Absolutely recommend Belveiu Bridal! So many different options, including samples, beautiful options. And everyone is so nice, especially the owner. I will be telling everyone I know that gets engaged about Belveiu Bridal!

You will not regret going here! Kim the owner is incredibly kind and helpful, her consultants know what they are doing (it doesnt even matter that they are young, trust me when I say they know how to work with your budget). There was plenty of options as a plus size bride, and they facility was clean. My only complaint, that there could have been better POS/payment service, like to pay online especially with the installment plan (which, yes they do!!!) maybe I should have asked for that, but they were super understanding whenever I needed something delayed. They have mens suits and bridesmaids dresses to try on as well if you are not a bride. If they dont have it, theyll find a way to get it to ya. I am so happy that this shop is in DP, this truly is a local gem - we need more shops like this in DP... the definition of southern hospitality and reliable.

Ive never been to a bridal gown store, but that changed when I went with my daughter yesterday. The outstanding feature of this place is customer service. I am sure there is no other place with such friendly, caring, and patient personnel. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, it felt as if the attendants were like family or friends. I walked in and asked for measurements because I’m getting a dress custom made. she said she would do them happily and then when I explained it was a wedding dress, She was so rude. Instead of saying, I can show you some of our dresses, made me feel so belittled and asked why would I get a dress made from dallas and why do they need measurements. instead of educating me, I felt like I was getting yelled at by my grandma. 1 for the rudeness but 5 stars for a beautiful shop

I came in for a bridal appointment and she did a truly wonderful job of supporting me through the entire process. She was patient, encouraging, honest and understanding! After calling nearly every bridal boutique in DFW for a specific dress, I was able to finally find it at this shop. From the moment I spoke to Kim on the phone she made it clear that she was committed to making the dress buying experience, not only enjoyable, but personal. She took the time to get to know me and my wedding vibe. As someone who was not into the typical bridal fashions she was able to nail down quickly what would work for me and even push me out of my comfort zone a bit. With a tight timeline for my upcoming wedding Kim was able to pull a miracle and get my dress shipment moved up 2 months. Never once was I concerned she wouldnt make it happen. My daughter and I had the best experience at this Bridal Shop. I highly recommend coming here first. We found it by accident, its a little off the beaten path, but what a find! I had an amazing experience! Everyone was very welcoming and patience. They were honest and attentive. I felt comfortable throughout the whole experience and I had a few bad experiences already. I didnt say yes to the dress but I would definitely go back because they have a wide variety of styles, designs and colors! And thats very important to me. I would highly recommend this boutique.

They were so helpful in helping me find the dress and with how to restore my mothers wedding veil so I could wear it. I was a bit nervous with this, but Gloria did an amazing job at patching it up so it looked so beautiful. To say I LOVED my experience at Belvieu, would actually be an understatement. I will admit I went to FIVE wedding dress stores in Houston, and never received the service like Kim & Tina provided us. 5 stars. They even special ordered a sample dress for me to try on that they didnt have in stock so I could compare it to one I fell in love with at their store. I am one of those brides who is PARTICULAR.. DETAIL ORIENTED..WITH A VISION & they surely made it happen! It wasnt necessary but I had my dress altered with them to make some custom adjustments like adding off the shoulder sleeves, had it taken in & out, & they made my vision come to life. I honestly wish I couldve invited them to my wedding, they were the best! Belvieu Bridal became one of the highlights of my wedding planning experiences. They have great knowledge in the wedding industry, gave me some great recommendations, and referrals. My whole bridal party and family loved our experience here. I cannot recommended Belvieu Bridal enough. I had the most wonderful experience shopping for my dress. The store is adorable and the staff made me feel so comfortable, and were extremely patient with me being indecisive, trying on the same dresses multiple times. They helped pull dresses for me and after several hours even helped me find the dress of my dreams. I was so worried I would not find a dress, and they made this process not only stress free, but so much fun. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dress!

Reading reviews from local and big name bridal shops had me scared out of my mind to book any appointments. I made my first bridal appointment with Belvieu Bridal based solely on their phenomenal online reviews! The fact that they were so incredibly close to my home was an added bonus! How can I put into words the atmosphere of BB? From the first phone call to walking into the building, I felt completely and utterly comfortable and welcome! I am a plus size bride and had made an assumption that every dress I tried on would be too small and I wouldn’t get the real image of the dresses. NOT HERE! They have sizing for EVERYONE! I put on so many dresses that either fit perfect, we’re only slightly tight and even dresses that we had to clip. I made a second appointment at another bridal shop the next day and had a terrible experience. Had I not gone to Belvieu Bridal first, I would have thought this was the industry standard in customer service for brides. When I left that second appointment I told my Mom, I will be a Belvieu bride! I booked another appointment with Belvieu to try on dresses from a Trunk Show and again, felt like I was at home with friends and family. Kim, Tina and their staff are the best of the best! Their extensive knowledge never leaves you guessing and if they do not know the exact answer, they will find out and inform you right away. The options are limitless with Belvieu! Kim also went above and beyond to make sure my Mom could attend an appointment. That is unheard of! The heart of these ladies is apparent and beautiful! I SAID YES TO THE DRESS! I AM A BELVIEU BRIDE!

I found this store completely by accident. I had just had a terrible bridal appointment at another store and was really down about buying a wedding dress. I was dreading having to still find a dress prior to my appointment at Belvieu. I emailed the address left on the website looking for a certain dress. I was extremely impressed with how quick I would get responses back from the owner. She assured me I would have a great time in her store, and she wasn’t lying. The day of the appointment, she already had the particular dress I was looking for in a room for me, and showed me everything else she has in the store. She is very easy to talk to, genuinely cares about her brides’, and has extensive knowledge about all the dresses/designers in the store. I never felt pressured to buy anything, she gave honest opinions, super supportive, and most importantly has an eye for dresses that would look great on the bride. The one I ended up buying wasn’t the one I came to the store looking for. The one I bought was one that the owner suggested I try on, and I am so glad I did. The dress is perfect. Because of the owner’s dedication to her job and passion for what she does, I had the most amazingly wonderful time.

Kim, the owner, has more knowledge about wedding dresses than all the other shop owners combined.By the time my daughter and I got to Belvieu Bridal, we had visited more than 24 bridal salons and she had tried on about 65 dresses. Belvieu Bridal was our last stop, and for very good reason.The dress my daughter wanted had sleeves/straps that didn’t quite work for her. Owner Kim tells us that the company that makes that dress will swap out any part of any other dress they make for little or no charge. My daughter had actually tried that same dress on at a couple other shops, but this was the first time we’d heard about these options. Not only that, but Kim also told us that this particular company will custom size its dresses for little to no cost! (Kim was also the only salesperson to tell us that most dress companies will hem their dresses for about $30.)Why had we never heard this before?!My daughter switched out the bodice, the material, the type of embellishments and the sleeves, ending up with a totally original dress, custom fitted, for only about $200 more than the already reasonable original price.We are so grateful to Kim for knowing her business so well, for sharing her knowledge, and for handling our dress purchase with precision and care. (She also employs a seamstress onsite who can handle whatever is needed. )You can’t go wrong with Kim and Belvieu Bridal. Kinda wish I needed to buy another wedding dress!

The owner Kim was so sweet, and helped me even thought I didn’t have an appointment! She was patient, very friendly and gave me the best experience even though I was on the verge of giving up on dress shopping at the moment. Where do I begin. My appointment was at 10:30 AM and we were not able to get into our dressing room until after 10:50 because it was being used by alterations. Okay fine, whatever- we had more time to look around I guess. I explained my style to our consultant and off she went to gather things. Then Kim (the owner) steps into the picture. She askes what we are looking for and when my Matron of Honor tries to answer, Kim holds up her hand- looks at her with disgust and asks are you the bride? No, then let her answer. That was rude and disrespectful, I am not the most outgoing person and my girls know what I want- she was trying to help and Kim was downright rude. Then I am trying on dresses and I can hear Kim talking negatively about my outfit to the other bride trying on dresses! I really wanted to like this place but the owner ruined my FIRST dress trying on experience! I was judged about everything that I wanted and was told that I was breaking Kims heart because I didnt want a vail. This is not somewhere I would recommend to anyone. The dresses are nice, but the customer service- not so much.

We went to Belvieu Bridal to find my daughter’s wedding dress in late August 2020. The owner Kim and staff took excellent care of my daughter by finding out her vision of the dress she wanted and also made some suggestions on others she should try on. She tried on about 10-14 dresses and found her dress. The week after I paid the dress off (end of September), my daughter changed the date of the wedding from March 2021 to October 24th, so there was no way to get the dress in time. We tried ordering a cheaper dress and had it altered but it didn’t looks good at all! So 2 weeks before the wedding, my daughter contacts the owner to see what can be done. Kim gave my daughter a couple of options, get a similar dress they had in her size or they could overnight her dress with different underlay that was a size too big. We got the dress overnight and had Ms Gloria (the store’s recommended alterations lady) alter the dress in less than one week. They absolutely went above and beyond to make my daughter’s wedding the one she dreamed of for so long! Definitely recommend going there to get the most perfect wedding dress.

Omg!! Extra glad her shop was the only one open. She helped me find what I wanted and she helped me not feel weird because i walked in solo without a whole entourage. She showed me diferent looks with veils and sleaves. These bigger well known places dont make you feel special, she made my special day feel like it was the only one that mattered. Cant wait to come by again for a second round. My words cant give her enough props!

Absolutely love this place. Kim and her sister are absolutely amazing. As soon as we walked in we felt very welcome and wound up spending quite a while after we were done shopping just hanging out and talking. They also do wedding planning and are more than happy to offer their ideas to you if you have any questions. They showed my fiance many things that she thought she wasnt gonna like and she just fell in love with. They are amazing people with an amazing story and a passion for what they do. Definitely getting the dress through them.

I went to this store (EDIT: that was completely empty so its not like an appointment was necessary anyway) today to look at the selection and see what it was like. I took my sister with me. The owner, Kim, questioned how we were related just because my sister has darker skin than I do EDIT: I volunteered we were sisters and then she asked something to the effect of so how does this work while referring to us looking different. She also made other odd remarks like trying to guess what countries our families were from. The store itself was clean and nice looking but I dont think I would buy anything from it. The experience made me very uncomfortable, afterwards we looked at the dresses as fast as possible and left.

Kim and Tina are the absolute BEST!! I am a very untraditional bride and had my fiancé with me each time we came by the shop and they made us feel so accepted! I absolutely loved my time here and am so very excited to get my dress! Jillian helped me initially and she is a gem! Everyone is just so personable and kind! I wouldn’t want to have my dress from anywhere else!! 💕

My son and daughter in law went here for their wedding attire and they LOVED it. Her dress was beautiful and all the mens wear looked sharp. Miss Kim was so polite and very professional and they even ordered new pants for all the men and had them express shipped so they got there the morning before the wedding. They made my son feel very comfortable and made his big day perfect! I only met Miss Kim twice going with my son to pick up pants and I dropped off the tuxedos for return, but her kindness and professionalism was obvious. You can tell she really cares about her customers and wants everything to be perfect for them. I would HIGHLY recommend them!!! Thank you again for helping make their day great!!

These ladies are amazing! They have helped me out so much with everything! I would definitely recommend this over chain wedding stores because here you will be treated like a human being. They respected my budget and helped me find something I loved. And then they helped me with accessories for good prices that match. I would also recommend them for tux rentals because they have a lot of options for cheaper than anywhere else.

Kim and Tina are like water in the desert ... such a pleasant and unexpected delight! My future daughter-in-law let a few of us tag along to this understated treasure of a bridal boutique. The dress was there, but how to narrow it down, was the only dilemma. Kim and Tina, the owners, are down to earth and incredibly knowledgeable. We just wanted to hang out, and let them dress our barbie doll, in so many different dresses, isnt that why we had daughters?!?!They listened to everything that was going on, narrowing the focus on those dresses that hit all the marks. The dresses are just gorgeous, and competitively priced. During the entire process, it was the 1st time I had ever been to a bridal shop and felt completely comfortable. The focus was customer service, and what was in the best interest of the bride and her family. Ive been thru this before with my daughter, and the experience, knowledge, genuine interest and atmosphere is like no other. Kudos to differentiating yourselves, ladies!!

These ladies are amazing! The bride asked me to be a bridesmaid 2 weeks before the wedding. The other bridesmaids had the same style and color dress. Since it was late notice, the bride would be happy as long as I could get the same color. I called every bridal store between Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and was working on the Houston area when I stumbled across this gem. None of the other stores had the dress in my size. Within and hour of calling, they not only found my size, but also in the exact same style as the other bridesmaids! They could also get it in a week before the wedding. Since they knew I was in a time crunch, they had a tailor on site for my fitting, so I could get the alterations done immediately, if needed. These ladies are amazing and went above and beyond to help make an impossible task a reality.

My sister and I stopped by Belvieu Bridal to get measured for bridesmaids dresses after another Bridal place didnt measure properly. Kim and Tina were SO helpful even though we had already purchased from another place. They spoke to us in detail about the dress brand, and how they would fit. It was obvious that these ladies are passionate about what they do. If we ever have another need for a bridesmaids dress, we will for sure be visiting Belvieu Bridal!

Belvieu Bridal is an adorable family-owned and operated bridal shop. The two sisters that own it were so welcoming when I stopped in, unannounced, to just browse their selection. They have beautiful gowns from several top designers and even ordered in a gown for me to try on! They truly embrace the bridal experience here and I couldnt recommend them more!

The ladies in this shop were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to help us pick the perfect dress! I called them to make an appointment and asked several questions to make sure they had the style of dress we wanted. I normally don’t write a review but this business warranted one. The staff was incredibly helpful, they were informed/aware of what I put on my appointment info, incredibly accommodating to my party of 7 (with 2 kids!) And they did not push me towards anything I didnt like/couldnt afford. Highly recommend.

YES to the dress! My daughter and I recently visited Belvieu Bridal to look for her wedding dress. Being the first store we went to, I was not expecting to purchase a dress that day. However, we were completely overwhelmed by the extensive selection of dresses and the customer service. The ladies were absoultely amazing and went above and beyond to give my daughter the whole wedding dress shopping experience. Love this place and would highly recommend.
