I bought a washer and dryer set last October from them, The salesman had said that both machines work properly and as they should and I tested the agitator real quick to make sure the dogs were good and they were and so when we got home hooked everything up the washer splattered water all over our floor because there was a big crack in the side of the tub. Considering the warranty and also customer service that they lack they wanted to charge me $100 for them to deliver a new machine to me and come get the old one that I just bought that is absolutely ridiculous it is no way to take care of any customer when you told them that you refurbish these machines and they work perfect and properly. At the end of the day I have a really nice whirlpool direct drive that was nicer than the one I picked out before but I will never do business with them again unless I watch them plug the washer in and perform 10 cycles with me watching and inspecting
Bought a washer couple months ago. One they delivered didn’t work correctly. They replaced it next day. Now it is not working at all. Had a friend look at it (appliance tech). They won’t touch it because they did. We had a bad first impression and now a second. Not asking what was done when it was looked at. Assumed Someone took it apart…. And won’t even look at it. Not a good establishment. Poor communication skills. And don’t reply saying you can’t find our name to match the purchase. My name isn’t correct on here. What we paid for this washer $300- is how much to fix.I do not recommend this place. My opinion!Reply: was not asked for a invoice number. Immediately denied because I didn’t go there first as stated. No need to call back I’m done with your business and how your employees or self handled this situation. Spoke with two different people. Told the manager/ owner wasn’t there today also! Lost a family of customers!
Wish I would have found this place sooner. They had exactly the fridge I was looking for for a more than reasonable price. Check out was thorough and reassuring. I got free delivery to my house the NEXT day.The delivery guys didnt have to do this, but they helped remove our old fridge out through the picture window which was the option. Very happy with their care and consideration. I also feel better having a 30 day warranty on the used fridge

Stopped in after recently moving to a new town house. Owner was extremely helpful in finding exactly what I needed as I had measurement restrictions. Delivery was simple and easy and they even worked around my schedule as I was about to go on vacation. All in all A+ service!

Mr. Ramsey was courteous and informative, so I decided to purchase a washer from his establishment. The service was spot-on from purchase to the next day delivery and installation. I am very satisfied my purchase.

Typical used appliances, very clean & helpful. Hauled my old appliances away for a small fee & hooked up my new washer, the tech came out about 2 weeks after purchasing a washer & repaired my wine cooler. He was fairly knowledgeable & parts were ready. Priced fairly. Delivery guys were nice.
Just went and bought a all household appliance bundle today and wow! Very reasonably priced appliances and amazing quality! With buying a washer+dryer+stove+fridge they have literally helped me save HUNDREDS if not at least a easy $1000 from me buying new! They sell appliances that are same at other stores but from what I seen what I was looking at they are lower than any other retailer iv been to! Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

They are very nice people! They are updating all their stuff to way newer models and up to date appliances and i couldnt of found a more greater little shop! I live near by and decided to stop in JUST TO LOOK at stuff and they are so kind, nice, and helpful I didnt leave out empty handed and ended up with an entire new kitchen suite and the price i paid was BEYOND WAY lower than anywhere else i have went to. Their service is definitely a A+ rating. Very helpful staff and beyond courteous. They dont pressure you, or try their hardest to push you onto something more expensive or try to con you out of as much as they can get out of you as literally 90% of sales people do. So from that stand point it helped me feel more comfortable and didnt drive me away from pushy tactics so i appreciated that. Overall. Very good group of people and whoever owns the place i can guarantee they are making big cash from how nice and kind they treat people. Im definitely coming back for more in near future 👍.

This place is terrible!!! People are unprofessional, smoking a hukah in back while in store, making all kinds of noise. Paid almost a grand for used fridge that doesnt work properly. Had service guys out to fix several times and they are dirty, they have no credentials, provide no receipts and can barely speak english so I cant understand them. These people are crooks and should be shut down.

Bought washer from them it dont agitate. Tech came out and wouldnt open up top to see it not turning. Asked for exchange or refund was told no and only had it 3days. I called Help me Hank/ Fox 2. Stay away!!!!

Smells really bad inside. The owners are very disrespectful and rude and get all up in your face. We got a washer and dryer and they were broken. They said they worked. When we went to return them, they didnt want to give us our money back. Dont EVER come here. Go to The Home Depot and save your self the trouble. Id give them no star if it were an option.
Stay away couldn’t get the gas stove hooked up so I was just gonna but an electric one and give them this one back, the guy claimed he saw the stove in front of my when I love alone and in no way shape or form capable to move the stove by myself. Terrible terrible place stay away.

This was a terrible place the refrigerator smelled and did not get cold. The gas stove was an explosion waiting to happen. The owner was very rude and disrespectful of my home when delivering the appliances.
Buyer beware! The owner is a complete thief sold me a washer and dryer that had so many problems. The washer had a really bad smell when used in the dryer made a lot of noise when used after complaining and telling him they had problems he did not want to do a warranty exchange or repair!

Good on pricing if you are looking to spend a little less, refurbished appliances, in my case I purchased a hot water tank due to the fact that the old one gave out 40gal upgraded to a 50gal AOS Smith Signature never used but a few dings and scratches and the pressure release value was replaced.
