Nice store and staff, with comparatively less selection than most Urbans Ive been to. Good for a quick shopping trip.

I was going for a return and the store was closed when the website said they were still open. Always really expansive anywayEdit: I’m here again, it’s closed once more (at 4pm) when it says it’s open online. Major inconvenience and hassle to come only to be unable to enter twice ESP when the website says it’s open

Felt like I was cash-shamed, if thats even a thing...like the cashiers were annoyed I was paying cash. I was sent to another register, and waited atleast TEN min, due to the fact that I wasnt paying by card, or with my phone. (Plus the prices are sky high)

The employees were friendly enough but it’s very overpriced for what it is. For a chain store targeted towards teens/young adults I’d assume they’d be more budget friendly for what they sell but I guess not. It would be more reasonable to pay these prices at stores such as express and Bloomingdales. Just go to any thrift store or tjmaxx and you can find the same cute styles for half the price.

The lady at the register was rude to not only me but to her employee who was helping us. We didnt know the return policy, and instead of explaining it to us nicely she gave attitude, I wouldve given it one star but the guy at the register was friendly

This is my go-to place in the area for good shopping. Not the best Urban Outfitters Ive been to, but definitely up there - two floors of merchandise, and a large sale section. I love that they sell Toms shoes here, and I can always find something I like with the help of the friendly sales staff.

The store itself is clean and the staff is nice. But the selection for men is awful. And they charge a fortune for their dated clothes. They have very little to choose from and the prints are downright tacky. Hard pass.
