Called to ask if they are a metal machining shop, but they were very secretive. First, the woman who answered the phone passed me to another man who then responded with And what ... why do you need to know? I then explained that I need a steel rod partially threaded on one end. He said, No, cant help you. When I asked if they are a machine shop so that I know what services I can hire them to do for future reference, he said that he makes parts and does work sometimes but only for some people and does not have people come over. So, my guess is that this is a one man shop in his basement who machines as a hobby or in his retirement. Unsure what to think.
