Rude for no apparently reason. Didn’t greet us as we walked in. Just stared us down. I preceded to take a picture of one peace of jewelry to show a family members that lives out of state. She was looking to purchase jewelry as well. That’s probably the only time they rushed to us saying NO PICTURES! Yeah We walked right out. Go to farah jewelry or Princess jewelry. Nicest people.

I drove all the way from Inkster they had customers inthe store and the open sign still on they did not let me in to buy a gift I am so disappointed still 4:30 ,It used to be my favorite gold place in Dearborn better than the dishonest other jewelry in Dearborn I guess I have to shop at Pakistani Asia jewels in Garden city they care more for their customers

Awful!!! I purchased a ring, bracelet, and necklace all at different days, they all broke and had to be fixed! I went back to Elsayed to fix their bad gold and noone of them were fixed correctly,they all have mold dark color on them,stains,the fixing was unprofessional,I dont recommend anyone buying from them their gold.

I had stopped in here several times over the course of two years, I was looking for what I felt would be the perfect set of bangle bracelets in the cut/design that I wanted, every time I came into the store they were very patient and understanding as I always looked at three or four sets, finally I found the perfect set I wanted and I have been extremely happy, I continue to return here for all my jewelry wants and desires including but not limited to earrings, necklaces and rings, you will not be disappointed! Update (9/29/2021). Just made another purchase and Im very satisfied again. Ive read the reviews and I am appalled at some of them. I have know this jeweler for 25 years and never witnessed any unethical actions. The issue with many of the low reviews is that these individuals want unheard of deals while avoiding to pay taxes on the jewelry. I only ask that you go in and witness the superb service for yourself.Very professional and polite. I shopped around the many jewelers in this area and they provided the best quality gold with the best prices. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. I came in with my mother-in-law to get a gift for my new niece and they were so helpful. Their baby gold selection beat out everyone else around. The customer service was impeccable and they gave us so many beads for the baby as well. When I came back they remembered me and asked about my family. It felt wonderful!

Bought a beautiful bracelet for my mom for Mother’s Day. I went to two shops prior to this. The first, Bakka, quoted me $65/gram. The second, Farah, quoted me $61 and up/gram. I left both those stores and went and tried El Sayed. I bought the SAME charm bracelet I wanted from the other places for $57/gram. The price of gold that day was $55/gram on the market. Basically I bought that piece for very little over cost. The owner and his worker were both super nice and I appreciated that although the price of gold is expensive right now, they did not ridiculously increase their prices. My mom loved her bracelet! I will definitely be shopping here again in the future, inshallah. You now have a regular customer!

The owner and his wife Nada are so amazing! They helped me pick out my sets of gold for my Palestinian wedding. I could not be happier with the quality of gold and how updated the styles were and most of all how nice the owners are. They gave us the lowest price they could go and I know it was the lowest bc I had been shopping around for my wedding gold for a month. I ended up getting all my gold from them, my aunt got gold from them and then my mom bought from them as well. They are so professional and I would recommend them to my closest friends and family! You cant go wrong.

The owner is very rude I asked him if I can see a bracelet not a second after he takes it back from me without even asking me if I’m done and tells me to look through the glass like really I’m paying $2000 for it I need to wear it and think if it’s the right choice . After 10 minutes in the store I left he made me feel really uncomfortable like I’m there to steal or something. They need to be more professional and kind to their customers .
