Omg I’m horrified, today my daughter (19) went to get her 2nd Covid vaccine and the they denied her… they told my daughter who is a military dependent that her “insurance” was not accepted by Walgreens . According to the CDC anyone who wants a vaccine has the right to receive free of charge …she walked into CVS in Target and received it right away ..: no insurance information necessary … Wow, I’m so disappointed in Walgreens , making it difficult for people to get vaccines . Shame on you .

Dont tell a patient an hr for meds to be filled only to come back an hour and a half later and its still not filled. I only use this trash of a pharmacy when its my absolute last resort and this is the exact reason why.

It was Friday, March 13th around 5:30 pm, I went to pick up my 89 year old mother in law some snickers with almonds, it’s the only candy bar she likes! The manager wouldn’t let me buy the amount I wanted, and there was no limit posted by them! When I told her there wasn’t a limit posted, she said “I’m the manager of the store I can make the limits, it doesn’t have to be posted”. Very rude and definitely needs training in customer service!

It takes this pharmacy an average of 18 minutes per car to service a customer at the Drive-thru. I’ve never been to a retail establishment anywhere that it took that much time to service a customer. And yes I did the math!

Call the store to ask a question about the COVID-19 testing.Was on hold for over 20 mins. No one ever answers the call.Just keep picking up without a word. and replacing me back on hold over and over.This is not a the way to keep a Customer. Or run a Pharmacy. So disappointed.

If I can rate less than one star I would’ve, my daughter had severe pneumonia, her doctor sent her meds at around 4 pm, it’s almost 7:30 pm and still waiting, I’m taking her to the hospital she has high fever and can’t stop coughing, this’s ridiculous, they’re too slow, she’s not a new patient there her insurance and all info is in their system, they’re unbelievable

I work for a healthcare provider, they hung up on me three times after I waited 5 minute on hold each time. I called the patient to let her know and she said that was normal for them and they are always a mess up there. Super sad!

Walgreens Stores are always clean, staff always helpful , but Sometimes on special occasions checkout can be slow.

Was trying to get my prescription today and the pharmacist Rowa started asking me personal questions!! Then refused to give me my medication saying that this is her personal decision. Asked to speak to the manager but she refused! Was very disrespectful!

This Walgreens is horrible, and that’s because of the pharmacy. Every time, I come to pick up medication, they forget something and make me wait another 20 minutes for it. Pharmacists are unhelpful and always find an excuse to screw up your medication.

Good service. In store and Drive thru service is normally good. During peek hours when people are coming from work the drive thru waiting time is longer.

Theyre great. Very helpful and the guy Lawrence that works there is amazing he helped me with my photos in within a hour and I was out. I love this place.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever gone to. The pharmacist’s head was in the clouds, she was clueless. She started telling me that there were other sick customers she couldn’t turn away because she was having a problem with my prescription. Mind you, there was no one there but me. She made no sense what so ever. She didn’t want to fill my perception because they were closing in 9 min. Then she turns and looks at the tech and says, should I fill it? Are you kidding me? I only went there because my normal pharmacy was closed and I needed the medicine. Never again!

Terrible experience says the pharmacy is open at 10 it doesn’t open till 11 everything in easy dearborn is trash do yourself a favor and go to the Walgreens in Dearborn heights

The pharmacist Sarah was very discriminating toward my mom. My mom has been going this particular location for years but Sarah refused to fill her pain meds because it was a narcotic and she said it is personal judgment that my mom should only be given those,once a year. Who the heck is she to go against a prescription that my moms Dr. Prescribed her. My mom is disabled and just got out the hospital and brought all her papers,to prove it and she still refused,to fill it. She treated,mom like she was some junkie trying to get high. Totally disgraceful . Will never visit Walgreens again.

Worst drive through ever omg

By far the worst pharmacy ever, they dont even deserve the one star. They claim they have convenient drive thru service yet you have to wait in the line at least 15mins, and when its finally your turn you have to wait another 15mins just for someone to come assist you. They also gave away my prescribed allergy meds once, and claimed that I was the person who picked it up even though I wasnt present in the state at the time. Definitely dont recommend.

Very rude, very slow and exteremly ignorant and cant use their own system.They need new staff, new management and different attitude otherwise they need to shut it down. I am talking about the pharmacy part.
