I went in for a last minute piercing. The staff was polite, professional and accommodating. The prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Staff themselves are nice, but when I had gotten my lobes pierced, the jewelry was not sterilized and also they used a hoop rather than stud(in which I had no clue at the time you were not supposed to do). I was also told they would heal within a month so as a month comes around and I take it out, I now have to pierce through a layer of skin because the hole tries to close daily.

I went in for a septum piercing with Chuck. Chuck is a nice person but my first time piercing of the septum, it was very crooked. I let Chuck know immediately and he agreed to re-pierce it the same day. After getting home I realized the piercing was still crooked and in the wrong spot completely for a septum piercing. It was pierced through the tip of my nose instead of the thin skin where it was supposed to be placed. I went back to the shop where Chuck agreed it was pierced in the wrong spot and once again crooked. I told Chuck I wanted a refund as I do not want to get it pierced a third time when the first two times did not work out. I do not want to come back in two weeks. I was informed there is a no refund policy. It is not my fault it was done incorrectly.

Great experience! They got me in and out for my nose piercing, didnt mind my questions or momentary indecision between ring and stud, were very clean and professional, polite, and didnt rush thru or waste time. The pricing was reasonable and they are going to great lengths to take all possible precautions for covid. I would definitely return!

For my first couple tattoos, I decided to come to a place with amazing reviews and haven’t regretted this choice since!! I was super anxious both times but Chuck was extremely helpful in staying calm for the tattoo procedure. Will definitely come back for more in the future! Thank you, Chuck! So I went to Elite Ink for my first tattoo. I have some pretty intense anxiety and was super nervous! Chuck and the receptionist did an amazing job putting me at ease and bringing my vision of my tattoo to life. They definitely have a new customer for life! I’m already planning my next one!!Ps. Tammy didn’t have enough experience to do a simple tattoo she messed up my gfs tattoo... her skins bruised and peeling and also you can see the cuts in her skin from the needle, she didn’t give her the tattoo she showed her. she created her own that looked nothing like the picture. I wish I could show the pictures...for you all to understand my frustration. It completely ruined her experience of me brightening her day with something spontaneously adventurous that she wanted to do. If they can’t fix, or cover the mistake. I don’t think they should be allowed to be open for fraud/scamming people into amateur work.And I also think if you don’t tattoo regularly you shouldn’t be tattooing either it’s not like riding a bike you have to rebuild your skill before you use someone as a test dummy.

Fast and easy but the guy was super inpatient and rushed me. also left my lobe piercing super bloody and walked me out.

Got my nose ring done here in September and so far it healed well. I have sensitive skin but the ring they gave me worked out real well. I would recommend them, the dude that did my piercing was professional. Very good placement.

I am ecstatic to say this was quite an excellent experience. I went based on an old news report I saw on YouTube regarding the daith piercing for migraines. I thought there would be a lot more pain. However I was wrong. Due to the Covid virus, you are required to make an appointment, I didn’t know that, and the Owner/ Piercer Chuck was very accommodating. This was the third shop I’d been to and many made me feel uneasy, however I felt at ease and less nervous. Chuck allowed my mom to accompany me during the process. But I have to say what I liked most was the professional service and accountability in the paperwork and explanation prior to the service. While I can’t attest to the effect that the piercing will have on my migraines, I would definitely recommend this shop to others and may consider having my second lobe pierced in the future.

Everything was good! Just one thing thou I feel like the piercings for the belly are over price. My piercing gem fell off at the end of the day. So now I need to wait till It heals.

Chuck can’t spell. Lied about how small my tattoo could be and never gave me any paperwork. So now i’m paying 4K to have a simple tattoo removed. Literally just go somewhere else

Sooooooo dissatisfied and disappointed. First and last time coming here. I paid $600 for a sleeve and got not even a third of a sleeve done. The artist CHUCK has no creative imagination (or maybe he just did me wrong, I hate to play the race card but im black, and I felt rushed). I returned a week later after the ink healed so he can finish and now all of a sudden he doesnt remember ANYTHING we agreed upon. I have the original receipt that he wrote with the unforfilled tattoo detail but I already saw where that was going so I was the bigger person and left. Soooooo I would go here for any ink and if you are a Black man DEFINITELY DO NOT GO TO ELITE INK TATTOO STUDIOS.

Had apts for me and friend of mine for Sunday at 4pm. Arrived 15min before time and ended up sitting outside waiting for someone to answer the phone. Left after 30 min. What is the point of making apts when you are not going to be in the establishment to keep them? Some notification of the need to reschedule our apts would have been appropriate. Such a waste of time. Was looking forward to starting my arm sleeve today but I will not be back to this establishment. As with other reviews Ive seen about the same thing happening it would be best to change your business practices.

A great place to get tattoos. The artists are extremely knowledgeable about where and how to Tattoo and piercings are quick and accurate. It costs a bit more than local shops but the finished product is extremely lasting. The designs on the artwork translate over to the finished product extremely well. Appointments are kept and tattoos done in a timely fashion! Highly recommended!!!

Jack did my piercings today; I got an industrial and a snug. He did a fantastic job! Jack was super friendly, informative, sanitary, and gentle (I barely felt one of them, but then again, I have a high pain bearing). If you want any sort of piercing done, come here! This is the 2nd time i have come out here from Novi for my piercing and when i get here they do not answer the phone. I have come out here multiple times. Wasted my time and my gas... just for them to have the door locked and to not answer the phone. Called multiple times.Whats the point in scheduling an appointment if they dont answer the phone and dont care?

I trust no other place to do my tattoos. I got my first tattoo here and I continue to go because all of the artist do amazing work. Super friendly environment, amazing energy, and wonderful work at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for?

I walked into elite tattoo not knowing anybody or what type of work they can do. I took a chance and made an appointment anyways because the tattoos I wanted are simple for an experienced artist. I made the appointment with jack because he was the only one there and gave me the quote. I went in for my appointment. I absolutely love my tattoos that jack did. I will deff be back. Clean place, easy going, great price, and I love the work he did.

I got a double cartilage piercing done by Chuck and I was whining the whole time but he made sure that I was comfortable and did his best to better my experience. They told me how to properly clean the piercing and said that I can come back after its healed so he can swap out the healing rings for the real ones for free 😁Great place

I came in on Sunday to get my daith pierced as I heard it helped alleviate migraine headaches. The receptionist was very nice and sweet and the guy (I forget his name) was very cool and professional. He made it as pain free as possible and the whole process didnt take more than 10 minutes. The only downside is they arent able to leave a tip on a card so be sure to bring in cash for the tip!

Had my tattoo done in twenty minutes, by The artist Chuck. He did a great job on my shoulder tattoo he made the start of my moms tribute tattoo become more than just my vision. I feel closer to her already. I will definitely go back for more ink..

Chuck is a very detail oriented when it comes to his original pieces. When I say original, I mean from his head to your skin original. Chuck does great work. He is a very talented tattoo artist. I not only have had the chance to get an amazingly awesome tattoo by Chuck, but I have also received 2 piercings from him.

Honestly if there was a negative button I’d put it. Very unprofessional, the guy has zero manners what so ever. If u ever want to get a piercing I don’t ever recommend this place. The guy that works there is always in a rush and doesn’t do a good job. One of my friends asked him a simple question after her piercing he tells her “u have to get up and leave I have a tattoo client”. That’s bs and low quality.

Paid over $1,300 for a normal boring tat. I asked for a half sleeve and kept getting just normal tattoos. Instead of looking like a sleeve, it looks like i got a bunch of smaller tattoos and bad shading between them. No backround like a good sleeve would have. AND its all black. Nothing else. not even gray. Horrible place to get a tattoo. AND i told them ILL PAY WHATEVER YOU WANT JUST MAKE IT LOOK AWESOME! They just took advantage of me. I could of gotten this all done for $200. Only had a few small tats before I went here so I didnt realize I should of Demanded to see the sleeve in full before I paid them. But the made me (and only me) put a $100 deposit while i found out everyone else only pays $50. I would only recommend this place to someone I hate.Eternal is NAME brand in the industry and would only charge for $800 for a black half sleeve. I am$350 for the other half of the sleeve.

Woah. I am really impressed with this shop. The last time I went with my husband it was kind of old school looking. Now it looks new and sleek and modern. IMy husband wanted me to have a female piercer so Eve pierced my belly. She was really good. She explained everything and she did it really good. Did not hurt and looked great.The other artist Chuck does my tat work but the hubby is pretty possessive so Eve said she would take care of it. She did and I am happy I had her do it. I have been coming here for years and they really are nice and not intimidating like some shops. I likebthat . o really like the new look to. It is like one of those lofts downtown.Even my husband thought it looked cool.I like it..

Got a tattoo today that i was told would be already drawn up nothing was done before i got there he traced a pic once i got there and it took only one hour litterally and i paid 500 for it the tattoo is a good tattoo but nothing like what was discussed and definitely not a 500 dollar tattoo i dont mind paying for what i want but this was not what i wanted or talked about with chuck....

Just got a cover up done last night. Nick was my artist and he was PHENOMENAL. The best tattoo artist Ive ever been too. The cover up was really tricky to get right, almost an undoable tattoo; but Nick got it done like a boss. After spending an hour or so figuring out the drawing that would give us the best possible cover he spent another hour getting the drawing placed correctly. Instead of trying it twice and saying good enough he placed it, looked at it, didnt like it, wiped it off and tried again. He did this like 5 times until it was as perfect as it was going to get. Once he started inking I knew we were going to get the end product wed both like the most.He was also a great artist and great inker, and not just when it comes to using a needle. He was super down to earth, funny, and enjoyable to talk to during the process. He made it feel like we were old friends. That was awesome.Eve was the front desk person, greeter, and piercer that was the there as well. She too was incredibly awesome. Kind, considerate, personable, etc. She was wonderful to talk too also. She even went across the street to pick up a lemonade for that my friends were supposed to bring back to me. First class service.I dont think its possible to find a better tattoo parlor. If you need ink, go here. Not only was the service and drawing phenomenal, the price was as well.Eve & Nick, I love you guys, I hope I can make it back another time for more work. Keep up the good fight.

I recently got my nipples pierced by Chuck and he made the process quick and easy! Receptionist was informative about how to take care of them before I was pierced and I was out the door within 15 minutes.

I was very scared/nervous coming to get my industrial and tounge pierced. The place is nice and everyone makes you feel welcomed. Chuck did an amazing job on my percings it was so fast I barely felt anything. Definitely going to recommend.

I’ve dealt with Chuck multiple times for a few decent tattoos at very fair prices but today was an experience like no other. Apparently he was out today, but he’s never there anymore due to “health reasons”, “leaving early”, and is never there on Tuesdays or Wednesdays (which is his days off). Not only was the woman behind the counter EXTREMELY rude and condescending and she tried overcharged me tremendously. It also seems like Audrey (another artist) does not really know what’s she’s doing when it comes to tattooing. She doesn’t have any tattoos herself (that I could see) and doesn’t seem to be too confident in her skills. My recommendations is call to see if CHUCK is there before you go, otherwise find another shop! I’ve got MANY other tattoos and the way the receptionist treated me was far worse than any shop I’ve been too!PROS: N/ACONS:Rude serviceRushed feelingNot dependable or reliableSome artists have no artistic skill
