Nice, clean and neat store. You can find good quality products but a little pricey. I have always the feeling when a go to BB&B the staff is picky. I usually visited the store twice a month at least but, now once a year! Change your mind to keep in business.

So disappointed! We just bought a new house and I was looking forward to going to Bed Bath & Beyond and getting some inspiration for the new house and stocking up on some new things while probably making some impulse purchases on top of items I truly needed. It felt like an uninspired warehouse of leftovers. No inspirational displays, low stock of product, the store felt rather empty of products. Maybe this is just how it is in 2021, but despite bringing 5 coupons with me and being ready to shop, I left empty handed. Im headed to Home Goods for that inspiration and excited feeling when I shop. Then probably to Costco for the basics.

I needed to exchange mu Sodastream CO2 tanks for the first time. Found an employee in my local BB&Beyond, who was very helpful. This was in Centerville. Quick and easy..no hassle!

This is my second favorite place. They have a lot of new gadgets. Just a great experience to learn about new and different items. Very clean and all employees masked.

Great Customer Service!!I got an item that I have been looking for in a few different stores, off and on, for the last few months.A chrome toilet tissue stand and reserve! 😆I used one of my wifes gift cards from 2016 and the full value was still there!!Im not sure why my wife took so long to use the card, but hey it worked four years later!Yay!!I will definitely be back to Bed Bath & Beyond. Their website is lousy. I like to browse on line before going to a store. I work in IT so very savvy about navigating a website. I finally gave up getting any descriptive info about a line of towels returned by their search engine.

The store is well stocked, clean, and a friendly staff. I do not care for my the online desk set up. No privacy, had to wait for awhile to be assisted.

Checkout employees not wearing masks properly. With the sign on the door saying masks must be worn I thought this store would have its employees following that properly. However, both checkout employees wore their masks only over their mouth.

We absolutely love coming to Bed Bath & Beyond. They are always having some fantastic deals on Yankee candles and oil diffuser oils. Weve been wanting a cordless vacuum for years and we found one last night on sale so we immediately had to get it. This location is always nice and clean and the employees are always very nice and accommodating. Depending on what time you come there might only be a few customers which is something we love. Cant wait to come back again very soon.

Just came from the Sugarcreek Twp store and want to sing their praises.Was helped by Jess, a store manager who was amazingly kind, patient and efficient. I like shopping Bed Bath & Beyond for my home. They have a fantastic selection of just about anything I need or could want for my kitchen and bathrooms. A great selection of window dressings and accessories. A great selection of sheets, comforters and accessories for the bedroom!

A nice place to shop, they have a lot of great things. I even got a window perch for my cat to sit or lay on. To watch things outside.

The staff are some of the most knowledgeable I have ever dealt with. The checkout is always fast and all the employees always have a smile. Very well managed. Would reccomend

I took my sister to Bed Bath and Beyond because she wanted to buy a Christmas present. She needs to use a rollator walker, as she is recovering from injuries due to a serious fall. I did NOT feel good about her shopping by herself. I asked one of the check out clerks to assist my sister. She called another employee to go along with my sis in the store. When my sister was ready to check out, she helped her disguise the present by the way she bagged it, then walked her out to the car. It abated my concerns and allowed my sister the dignity to shop.Robyn is the epitome customer service and the heart of Christmas. Of course, Ill keep shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond!!!

The store has your typical BB&B items. Theres a TV about every two feet all yelling different infomercials which makes the store pretty unpleasant. If it wasnt for my soda stream I wouldnt go back.Edited to remove one star for Larry the employee. I asked where I could find CO2 refills for my soda stream. We keep those at the register now The cashiers said no. Larry raced up, eager to mansplain that the soda stream CO2 canisters dont have CO2 in them (he thinks they contain propane or something else!) and that he thought I meant the CO2 that small creme brulee torches use. Because carbon dioxide is apparently flammable fuel now and doesnt leave water bubbly? Men lol.

I really dont like this store, preferred other location on Alex which was bigger, had more stock plus it was closer to home.This store looks like its going out of business with so many empty shelves. It also does NOT have the section with all the travel size items. I always went to Bed, Bath &Beyond for the stuff I needed to pack for a flight or cruise. I have nowhere to the North of my home. I am running out of places to shop in the Miami Valley. Traffic sucks anyways so I may as well head towards Cincinnati which still has people shopping at places besides Walmart and Dollar General so selection is still available.

Omg! A nightmare experience! I returned a gift that I didnt want and store employee Leigh was so incredibly rude and treated me like I stole the item and told me several times that I should just keep the item and not exchange it since I didnt have a receipt. My parents recently purchased a bed spread that tended to thread a lot by the comforter and shams. We returned the bed spread four times and recently got a newer one today, the customer service was poor, and the cashier attempted to charge us a extra $30 when it was a even exchange.
