Sue and Ashley are both very friendly and helpful. The embroidery and silk screen services are very competitively priced. We have ordered many different items for our club. They were of good quality and delivered promptly. They work hard to anticipate and meet our needs. Definitely will use them again.

Nick is the man. Seriously this guy knows his stuff and will work his butt off to get you what you need. I own a sign shop and have a lot of requests from clients for embroidery services and these are the guys I refer them to. They are tentative and detail oriented and offer a good selection. Bottom line, great people, great service and great products.

The woman running this business is absolutely unprofessional. We called simply to inquire about a rush job. They requested a file from us. We sent a standard .eps file (which wasnt a problem for any other embroiderer)We called back just to follow up on whether or not file was received an OK. We were told they would not be able to accommodate us and rudely HUNG UP.We received another call saying that the file was corrupted. We let them know that we didnt need their services (which was already established by them, when they HUNG UP).the woman went WILD! She began screaming at my assistant about us sending corrupted files. When transferred over to me she continued to demanding to know who writes the checks and started dropping F Bombs. This woman seems legitimately crazy.

Very rude when I called. Doesnt Answer and send me to Voice mail. The one time she did answer she said to call back when there open and Ive called about 20 times and no answer at all strait to voice mail after the 2-3 ring

After one year of excuses at least 10 phone calls multiple emails and total runaround I was told to find someone else today to do the embroidery work today ....when I went there to pick up the shirts I dropped off last year half of them were missing....I would not have given this review if I had gotten at least an apology

Trash attitude, dont wanna have business with them.
