I am launching a new nonprofit organization, so I went here yesterday requesting a pill and stick sign; after speaking with Jake on the phone. An older gentleman was very rude to me when I arrived. 1st he asked what are you sticking it to, I said a tent. He said no I can’t guarantee it will stick to a tent. Then I said ok I spoke with Jake about the Feather Flags. He then folded his arms and said those are very expensive and takes about 2 weeks. I said yes the guy I spoke to over phone informed me of the cost. What do you need so we can go over some designs? He said designs for what I would not be able to say for sure the sign will stick to your tent without seeing it. I said we already established that, but now we’re talking about the flags and I’m going to need a banner. He said well you don’t know if a banner will be able to hook on to your tent, that’s something you’ll have to know. I told him yes I have checked that and I know the banner would tie on to the tent. This was when I realized this guy just didn’t want to service me, because everything I asked about he had a reason he wouldn’t be able to do it; so I left. I’ve never been treated so poorly and it was hurtful. I went somewhere else and my signs look great.

This location did an amazing job with our banner. Last minute order and they made it happen. He even stayed late on the Saturday to finish the banner for me because I had to travel with it on Sunday night.

Not sure where even begin but for starters SAM and this specific location of FASTSIGNS ARE amazing. I ordered a banner from another company that was supposed to arrive on Friday that never arrived and I needed the banner for an event on Sunday I called at least 20 companies on Saturday and not 1 could help me until I got to Sam and FastSigns. I explained the situation and Sam (at noon) assured me he would get it done even if it meant him staying late . Sam ended up staying to 11PM just to finish my last minute banner . He really saved the day and the banner looked AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WILL USE THEM AGAIN FOR SURE 5 STARS
