For being customers you need help to find stuff in this kind of big electronic shop.well I was this place to buy AUX code for iPhone and everyone stuff was like pointing finger you check there but nobody was like wanted to listen you what you want exactly. But there’s always one guy who do there job with little extra attention and it was Mr. Nathan you are well knowledgeable person thanks for your service keep it up.

Without ranting, my friend let me use my account on his purchase. He asked me to confirm the information and I chose not to round up 4 cents. And then my friend didn’t want his change. The cashier belittled and scolded both of us. Had a very nasty attitude over 4 cents. We simply said it wasn’t that serious and left. I won’t return. That’s a pretty sorry excuse to treat people bad and instantly have a bad attitude. He told me if he didn’t want the change than I shouldn’t have touched the keypad and my friend should have done it and not me. We just left confused. I don’t know why he was hating so hard.

Best Buy is usually a hit-or-miss kind of place, but a gentleman by the name of Dre knocked it out of the park on a recent visit to this location. He took his time to actually help me by listening to my needs and making an extremely useful suggestion that ended up being the perfect solution for me. That kind of service ensures that the customer actually gets what they need so they don’t have to waste time with returns or regretting their purchase. I can’t speak for the rest of the staff or the store in general, but this one brief interaction definitely gave me a better opinion of Best Buy.

Went in to Best Buy in Daytona to spend 5k on a TV and the sales person who helped us was the reason I didnt buy there. The one I wanted wasnt there. He said he cant get it. I asked about the next step down and he said he cant get that either. Maybe it was the way we were dressed (shorts and flip flops. Hair not done) But he tried to sell us on a different brand but just set us in the general direction and didnt even point out what he was talking about. When I asked if they were going to get more of the TV I wanted, he said theyre not making it anymore. Huh, went home and ordered it off Amazon. Be here in about week. And $2 cheaper. Their loss. Wont be going back there. Sad.

If I could give 0 stars that would still be to many. GEEK SQUAD has horrible customer service and are habitual liars. My daughter has a new i Phone and it stopped working. Geek Squad said it would take 1 week to fix. They sent it to Apple and 1 month later Geek Squad has no idea where the phone is. I have made over 15 phone calls and have been on hold over 6 total hours. Every one I talk to is in their basement watching TV because no one works in an office anymore. Every single time I have called the person said they would call me right back with an update and not 1 call back. Their response is I understand how frustrated you are NO THEY DONT... GEEK SQUAD has no idea what is going on with the phone. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE?? I gave my phone to Geek Squad. I would not use this service ever again, their customer service is horrible. BEST BUYS new policy is that you cannot even call the store, you go right to someone in their basement watching TV and are more interested in the Sit Com they are watching. BEST BUY has lost me as a customer. At the end of this I still dont have my phone back and GEEK SQUAD does not care.........

Bought an open product that was returned and asked the cashier if I could open it at the register to check the contents to make sure it had all the pieces of the universal charger box. He said no I cant the sticker would say if anything was missing. Well it didnt tell me that 3 of the 9 attachments and the 1 I needed were not in the box I paid full price for when it didnt have all the components. I will be calling head management today and truly hope the employee gets fired. If I could give zero stars I would.

Customer service and knowledge of on hand products seem to not be a requisite for a job at this Best Buy. I asked two people up front for help, one looked at me and just blatantly ignored me as he walked away, the other one was busy flirting with the cashier so he told me he would call someone to go back and help me.. I think they called The stocker to help me because the poor guy tried so clumsily to answer my questions and seem to have trouble even reading the description off of the card..I can get this kind of customer service from Amazon.

I had one of the most tiresome experiences at best buy yesterday day no help to Jordan the customer service manager who loves to interrupt you while asking a question ask if it means nothing to him Jeff took off who began to to take his side at first then saw the error in his ways. That I didnt have an attitude but just wasnt understanding what was being said, Mrs Cheryl who was all a customer service representative was very helpful and very understanding and took her time to explain it all to me. I have had several brain surgery and it takes time for me to understand Jordan didnt want to take that under consideration Im disabled and was all having a hard time standing there for that long period of time. The service desk does not have chair for the handicap or the disabled who can not stand for long periods of time. I was hung up on twice in which Mrs. Cheryl took over the phone call for me to go take a break in my vehicle . Thank you very much. To het

We just had a great experience! My 13 year old son has been weeding flower beds for 2 months to save to buy a gaming PC. The 1st one he ordered wouldnt connect to his monitor so we returned it with no hassle at all. The next one he ordered also wouldnt connect either. So disappointing! We brought it to the store to return and Matt and Justin checked out the computer and easily figured out the issue and fixed it! They were so friendly and helpful! Awesome service!

Great deal on a 82 inch Samsung 4 K TV. And a new Q800A Samsung sound bar. Guarentees price match. Did not notice until after ordering. Cheaper somewhere else. But they kept their word. And we saved around $575. Also gives rewards. Used promo with 150 off. Received that on email. Went to store bought a New Sony 4K Blue Ray player. Was $250. Only paid a little over 100 bucks. Still have around 30 bucks in more rewards to use. Love this place.

Im giving 3 stars generously. My son brought his computer to Geek squad. The guy at the counter who helped him looked like he was miffed that he had to work and hated his job. Was very abrupt. Cant speak to an actual person in the store without a 27 min hold time...TWENTY SEVEN MINUTES???!!!! Now my son is apprehensive about going into the store to find out whats going on with the $3000 computer he dropped off 2 weeks ago. Does ANYone care about customer service anymore??? We have spent SO MUCH money in this store an actual phone number to speak to a live human in AMERICA would be nice.

Had my stereo installed by Matt. He was very professional and very helpful. He was done within a hour or so. Took the time to explain how my stereo works with my phone and helped me understand how its in general. Also Trey and Eli was very helpful the first time I came in to have them look at my DS18 stereo that would not connect to my phone like I told it would. Eli talked to me and my husband about what would be the best stereo for my jeep and do what I need it to do. Thank you to all 3 of these men for the great job they did for me.

I cannot believe how rude these people are, particularly Mario. The girl who was helping me with my new computer was slumped over the counter like she had a hangover and she had no idea what she was doing. Mario came over and told me for $80 she would set up my computer properly. So am I supposed to believe that for $80 she would suddenly wake up and know what she was doing? really? I had been there 30 minutes already and she could not figure it out. I told them to keep the computer as I had all of the packaging, receipt, etc, and it was brand new. They said no. The return policy is 15 days. Mario was also very rude to the customers next to me who had just purchased a new computer. It was hard to believe. I will never buy anything at best buy again. Done after all these years.

If we could give 0 stars we would. Shame on Best Buy for hiring Jordan as a Manager that could care less. He literally treated us like we were an inconvenience.Shopping at Best Buy has always been about the customer experience hence we drove all the way from Jacksonville to pick up our new 82 inch tv that they wouldn’t even let us use the cart to wheel it out in to the parking lot. Thank God there was a Good Samaritan in the parking lot to help me load my tv. Would not recommend going to this Best Buy!Terrible Experience from Jordan.

We came in needing a new computer or laptop for work. I wasnt entirely sure what I was looking for, just had the computer requirements on my phone and a lot of questions, luckily we had Lary help us find exactly what we needed. After showing him the requirements he knew exactly what to show us he explained everything making it easier to understand for me. We picked out a laptop and asked a million more questions since we wanted to be sure and he was so patient and informative. The store was clean and all employees wore masks. There were a great amount of employees there to help answer questions and everyone was very polite. Great experience with amazing customer service.

I went to Best buy to buy a few tvs and accessories. About 3 grand worth of stuff. I couldnt find anyone to help me. Two people did walk by and simple said someone would be right with me but actual did nothing about it. After 15 mins of just standing there I went online to amazon and bought everything I needed right in you own store. I am glad I did as I actual saved some money and got my stuff in 2 days. I will never again go there. They seem to be more interested in saving labor cost than making sales.

Will never go back. Called and was told they would match Amazon price as long as it was sold and shipped by Amazon so they know it is legitimate.I told them it was not, but it says that it is sold and shipped by BEST BUY, so they said that is even better being they are then price matching themselves. Drove 40 minutes to go pick it up, verified everything with the salesman regarding price match, he said absolutely, dragged the TV up front to the cashier and to him to price match it and left. They asked to see my phone and then said they couldnt because it was not being sold and shipped by Amazon, it was a third party. This is true, BUT THE THIRD PARTY IS THEMSELVES!!!! They refused to price match THEMSELVES. Wonder why brick and mortar is becoming an endangered species? I Try to support them in order to support local workers but they pull this. I will be ordering a TV from Amazon.

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered a refrigerator in store and was given a delivery date of September 14th between 9am-1pm. I received two voice-mails and an email the day before confirming my delivery. Took the morning off of work to be here for the delivery. By 1pm no refrigerator. I called to ask for an estimated ETA and after 20 minutes on hold I was told it was on backorder and could not be delivered for another two weeks!! Ridiculous.

Went to get a Vornado 660 which showed available from the website. at the store they only had 2 of the more expensive 660AE. their inventory showed 1 of the 660 and 1 of the 660AE. one of the 660AE was even in a shelf showing the lower price of the 660.they offered to order it online for me but after wasting my time I’ll just get it on Amazon. I’m not paying more for somebody else’s mistake.

My boyfriend broke his phone this morning and unfortunately, we had to make a trip to best buy. We walked in without confidence that we would be able to purchase a phone for him same day. We checked them out, and Ruth was assigned to help us with a credit inquiry for monthly payments. Ruth was extremely kind, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We both got approved and walked out with new phones, happy, satisfied, and less stressed. She made the process so easy and extremely fast. We were in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend coming here, they know their stuff!!

Always a decent experience. Today was quite simple, had to pick up a monitor and didnt have my ID. Fortunately, we were able to escalate it a level and get it resolved through alternate forms of ID such as a picture of the ID. Picked it up and was on my way. Only reason, it doesnt receive a 5 is because there was nothing they really did that was a little out of there way or extra to ensure I had a good experience. In fact the pickup process was more tedious and bland, and could be improved. Over-all nothing terrible, but nothing special.

Was in contact with Apple for an iPhone replacement and they chose this Best Buy location for phone replacement. Worst customer service I ever had in my entire life. Upon arriving was sent to Geek squad counter to handle the replacement. Gentlemen asking questions wanted to know if this was on or off on my phone I told him I didn’t know he skipped by me and went to the person next in line, stating that he’d come back to me. At that point contacted the manager, he said he had it handled, finally was taken care of by gentleman that told me they wanted to charge me $1000 for a brand new phone that was under warranty through Apple and Apple sent me there to replace the phone. Complete unprofessional complete rudeness and completely disconnected from what their responsibilities are as an Apple service provider. I contacted Apple in the parking lot they reconfirmed that I was there to replace the phone. I suppose I’m going to have to drive to Orlando now to get it done. What a shame that some geeks, have control over a store’s service department. I wouldn’t send anyone to this location, let’s hope this isn’t Rampant across all Best Buy geek squad’s.As an update I left a message for the district manager of the Best Buy, received a callback from the manager of geek squad and he informed me I would never speak to the district manager. I beg to differ I’ll keep you updated.

I’m new to the area and visited the Daytona location for some Philips Hue lights. I was rudely ignored by the gentleman working there but shortly after, a young lady by the name of Ciara passed by and was a great help. It was not her section but her customer service was excellent. 16 years ago I went into Best buy and bought a laptop for a lot of money. I took it home and it would not connect to the wi-fi at all and Im very computer savvy and I tried everything. When I took it back to the store they wouldnt take it back unless I paid a 15% restocking fee. That turned out to be $90. Now Im supposed to pay $90 for a computer they sold me that doesnt work just because they sent it to The geek squad and they turned it on and they got a desktop so they said it worked. Well that wasnt the problem I got a desktop too on it. I never went back to buy anything from that store again in 16 years. Now you tell me how much money they saved? Piss poor management, if you lose one customer you killed your business.

Horrible miscommunication between customer service and the call center. I recently fell during a run which resulted in moderate cracking on my Samsung S10+ phone. I thought I could bring it to Best Buy Daytona for servicing since thats where it was purchased. The call center booked me a 6pm appointment with Geek Squad under my protection plan and told me it would only be $60 repair. I rushed to the appointment after leaving the medical clinic, only to find out from the Daytona location that the $60 service fee only applied to the East Colonial store down in Orlando, but that under my protection plan I could have it repaired for a non-refundable fee of $200. Because my service plan was about to expire, I decided to make the drive. I made another appointment with the call center en route, who assured me it would be only $60, same day service and they could book me for a 7:20 appointment. I drive an hour out of the way hoping for resolution. Upon arrival at the Colonial store, Im told ONCE AGAIN that the rules are different. Theyd have to inspect the phone and see if they even had parts. Long story short, service was NOT same day (unless the appointment was made early in the am), nor could they fix it because its easier to replace the phone. This has been the worst experience Ive had with Best Buy. Im currently waiting to hear back from Tony, East Colonial manager who will update me on the situation and see if theres anything that can be done. He seems to be the only one who understood how frustrating this was. Trust, I wont be returning to Best Buy.

Horrible! Got dented refrigerator & was told we would get call about rescheduled delivery. Never got it! When I called i was told it would be 2 months! When i tried to call the store, the store isnt taking calls!??????? Cant call & cancel order to buy the same fridge at Lowes & get it the NEXT DAY! Calling the national number got me a 27 minute call back. They said we could get it next week, but they couldnt schedule it & had to be transferred to another number who said 2 months! To start I had called the day before to make sure if they would be getting the Zelda Joy-Cons in store that didnt involve pre orders (because ya know, bots.) The lady on the phone told me they would have some at this specific location and that she couldnt tell me how much but it was a very low number. So fast forward to the next morning (July 16th) I am not a morning person and woke up early and got to Best Buy an hour before opening. I was first in line. After the doors finally opened I make my way to the back to Nintendos gaming section to find none of the Zelda Joy-Cons. Asked for help and the guy goes to check to see if any are in the back. Comes back with a reply of, We put them online and they sold out. Really? Why was I told that there would be some at this specific location? Obviously this company is unorganized and could just be honest and tell me none would be there instead of wasting my time. Was very mad I waited for an hour outside to get nothing.

I literally had to drop by twice unexpectedly to get updates on my laptop only to find out more issues cropped up that didn’t exist prior to the drop off and repairs.I dropped my laptop off for a battery issue (battery wouldn’t hold a charge) on 1/11/21, however the laptop still worked when plugged in to an outlet.After the Geek Squad ran its diagnostic testing, it was stated that a new battery would fix the issue. I ordered a battery and dropped it off to the Geek Squad.We waited several days for the repair to be completed. We decided to stop in to check on the progress only to find out it wasn’t the battery, and that something else might be the issue.We purchased a new laptop to not invest any additional funds into a laptop that would only work while plugged into an outlet. So, the data transfer was supposed to occur and we would be all set. Nope not the case.I waited an additional three days, stopped in unexpectedly to be informed my laptop won’t turn on. It worked before they swapped/changed the battery. Now, I’m being told to give them two more days to figure out this new unexpected issue.Now, I’m stuck with a laptop that won’t turn on and a new battery. What went wrong while in the possession of the Geek Squad. 1/23/21 still waiting to see if the Geek Squad is capable of repairing the issue created during their repair process.

Some times things break, and its nice to have a store to take them back to. These guys and gals always have a quick solution here and have since they opened in the 90s. Buy your stuff here, not Amazon; night and day difference with customer service and they ACTUALLY honor their service plans. End rant

The person who assisted me at the customer service desk on trying to figure out where my package was I found very rude and walked away from while I was speaking what I thought calmly. I have trouble hearing and couldnt understand the kid which he ended the conversation just by walking away which really felt disrespectful.

The customer service is horrible at this location. This location is the worst Best Buy experience Ive ever had. They have lost me to Amazon going forward. The only reason I gave them one starts because they are great at helping spend your money. Problem solving is where they are just horrendous at. Ive never seen such incompetent service members in my life.
