I went to thisTimberland store to get boots for the winter. This store was clean the customer service was good I took my time and found what I really liked and I didnt feel rushed rushed. The prices were good and affordable. In the winter time I really enjoy wearing Timberland boots

Took advantage of a sale that they dont really want you to take advantage of 🤷🏾‍♂️ its like if you but two pairs of boots that you kinda want youll get a deal - but the ones that you definitely want are excluded🤨... would you like to buy some stain repellent for those boots that you arent that crazy about?

The staff were very helpful. The boots make your feet feel great and then I found out that they carried sneakers which felt like they were part of your feet. I wont be going back to the New Balance store again.

Rude staff, ignore you when you clearly ask for help, and pretend you arent there. Was not able to get proper assistance which prevented me from spending my money here. Such a shame since I was prepared to spend hundreds of dollars here.

There’s one and a half people doing returns two days after Christmas.The other two cashiers have been flirting with each other for 30 minutes, awkwardly, as the line has grown longer and longer.Your job is to wait on people Kelly, not giggle and look at your coworkers all starry eyed.Rosa was dope though, kudos to her.

Located inside the Tanger Outlets in Deer Park. Close to the parking lot. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Reasonably priced. Weekly sales sometimes up to 40%. Staff is ok. Close to the public Restrooms. We will most likely be going back.

Best place to get all your timberland wear because since it is located in the tanger outlet, you could get really nice discounts if you look around and ask. I believe the boots come from a second factory thus the discounts. Although its not perfect but it is very close enough that you cant tell the difference. The staff are very friendly and very well inform about the products especially the manager kat.

If your looking for Timberland type shoes with a discount this is the place. Great staff.

My favorite store in Tanger outlet. It was a nice atmosphere and someone is always around to help. Also the only store that actually called more employees to the register when they noticed the line was getting long. The wait wasnt too bad and the prices were good as well.

Took my daughters with me to buy a pair of jeans quickly it was cold and the store is in the middle of the outlet so there is no close area to park. The website says they open at 9am it was 9:40am the door was locked I knocked on the door no one came to let me know when they opened had to troop it back to the car angrily with 2 kids.

This is my worst experience that I ever have buying a shoe, On Monday I buy shoes for my husband .. wrong size on Thursday lady who say )she is the manager, not let me allowed to change. She say that I need to return it by mail because was use 1, when I buy at the store.

Really like there boots. The staff there was not helpful and it wasnt busy but thats okay because the brand caries itself.

I did not appreciate the employees that complained right in front us about my mom because she wanted to place an order for jackets. It shows how little they appreciate and want to help their customers.

Shoes were more overpriced than in other stores. Cash register did not work and we had to wait about 15 minutes and it took about 4 to 5 employees and a tech guy in order to get our order through.
