Advertised an air compressor on Facebook Marketplace for $105 and when I drove out to get it they told me that they made a mistake and should have been advertised for $150. They refused to honor the advertised price and lost a potential customer in the process. Btw, not even an apology for wasting my time!

So I went to purchase a pistol from these guys which I regret so my paperwork was put on delay which could take up to 30 days so I ask for my money back he said it would be a 100 dollar fee which not one other gun store even takes money before they know you are approved then I asked did you have this in writing??? Of course he dosent then tells me I can take the pistol home if they dont get a response within 5 days but if they say Im denied in 10 days I have to bring the gun back 🤔 I called firing line in westland and recoil in taylor Michigan where I purchased multiple pistols from and they both said that is not supposed to happen Im definitely reporting this place and glad I was recording 👎👎👎

Was going to purchase a diamond neckless and you tried to hit me for 500, not just that the diamonds were clearly plastic with no shine 😂✌🏽... how are used Cartier glasses being sold at 2,500 when I can get a brand new pair for that much. One of those typical employees or owners with an undertone of attitude and gives the feeling of not wanting his time waste. I clearly said I’m just looking. By the way I found a brand NEW necklace as Zales for Mother’s Day worth $1,000 and got it for 500.

Made the mistake of coming here to have some coins looked at. The guy looks at a couple coins and asked me what I wanted for them. Im not a coin collector, so I have not the slightest idea of the value, I told him Id like to have them looked at and appraised. He scoffs and tells me they dont do appraisals. Waste of time. My husband found a Junky .925 diamond charm so I stopped here to see if it was real diamonds because it looked rough. He said it was real. Cool... They have beautiful rings here I seen a tear shaped opal & diamond ring I REALLY loved & a sapphire one......... I didnt ask to see them because the redheaded muscular man just didnt seem like he wanted to help me.. Maybe some Customer service manners should be brushed up on.

Everything seemed fine initially. I came in to purchase a shot gun and went through the usual proceedings. Upon purchasing the fire arm I immediately went to the range to test it out and to my surprise the weapon wouldn’t fire. After conversing with a representative at the gun range about the symptoms i was experiencing he proceeded to dismantle my fire arm to reveal there was not a hammer in the trigger assembly. Furious i called the shop during their hours of operation and their reply was “bring it back in the morning”.10 hours later i return the firearm to their shop and initially they were trying to give me the run around by saying they need to contact the A.T.F to see what they can do for me. Then they suggested that they would credit me 50$ and i order the trigger assembly from ebay and take my fire arm to a gun smith and have it installed. In my opinion there should be some sort of system in place to ensure the fire arms they sell are actually functional. Had i waited to use it in a defense situation it would have been bad for me. After watching the clerks try and install the trigger assembly from another model , I’m sure they were shaving parts off and doing things your probably shouldn’t do to a trigger assembly to make the new one fit in my gun, in my faulty one for roughly 45 min they finally reassembled the firearm and sent me on my way with no regard or concern about the inconvenience this was to me and without compensating me for my trouble and time spent dealing with this ordeal. IF YOU PURCHASE A FIREARM FROM THEM, FOR YOUR SAFETY TEST IT OUT THE SAME DAY. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a fire arm from them if you arent well versed and can identify malfunctions easily. Obviously the staff has a modicum of knowledge regarding the fire arms they sell.

Amazing shop. The owner I swear is a modern day honest abe. I had purchased a used shotgun through them and it had a malfunction that was recognized when I tried racking it at home. The elevator for a stoeger pump was not making contact with the cartridge release. I called them within 30 minutes of leaving their store when I tried loading and cycling rounds to check it’s functionality once I got home.I told them the problem and they offered to get me back into the shop that day or I could come in tomorrow when their gun expert would be in. I said sure no problem and went in today to get everything squared away and see what my options where.I honestly figured i was gonna be loosing money if it wasn’t something I was overlooking. And the weapon was just broke. Either that or I would have to spend more money to fix what it may be.Yet my hope was fulfilled when neither turned out to be the case. Instead he claimed that the weapon may have a warranty still so he called stoeger directly. Within about a 10 minute wait we found out that the weapon was not still under a manufacturer warranty. Here comes more money on my end. But nope!!! Not the case at all.Instead he apologized and replaced it with a better weapon entirely.My experience was amazing at this shop... not only with me...But one of the guys at the store had quoted a girl the wrong price on a coin. She asked if she could get another opinion and the owner happily checked the pricing himself. And to yet another surprise it was cheaper the second time around.It would have been easy to just knock 10-20 bucks off to make her feel good but no... the price the guy initially quoted was 200$ on the coin which was an easy mistake... when the owner had checked himself he recognized that the grader of the coin was not reputable and told him you have to go two grades lower for any company outside of the two credited ones... well that coin went from 200$ to 60$.Of course I’m sure it’s situational. However... it’s the principle... there were two amazing things that happened in a pawn shop that happens in none other as obvious as this one...that owner is a man of integrity... and has a local business that I can proudly spend my money at. I will buy all my weapons from here no matter the price (which are reasonable,) if only to keep a business owner like this in our community!Thanks again... I’ll be back!

The worst place to go for anything they have unfair business practice and the owner doesnt know how to talk to people and he is overpriced on all his guns I will Never recommend anybody to go there. Never leave a deposit on anything he doesnt give store credit or refunds he didnt give me a receipt and he wanted to over charge me for a gun I agreed to pay his price if he could show me his so called special order price on a gun that is not speical order the retail price was $415.99 but he wanted to charge me $600.00 + please tell the truth in your response you lied about the price and he is mad because I Caught him in a lie
