Though we dont make much money and we live a humble life, we sure make the most of it. Today we met Chelsea and Izzy at My Eye Lab. I am blown away!!! They were more than courteous and professional. They were real humans beings. We laughed and related through the entire experience. They made the best possible financial arrangement for us and I believe that. We left satisfied and feeling we had found our new eye care home and long time family friends. I believe if others followed Izzy and Chelsea lead it would revolutionize business and the world we live in. Staff was friendly and patient I ended up talking to DJ. I had a lot of questions and was trying to price out different frames he made the process simple to understand. With and without insurance, he took the time to answer all of my questions. Definitely going to be where I go to from now on for glasses. They do the exam in the same building so that also saves some time.

Well…where do I start…From the time I decided to visit family here in Houston, I started looking for an Optometrist near my brother’s residence and from my online search, I was lead to My Eyelab. And after doing my due diligence, I decided to make an appointment online.On the day of the appointment, I was greeted with friendly and courteous staff, in particularly Edeniz, as she was my first point of contact. She would tend to my needs, from obtaining the all important patient’s medical history, to prepping me for my eye examined as well as showing me the different array of frames. She was knowledgeable and explained the process as well as what to expect with the pre eye examination and the different machines used for that said eye exam.I was also interested in replacing my contacts prescription as well, so Edeniz introduced me to DJ, as this was his area of expertise. DJ listened to my needs/requirements and he assisted with options from the different brands available.After my eye examination, Edeniz & DJ received my prescription from the Optometrist. On review of the prescription, DJ asked if I was interested in trying another brand other than the one I was accustomed to. I saw no harm in trying it as I have heard of that particular brand before. DJ then offered me a trail pair of contacts with the new prescription. And after a short time, I placed my order for my new contact lenses and a new pair of glasses.After receiving my invoice, I was very much pleasantly surprised!! After the promotional discounts were applied, I had a total savings of 35%. In this hard economic times, every penny counts.Being in the customer service industry for 30 plus years (retired now), I can attest that the professionalism shown, their processes and the genuine care displayed to their clients, (which was indeed, very refreshing), I knew that the decision I made to have My Eyelab as my eye care specialists, was an excellent choice.Thanks again to Edeniz & DJ and by extension the rest of the staff, for the their first class service that My Eyelab provides to their clients. And while I can’t wait to receive my new contacts and glasses, trust me, the service from My Eyelab is second to none, you won’t be disappointed!!

Mariana was so kind and very sweet and helpful and was honest about what frames looked good and didnt look good on me... also she was interested in what style I was looking for and helped me pick the right frames for me. DJ was very nice and helpful and explained everything to me. They both took their time with me and made sure all my needs where met. First Eye place I went to that the people Were Not Pushy. I bought glasses there you never seen a real doctor it was like a video then i recieved my glasses and i had no lines in my glasses and cant even read out of them. Just a waist of my money i will not go back and give them my money ever again and i paid alot of money for them..

This was my first time visiting Eyelab. I had a great experience there. The staff is nice. I worked with Jennifer and she was very personable and helpful with choosing the right glasses that worked with my face shape. My new favorite place.

The visit was super easy. It was a virtual eye doctor, found that interesting. The tech that helped me was Sam, she did a great job! And she explained everything very well. I ended up with 6 months of contact lenses and a pair of glasses for a very reasonable price.

Everyone at the Deer Park location is wonderful but DJ is exceptional! Not only did he get me an amazing deal but for the first time I have been able to wear progressivees.He made sure that I was comfortable before I left. My glasses came sooner than expected. Since my first visit I have bought 4 pairs of glasses from DJ. I will never get glasses anywhere else as long as DJ is there. I Highly recommend, excellent customer service. He even explained my prescription.

Virtual doctor was not good. Rushed. Hard to understand. My 5 stars was for DJ. He was the only one that made it a good experience. He was kind. Took his time with me. Helped me pick out the best pair for me. Was not pushy. Went through the process step by step. Went through the receipt line by line. Checking with me at each line. Lets hope my glasses turn out good.🤞

For about 5 years and $2,000 i finally am able to wear progressive glasses. I have tried over and over and bought about 5 pairs of glasses and no luck. I could not see out of them. I went in the store and the most nicest man helped me get the glasses i have been dreaming of. His name is D.J. and he took the time to get me in progressive glasses that i can actually see clear through. No more wearing 2 pairs of glasses all the time. One for distance and one for reading. The technicians and manager we’re knowledgeable and provided great service. It was a little strange never seeing an eye doctor for my exam except on a tv screen. She did my testing and signed off before I could ask any questions. Otherwise I am happy with my new glasses.

Such an easy experience. Booked an appointment for an eye exam. Went to eye exam. It was virtually done by a dr. Came out and picked out what I wanted for glasses and they were in before the due date. My husband doesn’t like to do things that have people involved and even he said this was easy.

My son and I walked into the Eye Lab in Deer Park. Mr. DJ greeted us as we walked in. Mr. DJ helped us and was very acknowledging of his job. He explained everything very thoroughly. He was interacting with my son, who is shy to a stranger. Mr. DJ made him feel comfortable. I will be going back when its time for me some new glasses. He helped us save a lot. Their inventory was large and had some reasonable prices, and the atmosphere was warming. If you are looking for some glasses or you need to get your examined, go check out Mr. DJ at the Deer Park location. They practice COVID precautions.
