Shell was AMAZING! She took the time to figure out what I likes and found me the perfect dress that I wouldnt have tried on on my own. She is SO detail oriented she knew what I wanted before I did. Cant recommend her enough!!!

I bought my wedding dress from here. This place has an assortment of beautiful dresses. A little pricey, however, they have a great layaway plan. The staff is professional, the only issue I have is trying to getting through, the phone just rings or goes to voice-mail.

Riley was amazing. She listened to what my daughters likes and dislikes were , was great helping her try on dress after dress until she found the perfect dress for her. She explained the whole after process to us , highly recommended!

The ladies are always pleasant, and the make sure you understand exactly what theyre going to do with your dress 👗. Would highly recommend this bridal shop.

My cousin went into this shop today & received the worst possible service that she even put it on Facebook. This owner should vett her employees closer. She was their to try on dress & the woman humilated her & her friends that she had to walk out. I was bookstore owner at one time, I hope they understand that they lost the sale & future customers because of her employee!!! I would not even give you one star if I didn’t have too!!!

Professional wedding dress makers and excellent service. Very nice ladies take care of all the details to satisfy your needs. My niece just had her wedding dress from there and was very happy with the dress and their services.

I got my wedding dress altered here and it fell apart. The shoulders straps had to be taken in but there are beads across the straps so I brought the dress to what I thought was a professional because it would have to be re-beaded. It looked fine but a couple weeks later I went to try it on and the beads had all fallen out. The beads were never secured, the seamstress just cut the straps and left the beads and strings hanging. This wasnt a simple mistake because the other strap was falling apart too. I had to spend 5 hours searching for all the beads that fell and re-bead it myself. It doesnt look as nice as its supposed to but theres no way Im letting them touch my dress again. I went back and talked to the owner and she shrugged her shoulders and didnt seem phased by it. She refunded me the money for the alteration but offered no other compensation for my now ruined $2000 dress and the hours I spent fixing it and stressing out. It could have easily fallen apart on my wedding day. If you want a professional go somewhere else.

Shel and the rest of the staff were amazing! They were the 4th store I visited trying to find my dress. I wanted a black wedding dress that was still bridal looking. Everywhere else either took different lazy approaches to creating a style for me or didnt listen at all. When we got to Dior all I wanted was to peek around (because they were closing soon) and Shel asked what i was wanting in a dress, as I looked at dresses she put together what became the one. I didnt even need to try on any others, she NAILED it! I cant thank them enough for all that they put into it. Thank you!!!!

Kristi! Kristi! Kristi! Go see Kristi when you make an appointment with this store! So I found out about this store on Google and made an appointment to try on Wedding Dresses. Soon as I opened the door, there was a Board with all the names of the Bridal Appointments on there. That was so sweet and added such a nice touch making me feel like a Special Bride seeing my name written on their Board. Kristi was my Stylist and greeted my Mother and I in such a friendly and helpful way that made me immediately feel comfortable. She already had some dresses in mind for me to try on based on our conversation on the phone which impressed me. I also liked how clean and presentable the store was because not all of them are. Kristi proceeded to help me pick out some dresses to try on while getting a feel of what style I liked. She made the process fun and exciting as finding a Wedding Dress can be overwhelming. Every dress I tried on I loved and I loved that Kristi remained honest with me about which one looked the best. She was super knowledgeable about the Bridal Business and gave me some great advice on how to go about the whole process. Even though there was a dress that I really liked there and had all intentions on purchasing, I still had more Bridal Appoointments to go to and wanted to be sure. Kristi also stayed within my budget so I appreciated her for that. I can tell you Ive been to several Bridal Salons, but this store offered the best customer service! I wanted to come back just to give them the business because I truly appreciated everything. So for all the Brides out there looking for a store to find your dream dress at, I highly recommend Dior Bridal Salon. They truly have something for everyone!

I went here a year after the purchase of my bridesmaid dress and of course because of quarantine, I put on those extra pounds and the dress was hard to put on and the lady looking at my dress was incredibly rude and told me to lose 10 to 15 pounds and im just like uhh lady watch ya mouth.

I visited this shop after having a horrible experience with David’s bridal. The ladies were so kind, and although I did not purchase my dress from there (didn’t have my size) they gave me impeccable service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a dress.

I wish i could give this place 50 stars. Kristi was amazing to work with! I tried on about 13 dresses, and she was very helpful and patient the entire 2 hour appointment. She was never pushy or tried to pressure me into buying a dress that same day, she wanted me to love whatever dress i chose no matter how long that took. She was great at making sure I never felt too overwhelmed too. I ended up buying the first one i tried on because I truly felt like it was MY dress! The owner was very kind and welcoming as well, and both were very helpful in getting my measurements and walking us through the ordering process. The prices are very reasonable on dresses and accessories. Dior has a huge selection of dresses, veils and bridal party dresses too. I ended up ordering my veil and bridesmaid dresses from them too! Overall i had the greatest experience at Dior and can’t recommend them enough!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first time trying on dresses. I said that i was interested in ball gown and A-line silhouettes and Riley never forced me into something i didn’t want to wear. There was room in the shop for my entire family and they felt really comfortable too. Overall great experience

I am in the middle of having a terrible experience with them. I showed them the colors I was looking for. The lady cut samples out and stapled them on a card and wrote the wrong names down. I had no clue until one of my bridesmaids came later and was looking at a different color swatch book. I wouldve had dark purple dresses instead of pink and blush!! They did not apologize once! In fact, they said oh you gave us the wrong color? I said no, YOU gave me the wrong color and I showed her the swatch she gave me with HER handwriting. OK, so no big deal, it was caught. Now they are making my ladies purchase dresses that are way over sized. Just so they can charge another $125 for alterations. I had a few girls try on dresses from the same designer but in the size they wanted to order and in the size the store wanted them to order. Every person except for one did not need the size they recommended, I also asked about the refund policy and was told I could get a refund as long as the dresses havent been ordered. One of my bridesmaids was told under no circumstances will we be refunded once a deposit is paid. Also, I had a second appoint for the few ladies that couldnt make the original appointment and the workers there were completely non existent until it was time to pay of course. I had to go find my own clips to help my girls try on dresses! Just not the type of attention (or lack thereof) I would expect from a place that plays an important role in the wedding planning. Hopefully we are able to get our money back or we are able to turn this into a positive experience. I would prefer not to have to go somewhere else

I had a great experience at Dior today with Kristi! I didnt find my perfect dress but my goodness she didnt let me leave unhappy. She was caring, understand, accommodating, and fun! I tried on over 10 dresses and kept her late... It never phased her. She was amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend Dior simply based on their customer service! My bridesmaids who live local will be back next week to look at dresses for themselves.

I had a terrible experience. After picking the color I wanted for my bridesmaids, she cut me a swatch stapled to her business card, wrote the name of the color and we ordered the dresses. After 14 weeks and 3 weeks before my wedding, we went in to get the girls fitted. The color was a pink instead of a lavender. The manager made it seem like it was no big deal and I could just change my color, its only some phone calls to make I told her it wasnt just phone calls, everything was ordered or bought. (Center pieces, tuxedos, chair backs, table cloths, flowers) EVERYTHING! They informed me I would need to wait until the company emails them back to see if they could reorder and ship in time and thats all that could be done. With 3 weeks before my wedding I needed this resolved immediately! After 3 business days I decided we all needed a refund and it was phone tag for 2 hours until I informed them I was on my way with all the girls. The manager didnt even know how to refund back to a card. It was ridiculous, stressful and I was totally mistreated for a mistake that was not my fault. I could go on and on but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON!Davids Bridal was amazing and worked with me and the girls, totally understanding and very kind!

The entire staff was amazing even though I asked to try on a thousand dresses!😁 They were very helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely the best bridal boutique I visited ( visited approximately 10 around metro Detroit) 5 stars!!

Love dior!!!! Staff is incredibly friendly!!!! Found my bridesmaid dress at another store but ordered it through Dior since they gave a better price for them...same with my flower girls dresses!!! They let u pull dresses but will pull some to based on what u liked or.l didnt like about other dresses!!! They made my family and I feel right at home. All of the dresses came in quicker than expected!! Would very very highly recommend Dior!

What can I say about Dior?....THEY ARE AWESOME! This was the very first bridal salon I ever went to & I loved it from the first time I walked in the door. Although I did some shopping around at several other stores from several areas of SE Michigan, The ladies over at Dior made me fell like I was their only Bride. They treated me like family. Sharon and Victoria were absolutely a dream to work with. The very first dress they pulled for me to try on was the one I purchased. All of my brides maids and juniors are also getting their dresses at Dior. I even found the perfect dress for my mom. Awesome store, awesome experience. 5 stars does not begin the due credit for this store, the staff, and selection. I highly recommend them!

I went wedding dress shopping here a year and a half ago. I found a beautiful dress, wasnt even on the floor yet. Fell in love, only downfall was they require a 70% down payment and the dress was already over my budget. I did find the dress at another wedding shop with 30% down payment. I wish at that time I had the 70% because the the wedding shop I chose was one of the worst experiences ever! I believe at the time a very helpful young lady by the name of Riley helped me.

I think my experience was fantastic I booked my appointment, and went in with two of my bridesmaids (if you dont book an appointment, how can you expect to get helped in any dress shop, that is just asinine and ignorant). I had an idea of what I liked and my consultant, Lori, looked to see if they had the dresses, and pulled a bunch for me to try. She was very attentive and helpful. I found my perfect dress. There was no pressure to purchase on the spot, and they allowed me to put a little down on it that day. I made another appointment a few days later so I could try on my dress with a few members of the family present, they had a room already set up for me with the dress in it. I am so happy and would recommend Dior to anyone who is looking for a dress.

This was my first wedding dress appointment, so I didn’t know what to expect. The only idea I had was from what I saw on “Say Yes to the Dress” episodes at Kleinfeld’s in NYC. But that’s a reality show. I did not buy my dress here, but I had an overall nice first experience at this salon. There were a couple of dresses I liked and I did not feel rushed at all. Kristi was my initial consultant and she was nice and friendly. The dress I saw online I wanted to try was discontinued but she went out of her way to see if I could still potentially order the dress. The designer said I could still order that dress as long as I had the order in by 5pm that day. Kristi never made me feel pressure like I had to buy that dress or any others though and I very much appreciated that. She even brought me a beautiful new dress they just received that wasn’t even tagged yet to try on. The only negatives I had for her is that she seemed busy a lot of the time and not always around. She did not hold up the back of the dresses when I walked, nor did she fix the train for me when I went to show my family. My mother in law ending up fixing the train every time. I also felt the fitting room wasn’t that private as the curtains kept opening and closing to bring in/put back dresses. My appointment went overtime so Riley took over towards the end. She was really great! She gave so many ideas on what to do for a veil, fixed the train on the dresses, held the back up when I walked and everything I expected a consultant to do. Her ideas were as if I had a talking pinterest board in front of me. She was 5 stars!

Horrible communication. Never called me or communicated to me that my dress was in until August and it was in months before that. They never measured me when I first ordered the dress and I was 3 months pregnant so they had nothing to go off of when the dress came in. Had to switch to a corset back. Anna assured me that my dress would be secure in the bust area, even though I kept telling her I didnt feel secure. My dress was so loose In my chest area that it kept falling down the whole night. Everytime I see pictures thats all I think about. The manager wants me to wait until Anna is in to bring my dress to see what she did. Like she doesnt believe me. She took all day to call me back because she said she was doing what she had to do for her job. Maybe if she would of made my dress a priority in the first place we wouldnt of had this problem.

Awesome staff! A fellow bride friend and I decided on a wim to look at dresses and try one or two on at a shop. We work long hours and an appointment was impossible to make. Kristy(sp?) was so understanding and was not rude at all about our walk-in. She helped us gain a better understanding of our body types and what would look good. I will be back and purchase from this store as well as encourage others to do so because of her.

This is a great bridal salon. They have a very nice selection. The only thing I noticed were some unfriendly faces. I dealt with a couple ladies there that made me feel unwelcome. The lady to go to is named Sharon. She will help you with everything you need and is very good at what she does, not to mention very sweet!

I found the perfect dress and Kim really helped me figure out what looked good on me and they gave me a new gown for the rack price!

Over priced. Gives you rush charges for a plain dress 4 months before a wedding & doesnt tell you about it until AFTER you pick it up. When I brought up the issue they basically told me oh well.

Brides Beware!!!! Do NOT order anything from this store, they will bend over backwards for you UNTIL you pay for your dress and THEN they dont care about you at all!!!! I ordered my bridal dress from them and they told me the designer could make it a sweetheart neckline but it came in and the dress had a completely different bodice! As a bride this is horrifying. They told me there was nothing they could do and ended up having to buy a sample dress from Beckers in Fowler- (who are great!) and now I have to take Dior to small claims court to get my money back!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

Buyers beware!! The staff at this store have been apparently instructed to lie to the customers. My wife and I bought our daughters wedding dress and accessories at this store. During the initial fitting, 6 months after paying for the dress, it was decided by the seamtress, Anna, that a belt would not be required. Both Natalie and Victoria stated the the $219 would be refunded at the final fitting...with Anna, the seamstress, suggestion.Well, the final fitting took place on June 26, 2016. What a day to be screwed! When it came to the final bill, they would not refund us the $219. Plus, the staff held the dress, that had been fully paid for back in March, as hostage until we paid the final $296 foralterations.Kim, the wonderful customer service/bridal consultant, tells my wife to shut up and that shes lying about being told that we would be refunded the money for the belt. Furthermore, Kim, tells my wife that she wasnt the customer! Kim tells my wife that our daughter is the customer!! Now, in my book whoever pays and signs the contract is the customer....Kim!We were told that the refund would occur if the store could sell it. How would we know when or if theyll do that? Oh yeah, they sold our accessories on us before we came in for the first initial fitting!! That was real nice of them!! The staff and seamstress were the individuals that recommended we would not need the belt. So, we all agreed in March 2016 that we would not be charged for the belt. After all, we hadnt seen it yet!! But, the staff proceeded to order one anyway!Try talking to the store manager. I guess the owner, Barbara, is also the store manager. She wont even talk to her customers, in person or on the phone. So, you see what type of service youll receive here if you make a purchase. The point Im making? Dont make a purchase! They do not stand behind their word.Oh yeah, I still do not have the belt even though it has been paid for! Im planning a visit real soon to see if my property is still there! I promise!!!!

Very unpleasant experience here at Dior. We arrived on time for our appointment and the doors werent unlocked yet. No one noticed us standing there, I had to call in for them to come open the door. Then our consultant was just miserable. It was an awful experience. I had tried a previous dress on else where and was excited that they also carried it, she then proceeded to ask where I was going to buy it, either here or there. She seemed even more uninterested after that conversation. They have beautiful gowns, but lack the customer service that a bride is looking for.

Wish I could give zero stars. Went in this past weekend with one of my bridesmaids looking for dresses and we were there for approx 30 min before someone asked if we needed assistance; mind you the lady answered the phone on the wall and walked right past us when we first walked in w/o a hello or anything. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Good thing there are several other bridal shops. Would not spend a penny in this store.

The experience I had here was awful. The lady was pushy, rude, and didnt make me feel good about myself. She almost ruined my whole day of shopping. I would not suggest going here to anyone.

My fiancé went set an appointment up to try on wedding dresses and they put the wrong date in. They were accommodating and nice but there was another group there who took up the spot.

If you come here, make sure Sharon is the one who takes care of you!! She was so pleasant and nice. She took care of my all the way. The dress was everything I dreamed it would be. The seamstress on the other hand, not very impressed with her... the bustle was redone and still didnt look all that great, and the lady who does the scheduling, Ruth I think her name was, is kind of rude. Apparently I purchased a belt when I bought the dress, and months later for my fitting I asked for a belt and they brought me a bunch to try on, so I thought maybe I didnt purchase it and bought one elsewhere and had them stitch one on. Well Ruth called me and asked me if I bought the belt from them and I explained to her I didnt. She just said, oh okay and hung up. So that concerned me, I checked my receipt and it showed I did infact buy one. So I called and talked to Sharon and told her what was going on, she immediately apologized and said I would be refunded. So Ruth was just going to ignore it and take my money until I said something. So thank you Sharon for being honest! So I would recommend buying your dress here, but go somewhere else for your alterations.

At first everything was great, found a dress that i liked at a decent price, then I had to order it in my size. They said it would take a few months for the dress to arrive so i said that would be fine as long as i would get the alterations and sleeves put onto my dress before my wedding... they said there would be plenty of time and not to worry. So My dress finally arrives..... one week later than they had told me... and their seamstress starts to take measurements for my sleeves and alterations. I came back 3 times before it fit me right, and they charged me 650 dollars just to add cheap material sleeves on my dress, the lace and material and everything was totally not what they told me it was going to be, and the job was hideous and sloppy. I finally just decided to walk away with my dress, after i had spoken to the owner about the horrible way my dress turned out... she basically said tough luck, and i would not get any of my money back and that if i didnt like something their seamstress would fix it, but my wedding was only two days away by the time they gave me my dress! I did not want to work with them anymore and so i took it to davids bridal and the seamstress there was absolutely horrified by what they had done to my dress, so she told me she would have to take the sleeves off and make new ones completely..... and she did this all in a day and a half and it looked greatttttt!!! and she charged me 50 dollars for everything..... yep 50 dollars to undo and redo what i had payed dior bridal 600 dollars to do in 4 weeks.... dior bridal employees are extremely rude, they dont listen to want you want, they brush off your concerns until it is too late, and the owner.. or manager what ever she is walks around with a fake smile acting nice until you have paid in full for your dress and she could care less if she ruins the most important day of your life, and when they do mess up not own up to it and also with out trying to make it up to you even a little..... STAY AWAY FROM DIOR BRIDAL... unless you like being overcharged for sloppy work
