Better than other times Ive visited. I stopped coming a long time due to my order always being wrong or they would forget to add a certain item that I wouldve already paid for. If its to go, its in a brown paper bag so you will need to check your items before you leave to make sure you got everything you paid for. But if youre in a rush to get to work, you might not notice till youre long gone. Otherwise, the food is great, prices seem right for the type of food and coffee is great.

Really like the atmosphere of this little shop. Employees were friendly and the assistant manager was great with service. I would reccomend.

Hands down the best bagels in town. There is something for every pallet. Personally, Id recommend the pretzel bagel with caramel cream cheese! Sweet and salty!

The place is very good and the bagels are excellent. Theres just one thing that would make me give the place 5 stars: they need to separate sweet and savory bagels. Instead, they mix then all together

***WORTH THE READ!!*** My review alone should really mean the most to people in our community (visitors are absolutely welcome as well)! Ill try to keep this short and sweet. Ive worked for Jeff and Stephanie (the owners of the Oneida St./Ashwaubenon location as well as the Reid St./De Pere location) since I was 15 years old. I worked for them all through High School, Undergrad., Grad. School, and on and off ever since. To put this into perspective for you, I am almost 28 years old with a full-time job. Why do I continue to help them out when they need it? Because they are the most caring, understanding, flexible, and appreciative bosses/people out there! Theyve become family to me. I know Im not the only one who feels this way either. So, not only does my review reflect the characters youre supporting by dining here or if you quickly pick up an AMAZING bagel/muffin/coffee/you know name it, I should also say the food supported me through college (I ate it every single day, sometimes multiple times per day) and I STILL crave it!! I guess you could say the food is alright. Just kidding, the food is AMAZING!! Thank you Jeff and Stephanie for all you do for your employees and for our amazing customers that keep coming back!! Delicious, wide selection of bagels, sandwiches and muffins. The owner takes pride in his business and takes good care of his customers. Very friendly staff, clean facility and yummy sandwiches. Nice variety and they even offer something for vegan folks.

Got in around 9:30am. Ordered a breakfast bagel. I asked to make a change my order while it was being made, the girl behind the counter smiled (key detail) and said it would be no problem. Bagel was fresh and tasted very good.On a side note. The person I ate with is a coffee junky and said the coffee was very good.

Great food and service! A must breakfast stop in the area. Great bagels, muffins, coffee (recommend the turtle mocha), sandwiches and smoothies! Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

The bagels were really good! Tender, soft, good flavor. But the service this morning was SLOW. I waited 20 mins for 2 toasted bagels.

Friendly staff, patient, and helpful. We were here around 9am so maybe after the morning rush and eat before lunch so things were quiet and we were in and out in no time.

Had the Southern bagel sandwich, it was really good, bagles are and muffins are really good.
