Absolutely horrible attention to detail. My car had front end damage from a tire tread hitting it on the freeway. Bumper cover was shattered, fender had a paint flaking off, and inner fender was destroyed. After the initial repair, the bumper fit terribly, the paint flaking on the fender was still there, and the seal that was between the bumper and hood was missing. I pointed this out to them and they assured me that it would be fixed.Upon picking up the second time, the bumper fit had improved, but the seal was still missing and the fender was installed with the paint still wet (or if painted in place, the bumper was installed with fender still wet), which caused the paint on the lower edge to smudge and smear upon contact with the reflector in the bumper cover.I called and left a voicemail upon pickup (after hours), letting them know that they still had not addressed the issues, and that they wont be seeing me again. Will be taking to another shop to complete the work.

My daughter was rear-ended. First accident shes been involved in and it happened in Davis where she goes to school. This was a AAA approved location she could take her car, which was barely drivable because bumper was coming off. Even though she didnt make an appointment, or let them know she was coming in Issac worked with her, set her up with a rental, and had her leave her car with them. When youre a mom, and its your daughters first accident you want to be there with her. But we live about 4 1/2 hours away. So this was the absolute best scenario! We would recommend G&R Automotive to anyone!! And the finished product was exactly what you would expect. Perfect and flawless!

I dropped off my car after I got side swiped. I dropped it off on Monday morning. It got fixed by Friday afternoon. Im super happy with the work theyve done with my car, you can barely tell there was an accident. They have quick turnaround and they dealt with AAA and rentals for me.

They did a great job and have excellent customer service. I brought my car in to make some cosmetic repairs. There was a long scratch going from my gas tank all the way to the front of my driver side door that I wanted buffed out. It was only going to be an hour of work. They got it done quickly, AND they did the whole passenger side as well at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! My car looked almost brand new when I got it back. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Like many people, I would give negative stars if possible....When I finally picked up my car on September 1, 2017, the automatic Lift Gate on my Pilot would not work, and my car had trouble starting. The G&R team got it started, and took it back into their shop and said the lift gate was working properly and the car just needed to be driven around to re-charge the battery. The Traction Control light on the dashboard, is also always on, and we cannot turn it off. The car was also having trouble starting, and the dashboard lights were not working well.G&R asked me to bring the car back to them to fix the traffic control light. They said to bring it in by 430 pm, and they would fix it. My wife took the car on September 5th at 4 pm, but G&R said their mechanic went home for the day, and we would need to come back September 6. We took it back September 6, and they said that the light was on because of the battery. We installed a new battery on September 7, 2017 at the Honda Dealership. The light has not turned off. we informed G&R and the said we needed to drive bout 30 miles or so.I set up an appointment on September 22 for G&R to fix the Traction Control light. I took it in to G&R and they said they cannot figure out what it is. They suggested I take it to the Honda dealership. Honda said they disconnected the traffic control system, and did not reset the computer. So, $135 later and a new battery that I probably did not need another $125, the traction control light is officially off. So basically, I paid $260 to turn off a light, that they were responsible for, and did not pay.The above note, is the worst of the issues we have had to deal with with this repair.1. I dropped off vehicle on 8/17/2017 and they said 5 days to repair.2. They never called, but I called on 8/23/17, and they said the car would be finished 8/24/173. I went to pick up 8/25/17 and they said it would be ready for sure 8/29/174. I went 8/29/17 and it was sill not ready. They said 9/1/2017 for sure5. I went 9/1/2017, and the car was ready, however, the lift gate was not working and the car had trouble starting.A major disappointment, was that the interior of the car was filfthy! There was a thick layer of dust on all of the interior, as if they had left all windows open, while they worked on the car. All the air vents were covered in dust. There were some plastic moldings that were missing and loose on the interior of the car. It took my wife a good afternoon to clean, and it still is filfthy.I thought that after they had the car for 2 weeks, instead of 5 days, that they would have at least made sure the car was clean!In short, very dis-satisfied with their work and am disappointed we still have issues with our car that I believe they caused, and they cannot fix it.The only thing they did was say sorry. Seriously?!?!?! after charging the insurance company $5000!?!?!?! And charging me $500 more?!?!?! Maybe you could detail the interior of my car?This is ridiculous.Go to any other shop, and dont be in a hurry to scrutinize the repair or be picky about their work. The repair centers get paid a lot of money. Dont let them take advantage of us, the customer!!!

Ask for Jurgen (I think thats how you spell it) to work on your car. Hes honest and hardworking. I needed my car to get done fast and he went out of his way to make it happen.

They do good work and were great about squeezing me in to get an estimate done at the end of the work day but when my car was in for repairs, I didnt get any updates and when I would call in I occasionally got the wrong information. The estimated timeline wasnt met either.
