I called the deli to see if they could possible do 12 plain cupcakes, nothing crazy. Just found out a girl at work is pregnant and we wanted to celebrate. I know they make them in advance and previous bakers have worked with us as we order from them at least once a month for birthdays at work. This morning she just flat out NO. 24 hours notice only. Very rude, didnt even ask how simple they would be. Will take our monthly work birthday cake business somewhere else. I dont have time for people to be rude for no reason.

This is about the deli. I got a chicken tender sandwich and Alison was super polite and friendly. Kudos to her patience and helping nature. The chicken tender was crunchy and the bread was super nice to bite into. If you crave for some chicken sandwich this is the place to go. Overall this is a nice store

Excellent subs in the deli. Miss Laura is the nicest employee Ive ever met at Publix but in all honesty its the first time Ive ever been to Publix. That aside miss Lauras customer service skills were off the charts. If you are looking for a good roast beef sandwich with muenster cheese, easy mayo and just a sprinkle of lettuce to say you got your greens for the day then this is the place to go. Period!

Absolutely love this store. Its cleaner than clean every time I shop here. The food preparation area is amazingly staffed with people that appreciate you and your business. Im a big fan of their breads and meal deals in the deli. Along with other great products like candied ginger and fresh produce. $5.00 for 5 on mango and$6.99 for sweet seedless watermelon. Not everything is cheaper but for the consistent deals and freshness combined with the staffing , shopping at Publix is a pleasure for me. Thanks too those whove strived to keep this store location safe and clean. Your hard work ethics and dedication shine through in these trying times.

You can I find a grocery store that has fresher and higher quality meats and fish. Overall it’s the best market place you can ever find and you don’t have to worry about whatever you buy if there’s a problem they will take it back no questions asked! I love Publix and I also get all my shots at Publix because their pharmacy is top notch! Never ever had a problem!

Older Publix I stop in to fill a RX and get some lunch while I wait dropped off RX was told it would be a hour I thought that was a little long. Went to the hot food and all of it looked old. The Rx took and hour and a half even though they knew I was there waiting for it to be filled. Definitely not impressed with this particular Publix

Had called in a special order, and a young man Ramsey was very helpful and made sure he got all the cases we needed for our church and helped load them up when we got there to pick up everything. Great service.

Love Publixs but hate there extremely over pricing. I go here for the Bongo deals other wise, you really need to shop around for better prices on iteams

Store is neat and clean. If you want a sub from the deli during lunch, I would highly recommend you order online and pickup. They get busy at lunchtime in the deli.

Great store but cant give 5 stars because they dont have a deli. Only a bakery. Disappointed when I went in to get a rotisserie checken and wings.

Typically good service, however I ordered a strawberry platter for my daughters birthday gathering. When we arrived to pick up, we were told that the platter was not available. Next day, I receive a call to pick up the platter and was told they forgot to inform the clerk that it was ready which caused the mix up. Calling the next day after the party is over doesnt help me, poor customer experience this time around.

I love this store, I feel at home when I go into any Publix but this one is like a class reunion or family reunion or just running into people that I saw before but didnt know them and we meet each other and in some cases exchange phone numbers. So, its that kind of store and easy to find my items. Thank you Publix!

Nice 🙂🌴👍 I wont be shopping there anymore. The pharmacy I had an appointment with to get the vaccine. Got up early in the morning because I work all night. Go in there and they said they dont have my reservation. And theyve refused to take me anyway after I went through all that trouble to get down there. I said why not most people take walk-ins like CVS. No we have too many to do youll have to leave and make another reservation. I said I dont think so, Ill go somewhere else. These young people know nothing about customer service theres zero. I dont care if its the pharmacy or not if its inside your store your responsible. So Im not going to spend hundreds of dollars a month or a week even on groceries in a store that doesnt care about me. Ill go somewhere else.

It has a very different feel than most of the publix stores in the area. I hear they are supposed to be redoing in in the near future.

I ordered two specialty half-sheet cakes (chocolate hazelnut and chantilly cake) for my wedding reception from this locations bakery. Caleb took my order and he was really friendly and made sure that I had all the information that I needed. They delivered to my wedding venue for a small fee. Everyone raves about how delicious both cakes were and they both looked beautiful despite not being a traditional tiered cake.

Compare to another stores selection is poor and service is super slow. Prefer to drive to beach side.

Growing up in Central Florida, I’ve always held Publix in the highest regard… until lately. Supply chain issues, stock shortages, and disgruntled employees have become the norm. It seems they always blame things on Lakeland these days. “The warehouse didn’t ship us any” is the most frequent excuse for things like drink cups for the soda fountain, etc. Online orders aren’t being prepared on time, the usual is 10-15min after scheduled pickup. Sad to say now Publix is on the same tier as WalMart regarding customer service, just with higher prices. Come on people, you used to be the best in the game!

I have an auto immune disease and have to eat a very specific diet to maintain my health better. Could not find anything that I can eat.

The ladies in the deli are absolutely amazing. Even though they were swamped with customers they made me still feel important. Nowadays workers are rude and are upset because the business is busy not here! I highly Recommend this location. I shop at this particular Publix twice weekly, and it is always clean and never too crowded. The deli meals & bakery products are great here and the staff behind the counters are always friendly and helpful.

Always excellent this particular Publix my mother has been going there for 30 years and everyone knows her and they treat her with the utmost respect as she is 90 years old and she considers people who work there her friends and quite frankly they are!

Always a great experience. In and out. Clean. Friendly workers. Sandwich making could be a little faster, but I understand.

Came in about 830p on a Wednesday night...with my 4 month old son who was in a carseat. Checked out fine...then everything was fine until I was done paying then needed to get my groceries into the cart ...since there was no bagger and no assistant for the cashier. I proceeded to get my son hooked to one arm as I used the free hand to get groceries off of the cashier shelf to put into the cart...Ill give the cashier an ounce of credit for coming to help load the last bag into my cart...since she had a next customer who was waiting on me ...God forbid.

Expensive. A simple 🍔 bbq for 4, cost quite a bit.Im from Tucson, AZ and used to cheaper grocery stores and with more inventory and supply. What gives??

As I write this review on Monday December 28 of 2020, at approximately 8:30 this morning , my girlfriend and I went to the deli of this publix in search of gluten free wraps (since no restaurant seems to cater to people with food allergies :( ) and the young lady with glasses tried very hard to find some for us. It wasn’t her fault and thanked her for her help, and started walking out defeated. She ended up FINDING US and showed us some wraps she had actually found and offered to heat them up for us. Her, her manager and another agreed that we were allowed to ask this special request just this one time. it really meant a lot. thank you

The friendliest grocery store here. The employees are always cheerful and eager to assist. I always enjoy going there to shop. I actually look forward to it. I have a specific hot sauce I like and they have ordered it and is now on the shelf.

Got a sub and a big a## cookie. Got cash from the atm, no fees for launch customers. The line went fast. The customer service on point.

I love Publix I always have and I always will . Came in to buy an 8piece fried chicken and noticed that there werent any left so I asked the employee when the next boxed 8pieces would be up and without hesitation asked for me and when I came back she already had a vox saved behind the counter for me to ensure I got mine. I love how I am treated in Publix not to mention quality is always top shelf standard no matter who you are you are important to Publix as a customer and it shows no it shines through every one of their employees.

We got our Covid shots and they were quick and nice.

I felt compelled to write this review because of the other worldly service I received from Eric in Deli who prepares the sub. 6 star service.I was visiting friends the area from out of state for vacation. Ive never been to Publix before. before going to the beach, our friends told us publix subs are excellent you have to try one. I thought they were crazy since Im a native of upstate New York and we have excellent Wegmans subs. I was there which I didnt think any other chains could compare to.Boy was I wrong. the main reason I had such a wonderful experience was because there was this guy, his name was Eric, who made my sub like ive never had done before. The guy spent 20+minutes to hand craft my sub. similar attention to detail as michelangelos david. it was perfect. He left to produce to get a fresh avocado to cut for my sub because he didnt like the appearance. He cared about his craft and wanted to provide only the highest quality of service.I hope that whoever is in management/administration reads this review and gives this man a raise. Ill definitely be back.

If long lines are an indication this MAY be the BEST deli. & bakery of all the areas stores. For me its the banana pudding. Seniors know how to cook!

Prices are high so I only shop there when I get a gift card from work.

Three consecutive shopping trips in a row were met with employees wearing masks under their chins.There is a mask policy for employees. Ive asked and subsequently spoken to customer service multiple times. Nothing has been done past Well take care of it. Cool, except you havent.Twice in a row it was the same employee. The third time it was two different employees at the registers.I emailed corporate and their response was to quote me their customer mask policy. Which was not the issue. It seemed as though the person who responded didnt actually read the email. More glanced for key words and pulled what they believed was a correct enough response and sent it out.After that I called corporate and spoke to someone who may have not even gotten the store number correct. I said it was on Beville Rd and they said the other store location name thats nearby. While I was told it was being sent to their covid response dept., I dont even know if its the correct store being reported.I have zero faith in this being remedied, so if corporate responsibility is a factor in where you spend your money, hard pass on Publix. If employee mask compliance is an important determinating factor of where you shop, again, hard pass on Publix.If mask wearing is something youre trying to avoid, this is the place to be.

Custumor service was not helpfull, spoon was missing from termos and the girl did not want to sell it or discont it . She needs more custumer service expwerience. She was rude , did not call manager to ask. Wil not be back, thaks to Laurine

This Publix is convenient, employees make small talk most of the time, and is well stocked. Sometimes I wish there were more lanes open during busy times (noon-2 and 5-7), but other than that I love this Publix!

Great service and they werent low on anything. I was surprised they stayed open later than i thought, and they dont have a pharmacy in this public to my knowledge. But all in all a good place for quick or long shopping.It seems almost in pt orange but im guessing its in Daytona. I lost my vape pen there somewhere and honestly i think one of the workers found it and kept it. But still a good store with mostly good employees
