If you take pride in your vehicle dont let them fix anything on it. The scam artists at Dearborn Collision Lurd me in overcharged me stole parts of my car and left my car malfunctioning after I was reunited with it. When I received my vehicle I noticed my window lock was on Now my passenger window fall into my door and its embarrassingly loud when I roll it up and down and my passenger blinker goes off at random. This company is the worst. Below are pictures of the window they gave and the marks they left on my leather seat. I have to fix things that was never wrong before I left them with my brand new vehicle.

I took my car in for rear end damage and painting, I was originally given a quote of $900 but to my surprise once I arrived to pick it up it was $140 less. Thank you Tony for your honesty!

I have a Tesla that cant be fixed at just any body shop, which is why I took it to Dearborn Collision. Charlie and his team of experts did a phenomenal job fixing the dent on my door. Finding someone to properly repair aluminum is hard to come by. The shop is also very clean and the staff is professional.

They are very caring and understanding. They very professional and sympathetic. They work fast to get the job done because they understand the need we have for the use of our vehicle. Choose them and ask for Charlie you wont regret it.

I have been to Dearborn Collision before Nellis a little while back and is always has good service never had a complaint Price is Right take care of you right if you need to call physically taking care of body work then lot of guys should go to I called in for my niece just a few days ago she was in the car accident and Colin Dearborn Collision want to cuz they taking into melee to assess the damage to a car they taking into me lean excessive down to the car and they have gave my niece a call let him know what was going on and she filed a claim with insurance and they helped her and make sure everything was going smoothly is a good reputable company to deal with might be pricey depending on your car but still they do work right

Probably the worst place I’ve ever been in my life had to bring my car back three times and each time there was some thing wrong with my car that they caused smh I eventually gave up sad to say that they made almost $10,000 off me and my car still isn’t perfect

Dearborn Collision is the best! Charlie is wonderful. Hes fair, honest, personable and has fantastic customer skills. Hes literally a larger than life guy with a big heart, and he has a great staff, too. Joe (Charlies right hand man) arranged for me to get a great discount (cash paying customer) on my repairs and a rental car, as well (as a courtesy, by the way, since my job took longer than expected), and Charlie ensured all agreements were honored. Charlie even washed my car personally after having had eye and tooth surgery that day! What owner do YOU know who does that? Well, Charlie did! I love these guys! They work really hard for their customers and treat you like youre family, and my car looks great, too! You wont be disappointed if you come to Dearborn Collision for your car repairs.

I had to take my car somewhere because it was hit by a work van. I had dealt indirectly with them after a guy hit my mirror to avoid a head on crash with a crazy driver at our sons elementary school. Even with little contact, they remembered us as a customer. Also, their prices were good and when they found out I worked for a church and that my job was also a non -profit, they gave me a discount on the labor. Also, they brought my car to my house when it was ready.

Moe was great! He fixed all of my car issues on the spot within 15 minutes. Highly recommend!

Charlie and his team at Dearborn Collision are just OUTSTANDING ! Had front passenger repairs on a 2017 Chevy Equinox. Dearborn Collision worked with my insurance company, had the adjuster out within 24 hours, and vehicle was ready to pickup 4 days later as specified by DC.Car looks like it never happened .I was told right up front what to expect. For example, due to cold weather they wanted to keep it an extra day in the baking booth so everything was done just right . What shop does that?

They are the best, they will do a good job on your vehicle, customer experience is the best you can get any anywhere, the owner and the workers are very friendly. He gave me a ride in his Royce Rolls from his shop to work while working on my Vehicle. Usually i review after more than 2 visits at a place, staff at front desk are great at listening your requirements and giving you good suggestions. I was there more than 2 times and always got good service. Friendly works too along with front desk staff.

Charlie did a great job fixing the front end of my Nissan Rogue. The shop was clean, and the drop off time was flexible. Pricing is also very reasonable.

I first went to Dearborn Collision to get an estimate for my red Saturn Aura. The damage was on both sides of my car along the doors. One side was dented and both sides were scratched badly. The estimate for repair was way beyond what I could afford. As an alternative solution, the owner Charlie was able to bless me with a complimentary deal. His amazing team was able to remove the dent, buff out the scratches and even touch up the paint. I was overwhelmed with gratitude from the kindness that was shown. Although I didn’t leave as a paying customer, I would absolutely recommend their services. Thank you to the awesome owner and his team!

Took my vehicle there and they told me that the dent in my door would be fixed 100% and they gave me an estimate with that guarantee. They gave me a date of when it would be done, then nobody called. I called multiple times and they kept delaying it and even said that the worker working on it went on vacation. At the end, I had to take my vehicle elsewhere because they said it was unfixable after they started to work on the car and made it worse, saying I had to change the whole door and denied giving me a 100% guarantee that they could fix it for their estimate. Terrible service. 0 stars.

We took my aunts Lincoln after she dented up the doors. At 87 years of age, my aunt can be a real handful if you know what I mean?? Well the staff was so patient and loving with her and let me tell you that she called 20-30 times a day😓 I felt so bad but everyone from the owner to the staff did such a awesome customer service job that I’ll never go anywhere else! Oh the repairs… just like new!!!!
