extremely happy with the work after they made all the adjustments.

Team met the scheduled delivery time, very knowledgeable lead installer, a much better door fit than my last set of garage doors, team cleaned up afterwards & removed old doors. If there is one minor area for improvement it is in the very common use of a mail slot. There is a limited selection and my previous door had a mail slot with a back flap to keep out cold and prying eyes. I know this is a minor section of the work, but attention to this area can improve the overall experience. To help complete this segment, my local handyman will seal the exposed insulation in the mail slot space....Thank you Door Pro.

Smooth, straightforward experience. Bruce from sales was very informative and broke down my choices for my needs and budget. Bonus was the costco cash card! When the day of install cane they were in and out under 2 hours. Door itself has been quiet and i love having a wifi garage opener!

The installers were very professional. They did their work quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves, removing all debris and all remnants of the former garage door. They swept the area and left it immaculately clean. I would recommend this firm unequivocally.

Got a good deal after bargaining and using competitive quotes from the salesman. My two car garage door was slightly off the normal width, so had to be custom ordered. It took 2 weeks from signing the agreement to the installation day. One truck delivered the door to my house first at around noon, then three guys came at the scheduled time and got everything (tearing down and installing new) done within 2.5 hours. They cleaned up the area pretty well. Would’ve got 5 stars if the salesman didn’t go missing after the sale.

Hello - this is the update on 14th July I was told door is not ready because parts are missing and then after few weeks I was given 14th August as the new date and this morning I get a call that the door panels are damaged and the door cannot be installed- this is unbelievable that I have to wait for three months and still can’t get a garage doorSir please don’t hold customer hostage to your contract if you cannot deliver pl cancel my contractHope the owner of the business is listeningI’m surprised that Costco has this as vendor I ordered garage door on May 16th and it’s still not delivered- they were supposed to install on 14th July and I get a call on day of installation that they do t have the full door and they have to reschedule- I wish they did not promise 3 to 4 weeks. Now I’m stuck with these guys

Salesperson and Installer both showed up on time and were very professional.Salesperson showed us choices without pushing particular models or up-selling.Installer told me how long it would take and was done as he predicted. He clearly has done this many, many times. He cleaned up, showed me how to use he door and so on.I would definitely recommend going the Costco path and using Door Pro America.

I never would have thought ordering a garage door would be such a hassle and headache. I ordered through Costco back in may, they came out and measured and told me the door will be ready to be installed in 3-4 weeks. 9 weeks later they call me to schedule an install, the day of the install they call and cancel me saying the door is damaged, they reschedule me a week later and when they came to install the door, all the hardware they sent with the installer was incorrect but they installed the door anyways. At the end they told me “ we may need to replace your door so don’t use the door for now “, I paid for a door and they tell me not to use it. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Worst customer service and workmanship ever. Contract signed July 3, door doesn’t get delivered until August 12. The men who came to install the door didn’t have the correctMaterials and rescheduled. Came back several days later and did a poor job... fraudulently signed for completed work and didn’t address the issue for another month. Currently in a billing dispute and about to start litigation with this company. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Very poor workmanship on the installation. Spent $2200 on a new 16X7 garage door a year and a half ago and now I cant use the door. I am locked out of my garage with it opened partially on one side and the panels are bent inwards. I have to spend another $1300 to replace the panels!!! When I called customer service they wanted to charge $150 to come out and they are not open on the weekends!!! If you anticipate weekend support, stay away from this company.The tension wire on one side came off (probably not attached correctly) and as the motor pulled the door up, one side went up and the other wasnt moving, causing the motor to pull top two panels inwards and bending and cracking them.Do yourself a favor and find a company that will warranty their work and have better support hours

Friendly ,well trained however need to finish the pending job/ install inside sliding lock as per contract & adjust windows in door, hope it will be done ASAP..
