I went into the store with my girlfriend looking for an engagement ring. We were kindly greeted and handed off to another lady. This lady was snappy and rude, and told us that since we aren’t looking to buy the ring at this very moment, we would only be able to see/try on a max of 2 rings.What?How are we supposed to pick a ring out if we can’t see them? My girlfriend tried one on, and the lady was covering a bunch of rings with her hand, as if we were children that weren’t allowed to see something. We were very upset and had left the store without even being able to decide on a ring.Jared, here we come!

My favorite store 😍 I am very happy with my purchases, the place is very nice and very clean, more in this time of Covid-19 for me it is very important that a store takes good care of customers. 👍🏼My husband and I are very happy to be customers for a few years and more with a very special and very kind person such as Mrs. Mariana who always makes us feel at home 😃 ..My husband says that She’s a good seller because he always goes for a single purchase for me and he always comes back with another one 😂I love ❤️ my husband so much as zales store 🥰 So happy with my husbands gift 😍.. thanks so much🙏

Terrible customer service & they lie!!!!They give you one price for an item and tell you that’s the price indefinitely, when you return , they tell you It has increased due to different promotions everyday (funny how the promotion is always for more money and never for less) .....yea ok. They promise you the item by a certain date, tell you to call the following day because of different shipment dates, so far 5 days have passed since my promised date. I would give a Zero!!!!!

I never leave reviews, but I was treated horribly at this location to the point that I don’t think I want to shop at Zales ever again. There is no customer service and they are extremely rude. What a waste of time and nerves.

I have never been so upset with a place that I would leave a bad review, but here we are. My fiancé got our engagement ring here and the ring is gorgeous, but it was big, so I needed to get it sized. They told my fiancé that servicing the ring would be no problem when he bought it. I went in and the customer service girl there was so nasty it was baffling. She told me to size it would take 2 weeks and they would have to ship it out. When I protested having to be without my ring for 2 weeks and that it would be shipped out like a post card, she then told me they send out jewelry worth more than my ring all of the time, COULD YOU IMAGINE THE NERVE OF HER? I dont care if my ring looks like a rubber band, you dont say that to a customer! I sized it somewhere else but its still a little big when its cold outside, so I went back to get a ring guard, but although their website and sign say theyre open until 7, at 6:30 I had the door slammed in my face (I dont get off work early enough). Needless to say, Id rather drive to Lake Grove or Nassau before coming back to this Zales, horrible, horrible service.

This is NOT an Outlet!!!! They use false advertising saying they are a Zales Outlet Store. However, when you get there you are told that it is not really an outlet. The prices are the same as the regular store, sometimes higher. I went there to avoid the rush of the mall and I had a price point I wanted to stay within. I was very disappointed to find out that I could have gotten a better buy at their regular store. The salesman was understanding and actually in agreement. However the manager was arrogant and indignant!!!I will NEVER shop there again!!!!! Don’t waste your time. The regular Zales Store have more choices in merchandise and better prices!!!! Don’t let the “Outlet” tag on the name fool you as it did me.Tanger Management should not allow them to claim themselves as an outlet!!!! The one star is for the salesman who was very nice!!!

Jewellery that I bought here is keep braking up so easily. I have to keep bringing for repair. I never had to repair any other jewellery as often as this one. Customer service is terrible. 2 customers in the store and had to wait 25 min to drop my ring for repair. I wont buy from here ever again. I would give 0 stars if I could

Terrible customer service bought a watch for $1100 online got a bad attitude when I went to pick it up I will be returning the watch and going to your competitor for $200 cheaper kay jeweler. Stay away from this unprofessional place 0 star outfit Girl that served me should be at a hot dog stand not a jewelry exchange.Courtney the manager is the worst should definitely not be in the jewelry industry Because of her I will never visit another Zales jewelry store again I will be taking my business to Kay jewelers not that you care but if enough people feel like me you will be looking for a job and hopefully that is soon.

Great customer service and prices. They arent pushy and I had a soder and sizing of a ring set completed that arrived 3 weeks earlier than anticipated which by far exceeded my expectations. Take a trip to this zales and you wont be disappointed =0)
