Red in sales makes his customers from the start, & certainly knows how to keep them coming back. As for everyone else at Tylers, such a great friendly crew. They treat my wife so nice. Definitely one of the best motorcycle dealers Ive been to, I travel for a living and Im glad these guys are in my hometown. Should I feel the need to own a 3rd Indian motorcycle they have my business.

Everything from watching the kids so we could go on test drives, to finding the parts we were looking for even if it means calling other business and dealers to track it down.The service department is right on par with these 5 stars. Super pleased with my experience, we purchased fox shocks and were able to have them installed next day on a Saturday! Their techs are extremely thorough and were able to catch a brake issue on my wife’s scout bobber, which they corrected at no charge. Had my mind set to get back into motorcycles and wanted a BMW. Stopped by one evening on my way home. They were already closed but Red opened for me to look around. Guess what - they had what I was looking for - sweet deal and great customer care. Eventually, a salesperson greeted me. Unfortunately, it was one of the unmasked salesmen. The others totally ignored me, even though it wasnt busy and they did greet men who came into the shop.I was hoping to see the new Royal Enfield Meteor on display, but it wasnt. Also wanted a few small parts and farkels, but all they had out on display were motorcycles, t-shirts, coffee mugs and helmets. Somehow, I didnt feel like asking for what I was looking for.

I was shopping for a bike online, and the color I wanted wasnt available in my home state at any of the dealers. I found Tytlers Cycle and had the awesome experience working with Jon Matz. I had a motorcycle shipped from Wisconsin to Arizona and it cost less than if I would have bought it at any of the local dealerships. I couldnt be happier. I thought for sure this was going to be a difficult ordeal getting a bike shipped, bot Jon made it effortless. Cant recommend these guys enough, the communication was almost instant, which is huge to me. Thanks again everyone, I love the bike!

Bought a motorcycle. Quick and easy.

Writing this review without even visiting. I live far from Green bay and call them to set up an appointment for an inspection and they took my VIN and told me there is a recall and need time to get the parts and set up appointment on a later date(2 weeks). Couple days before the appointment i get a call saying they havent ordered parts and need VIN to order. Unacceptable...Edit: they fixed it, got a call that they have the needed parts and i can get the recall done for the same scheduled appointment.Edit: Staff are fantastic. I feel like a total A hole writing above after talkng to the staff here..

Great service from their parts department. I ordered a pair of gloves that I could not find in stock anywhere, and Tytlers called me to tell me they would have to source them. I didnt expect much since I figure selling a pair of gloves is not going to be a top priority for them, but they treated like it was and got them to me in just a couple days. Everywhere else I called told me it would be 4-6 weeks. Thanks to Tytlers I got them in time for a long trip.

I would like to thank Simone Reindl for all her assistance in obtaining a communication device for my cycle and getting it to pair with my current system. I appreciate her emails to the manufacture and efforts to keep me informed about her progress. She helped resolve the issues I was having with my helmet microphone. An attempted was made by her to contact the manufacture to see if they would replace it. In the end, I replaced the microphone and with the new device, my passenger and I are able to communicate. Thanks Simone!😁

I bought a 2015 Indian Scout from Tytlers about a year ago. The sales staff is friendly, not high-pressure, and knows their product. They worked with me on price, and I think I got a fair deal. Service staff is also friendly and takes the time to do the job right. After a scheduled maintenance check, they went over with me everything that was done to the bike and reassured me that if there were any issues to call them immediately. The Scout has been running perfectly.

I have been shopping, talking, looking at motorcycles for the last 15 years since I sold my last bike. As soon as Tytlers added Indian and Ducati as well as Victory to their line up of great bikes, we became a frequent visitor to their show room. With every visit we became part of the Family there.. From Scott, Red, Alex and all of the other guys there we have always been greeted with a smile, all questions answered correctly and diligently. Very friendly staff complete lineup of Indian motorcycles, BMW not so much. did not have the model BMW I was interested in looking at while the place Milwaukee had three of them. Gave the extra star because the people here are very friendly and that was greeted as soon as I came in the door. The Honda place down the road I waited over 40 minutes to talk to a salesperson ffs.

I purchased an Indian Scout last year and the staff and service were amazing. Their facility is outstanding and their staff extremely knowledgable and helpful. John was my salesman and hes an awesome dude that can answer just about any question and point you in the right direction. We moved down to Grand Rapids Michigan and when my service was due for my scout, I drove 7 hours to take it to Tytlers instead of my local Indian dealership here, that should tell you something.

Picked up a used 14 R1200RT and it all went smooth, they even loaded the bike on my trailer in the snow.

Friendly without being pushy. The sales staff took pride in teaching novices like me about the bikes.

I was on my way to Indianapolis & stopped by on Saturday morning. I asked if they could lube my top suspension link bushing because it was squeaking and realign the drive belt. After insisting that my problem was the bottom & not the top bushing, they kept me there for 3 hours. I left with the same squeak, an extra washer shoved next to the lower bushing and $85 less in my wallet. Next time maybe you should listen to the customer, were not all idiots. I did a little research and wanted to provide you with a little business but what I got was a big disappointment. Thanks for taking care of a Veteran.

A visit to Tytlers is an incredible experience, where you can see several models of fine motorcycles such as the Victory and Indian Roadmaster and other street bikes that include Ducatti.The location of Tytlers is one of those you cant miss the place. A giant T identifies the dealership off the highway near De Pere, and that enormous sign alone is deserving of a photo.Once inside, youll enjoy the place. All of the motorcycles, large and not so large, are evenly spaced throughout the showroom which invites you to look at each and every one. The place is spotless. If youre like me, you do look at each bike, and its obvious that each bike is spotless, too.This dealership is truly a no pressure upon you, no one pushes to sell dealership. The dealership employees, including Red who is the General Manager, are prompt to answer your questions about any bike or even a clothing accessory.My passion is the new Indian Roadmaster. Ive owned and ridden the Victory Cross Country, but the Roadmaster is an entirely different machine when compared to the Victory and is a Class act. The Victory, similar to Indian, is a U.S.A manufactured bike. Both models are available at Tytlers. Recently, Polaris decided to scale back on Victory manufacturing, and guide their efforts toward Indian. It appears to be a good move in my opinion. Indian is way out front in power and style for me, but the Victory will certainly be around for some years to come.I had the opportunity to ride a new Indian Roadmaster on a 3-day trip to northern Michigan just recently. I picked up the bike from Red, the General Manager at Tytlers, who provided me all of the information that I needed to learn about the Indian navigation system, power windshield, highway lights, cruise and the heated seats. The Roadmaster has everything placed just right, and anyone who has ridden a big bike will pick up on the Indian specifics and bling right away. The Roadmaster is an absolute dream, and that 111 Thunder Chief engine is best described as a very smooth rocket !If youre looking for a fine motorcycle where youll receive outstanding service, I highly recommend Tytlers !
