I was looking for furniture for my living and I saw a set that I liked. So I saw the price on the couch and I didnt really want to pay they price but I knew I wanted the furniture. I spoke to the sales guy and he very nice, cut me a deal, included delivery. I couldnt ask for a better customer service experience. Thank you very much and I would go back to purchase more items.
I found the store in passing one day while I was actually working and decided to take a moment and stop in. I found a click-clack sofa that Id been wanting for quite sometime, but the store was sold out at the timeand that particular piece was already sold. I spoke with Ahmed and was giving a time to chack back, I came back to the store and they had the sofas in stock. These guys made the purchase and delivery setup very easy! There are no hard-core pressure tactics to make or get you yo purchase anything that you dont want. Setup of delivery was easy and my sofa arrived on time the day they said it would and their delivery guys were polite and professional as well too.This is one of the citys best kept secrets.Ive been recommending them to friends looking for great quality furniture at affordable prices...

We needed 3 sets of mattresses and box spring for twin beds. Terrible customer service. I know they are short staffed due to Covid and are overwhelmed by the amount of orders they have been receiving, but when someone calls to check on an order status over 15 times and absolutely no response or call back thats just not acceptable. No matter how busy you may be, you can still take a 5 minute call from a customer.

Very disrespectful bad customer service they lie a lot, they are not honest. I tried purchasing furniture from them they told me that they would call me 30 mins before they delivered I had made arrangements for someone to meet them and the driver called when he arrived I told him we needed 15 mins to come and he left when I called to complain the owner kept talking over me and cutting me off while I was talking.

Bought some furniture last year from here that wasn’t really cheap. Although i’ve barely used it and I’ve been trying to take care of it but it already looks in bad condition for some reason. This does not necessarily mean everything they have is as bad but from my experience I think it wasn’t worth it the money I paid.In terms of the delivery service they did it on a timely manner and they did a great job bringing it into the house and setting it up. The people here are friendly and always welcoming people with smiles.

I was also able to get my stuff delivered the very next day... With free delivery and set-up!!! the guys who delivered my furniture had to try three different Windows to get the large part of my sectional in my home and they did!!! They literally came straight in the house got straight to work up they were so courteous ❤️They definitely found a life-long customer in me ‼️❤️
DO NOT BUY MATTRESSES FROM THIS GUY! Purchased a Serta that turned out be uncomfortable. He would not return or exchange it stating that it’s their policy (which he said nothing about at purchase time) and that I should have tested it in store. Really? You know, because it’s immediately obvious that a mattress is not comfortable. That’s probably why Serta offers a 120 days in home trial with money back guarantee on their website? Maybe I should have spent a couple of weeks in the store testing the mattress? Worst customer service. Never again.

Awesome furniture store my son had a accident on my new couch so I washed my cushions and it ripped them I went back to Detroit furniture with no receipt six months later I even cut the tags out of my couch made it even harder for him to trace back how I bought my couch! he went above and beyond and helped me go through my debit card history to show proof I bought the couch in February and he honored my one-year warranty even though it was my fault advice pay with card!
