I came here to replace a chain I didn’t like. They worked with me to find a chain that was to my liking and I could not be happier with what they chose. Super friendly people and comforting environment and I’m definitely coming back here in the future ❤️❤️

I took a simple ring in to get resized (had a size bar at the bottom and just needed to go down about half a size). I went to go pick it up and saw that the ring was damaged at the bottom. I asked about the damage (it was a simple scuff that could have been fixed right there and then) and the person working there told me that I must have bought it that way and that it was there because of the way the ring was originally designed. Its very easy to tell when a person/business will not take responsibility, and it was clear that they were not going to try to repair the damage (albeit it was not horribly damaged- I still expected him to take the ring back and fix it) so I was not going to waste my energy by arguing with them. I left and will now be taking my ring to another jeweler to fix the damage that Issa Jewelers caused.

Today was my first time in this store and I had an awesome experience with the owner. I was able to buy 3 rings that should of cost me $2000+ but instead I paid just over $1000 and they are beautiful rings. The owner is down to earth and very reasonable. If you need beautiful jewelry, I strongly suggest you come here. You will not be disappointed. This will be the jeweler I come to from now on.

If you’re looking for unique and beautifully made jewelry, this is the place to go. Very reasonably priced, very large selection and the quality is there. I have been to many jewelry shops and never quite impressed. I am pretty picky when it comes to my jewelry. However, as soon as I got there, I saw so many beautiful pieces I would absolutely love to wear. Stunning showcases. Customer service was the best I have ever seen in ANY jewelry store. Not pushy to buy and no “salesman” talk. Very down to earth, kind, professional and well rounded staff. Very knowledgeable in their pieces. I recently purchased a small 40 inch Element TV, From Issa pawn for my Daughters birthday. When I got home I turned the TV on & noticed a Digital line going thru the center part of the TV !The very next day I went back to lssa Pawn with the TV & explained how the TV is damaged. Their was a tall man working in the shop that basically, Said I broke the Tv during Transport !! & there’s nothing they can do !Moreover this shop is a complete RIP off & totalScam operation ! The service I received at Issa Jewelers was great! I was referred to them by the jewelers shop at the Kroger Market about a mile north of them. After I followed the Yellow Brick Road to the service desk, Mo greeted me with a handshake and a sincere How are you? How can I help you?... and it was close to closing time. How often can you expect to get that? Well, I showed him the pocket watch that I wanted to have him install a battery that I had purchased a few days earlier. I expected that I could replace the battery myself, but I couldnt open the back of the watch. After inspecting the watch, Mo gave it to the jeweler, and I promise you, it was less than 10 minutes later and I had my dads watch, back in my hands just ticking away. Stopped in to sell a ring I had for years and never wore. I believe I met the owner, who probably treated me just as he would have someone decked out in designer gear and ready to spend. Wonderful guy, was extremely helpful and was more than willing to help me appraise my other jewelry at another time (did not have it with me). I took my ring to them to have the prongs redone and a watch needing links removed. I was greeted cordially and Mo listened to what I needed done and after looking at them quoted me an unbelievable price for both jobs and best part was repairs would be complete in a few hours. I researched scrap jewelry buyers and Issa Jewelers had the best reviews...never sold scrap before and Moe the owner explained the process and what my jewerly was worth after a few tests.
