Ive brought several guitars here for setups and repairs and have had nothing but great experiences. Love the text alerts when my stuff is ready for pickup, and the service is always top-notch and quick too. This will remain my go-to spot for all guitar and music equipment needs!

I brought my beat up old ovation guitar here and I’m blown away at how nicely they fixed it up. They gave me a great price and this 20+ year old guitar is playing like it’s brand new. I highly recommend them for guitar setups and repairs!

I recently spent hours working with the staff at Crescendo Music after cleaning out my closets. They were extremely helpful in identifying instruments that needed and were worth repair, and gave me honest price estimates for each items value. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond to talk me through a seemingly overwhelming process!

Do not rent from them. Had a few issues - just now with the return of the instrument. Returned a cello on 5.20, and still received a charge for another forward month on 5.22.I called them, and manager Jason told me it is my job to call their provider of instruments and take care of this situation. That they only provide pick up and drop off and cannot be on the phone all day trying to reach their supplier. I was also offered to come and get the cello from the store again and personally take it to their supplier.Very bad. Obviously, they do not get that when a customer rents from them, it is Crescendos store the customer rents from and not some obscure supplier. It is also their brand/store image that suffers.

This place has such a friendly staff!! Super helpful and reliable. I went in with old strings on my acoustic guitar and they swapped them for new strings and tuned my baby up all in less than 45 mins while they were fairly occupied with other customers. She now sounds incredible!!! Like brand new! I’m extremely grateful! I highly recommend them to all whom needs instruments repaired or lessons!! 10 out of 10 💯

I like everything about Crescendo! Chris is great with the scheduling and very accommodating. He also did a great job finding a good fit for my children. Dale and Irene are both wonderful teachers. Irene is patient and kind, she is great with my 7 year old son.The only thing I would change/add... Is a waiting area. A place where students can sit and wait for their teacher to start lesson, or parent to pick them up. Right now its hard to control students who love music from touching everything in the store, although we try.I strongly recommend Crescendo to other families.

I have been teaching piano for more than 15 years now and I can say that Crescendo Music is one of the best music schools I ever had the pleasure to teach in. From the director of the school, through the team behind the counter, to the teachers, for everyone the first priority is how to welcome and accommodate each student in the best possible way. My colleagues are all wonderful musicians and incredible performers who take their job very seriously and with a level of responsibility that is a rarity today. The school itself is organized in such a way that every student receives everything he or she could ever need - from the books that are instantly ordered by the personnel to the wonderful opportunity to perform at a well organized recital in a wonderful venue at the end of each semester.

Its great to have a local music store like Crescendo. I had a great experience the last time I was there. Highly Recommended!

Our son has played guitar for several years but was wanting to quit - arguing any time we asked him to practice. Someone suggested Crescendo as they have a daughter who loves going there. We went and from the first lesson with Dale, our son was back in love with the guitar. He practices without being asked and is excited to show us new songs hes learned. Dale has a great way with tweens and gets their respect because he plays regularly in a band. Dale also works on music that our son loves - nothing boring about music in our house anymore. Highly recommend Crescendo.
