We bought a remnant of carpet for our stairs and it was installed too short. The owner, Bruce , is making it right and let us pick another piece of berber out and it will be installed at no charge in a few days. I will post another picture then. Now, thats service! Would highly recommend.!So John came out, a different installer, from the company and did an awesome job! He put a bullnose lip on the carpet which looks better and makes it safer.I cant say enough about these people. Thank you so much!

Im very disappointed in how I was treated. My 1st call in June to inform them my floors were peeling, I was jerked around. Finally Oct 8, I was told I had to go to manufacturer. I paid Discount not manufacturer. What do you think? The 1 star is only because the review wont go through with no stars.

Truly a waste of my time spent in the store-3 visits and later meeting their rep at my home to measure install. Great talk by the Ryans-we can beat the quotes you received-which I provided copies! Later not even recalling the quotes I provided and telling me this was the best they could do. Found the same carpet elsewhere with same padding at a significantly lower price. Dont waste your time here-they could care less about you!

He narrowed down our search based on what we were interested in and sent us home with some samples to make our choices. I have been using DQF for around 20 years in two residences and in my business. There may be other good places, but I wouldnt use anyone else as DQF has always done a great job for me. Derek and the installer have each remembered me, even when they came to a new location and had no frame of reference. They do an outstanding job, pay attention to details, do everything they promise, and are reasonably priced. One time I checked out their flooring prices on the internet and found that they were quite a bit cheaper, to the point where the installation charge brought them up be the same as the cost of the floor on the internet sites, which effectively gave me the installation for free (almost).

I want to say my initial dealing with this company was good. Derik worked with me and helped me get the deal going. But after the installation we ran into quite a few problems. First off the installers were very unprofessional in their work. After installing the flooring I noticed a broken corner in one of the flooring corner that had been pulled back revealing a small tear. You could feel this with your feet, on occasion, as it was right in front of our sink.So instead of replacing it he shaved it and put some wood putty in the small hole left by the shaving. Next they left liquid nails droppings on the floor. Then they put in the molding but in spots they had cut the floor short so you could see a gap. Then the piece of floor molding had damage and had to be replaced.Then they forgot to staple a piece of molding. Then they broke one of our window slats. Then they almost overflowed our sing by leaving the water running, I have a Samsung refrigerator. On the front of this is two rubber stops, one on each side, that retract and engage the floor as a stop for the freezer door. Before they came and moved it you would raise the stops and the fridge would move allowing us to move it out. But when the installers left, I tried to move it to check to see if they had installed the molding, I cannot disengage the stops so I cannot move the fridge. My guess is that when the were moving it, they did put some thing plywood so it wouldnt scratch the floor, they must have left pieces under the back legs tilting the fridge forward so we cannot raise the stops. The installers were here again to fix the previous problems I had mentioned but looked at the fridge stating that the stops wouldnt allow the fridge to move acting like this was my problem. I called Derik explaining to him the situation and he said he would talk to the installer. I havent heard anything back from him and probably wont. So my fridge sits there not being able to move. So no I would not recommend this company and thats unfortunate since we had more flooring we were going to have installed.
