What a joke this store is. I shop here every year for 4 kids plus 2 adults. We went in on Saturday to get our costumes and I called Sunday morning because one costume did not fit and the other mask was all dented and missing gloves. I was told no refunds. Which is fine I wanted the same one but a bigger size and a mask that was not ruined. I told her that and she then said sorry no exchanges. So beware. Now I have 100 worth of costumes they cant even wear. Will never be back

When they say Mega that what they mean. They have any and everything you need for costumes. They even have costumes for big and tall folks. The staff was very helpful. This is where you need to go.

This place is a fraud!!BUYER BEWARE--DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!Bought a Batgirl costume t-shirt yesterday that I wore today of our schools Story Book Character Parade.I came home and put it in a laundry bag following washing directions on the label.I retrieved it out of the laundry bag and the yellow ink rubbed off and the black ink faded. Called the store ad they can do nothing for me...eventhough the product was defective. This is unbelievable and I will share my negative experience far and wide!The girl told me to call corporate and I did. Number is not working.

Easily 5 and possibly more employees, no bathroom available, dropped half a bill on a 3yr old Cap.Am costume, no shield, very ridiculous 🙄 but, w.e, price is nothing. compared to no bathroom for their 5 employees alone much less ppls babies, wives, etc.

To expensive way too many people and no mask on everyone was touching each other thats how crowded it was we put are things back and left..

Lovely ladies were very quick to help. They treated my kiddos with the upmost respect and kindness. My daughter is 5 and special needs and they tried their very best to please her💖💜Loved this store.Selection was massive!!

Pricey but they have so many choices! You could probably find anything youre looking for here. The staff is really polite and its pretty big! My husband and I both got our costumes here and we love them!

Yes this place is almost guaranteed to have what youre looking for, but itll most likely be over priced and not in new condition. The large hanging skeleton/ghost decorations are $60 and have battery acid caked on the battery pack. Everything is extremely over priced. If youre desperate this is a good place to go.

Stores a mess, no employees there to help. bought a costume and when i got in the car i saw there was a rip in it and they told me i wasn’t allowed to exchange or return

Prices are not awe-inspiring, but not marked up either. MSRP, pretty much. Shoes especially unimpressively priced.Layout is not optimal, yet their stock is still visible-- but you may need help reaching some items. There is no point complaining as they open seasonally in different locations; they work with what they have.Place was clean, there seemed only one soul on the clock, but she was friendly and helpful.Location was servicable with ample parking, including handicap spaces. There was good access from and to the road.I usually go to Spirit, but they wanted to be in Ormond this year. I am not driving an hour to a Halloween store--its not Universal Studios. So Halloween Megastore got my vote first from location. If they are similarly close next year, they have me then, too. Clean, stocked, helpful.
