My wife and I got the poorest service from you guys. If you are planning of engaging their service please save your time and money. I wish I can give a more negative review. I wanted to surprise my mum on this mothers day but you could not deliver. Worst of, you guys lied you delivered.

I wish that I could give this place a zero. When ordering there is a space for special instructions. I specifically put in there to call the recipient and hand it to her. I get a text and email saying delivered. Since I hadnt heard from the recipient, I called edible arrangements to ask where they delivered it. The driver lied and said that he spoke with the recipient and she told him to leave it at the door. When I finally spoke to her she said that she hadnt spoke with anyone and didnt know how long it was sitting outside her door. She stays in an APARTMENT, ugh. Im so thankful that her neighbors are honest because I didnt get an email saying delivered until around 1pm ish and she said that she didnt get home until after 8. This is ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. Not only could someone have stolen her package, but her fruit sat outside her door for over 7 hours, Smdh

The worst place ever, the staff are so mean and not organized.They got me the wrong order that I placed and when I came back to get my order he took it from me and never gave me mine. He told me to go out from the store with very rude way.They stole my money and never get anything from them. Not recommended for any one to order from them. They are so bad

I had such a positive experience with this company! It is my understanding that they are under new management, and my only experience has been recent. I ordered a fresh arrangement for delivery the next day to a family member at a location away from my home. Not only was the item delicious (reportedly :), but the delivery driver made a second trip -- no questions asked -- when I realized that I had entered the wrong address in the order form accidentally! He followed up with a confirmation text after re-delivery, and I am very pleased.

The quality is so bad and the fruit is old and not fresh . If I can but zero star I really will, so mean, rude and unprofessional staff.They won’t deserve any good reviews, I wasted my time and my money and got the worst experience ever.

I shouldve looked at the reviews before I ordered as I was very disappointed! I ordered a box of mixed fruit and the pineapple was the only good item in the box. Not $50 worth at all. The strawberries were a nice size but not sweet at all. I chose the confetti berry and red velvet for my coating and it was over done which made it hard to bite on and felt like you were eating a cookie with a bitter strawberry. I emailed them to let them know my feedback but I never heard back from them so I wanted to let you all know before it happens to you. I will never order from this location again.

This store deserves zero stars, the Manager Mary is extremely rude, is not welcoming and they dip fruit thats going bad when I brought it to her attention she could care less I will never use this location again and will stop anyone I know from using this location. THE FRUIT AT THIS LOCATION IS NOT FRESH AVOID THIS STORE SO YOU DONT GET SICK. I definitely dont believe the post that gave five stars they served everybody else old disgusting fruit ....but gave you fresh fruit Yeah Right

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible, my fiancé ordered me something from them at 7 am for it to get delivered at my work . I left work at 4:00 and it still wasn’t there. He tried to call the place and no answer for at least an hour . They then decided to answer to say they were on there way. They still weren’t there an hour after we talked to them. It was supposed to be a surprise and it was ruined. Don’t get anything from here. TERRIBLE SERVICE. &to top it all off the guy was in a regular car, my strawberries weren’t even cold they were half melted. Don’t waste your money here.

Picked up an arrangement sent to me from my daughter. The arrangement was in a glass vase but the store had no boxes to place it in. I brought a shopping bag under the assumption it would be packaged in a gift box like usual so it would be easier to carry. The guy in the store placed it in my shopping bag with no box and the vase tipped over. He then proceeded to wrap the bottom of the shopping bag with a RUBBER BAND.... There also was a deflated balloon attached. He was more than ok with presenting me with the arrangement in this condition. It was only after I insisted he add more helium that he took the arrangement to add more helium to the balloon. I havent made it home to check the quality of the fruit but the presentation definitely was not satisfactory!!!

Absolutely the worst experience ever! The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She acts as if it’s such a chore to provide service. On Friday I called in to ask how long it would take for an order of half dipped pineapples? She huffed and puffed and then replied, “I don’t know what your talking about. What do you mean by a half dipped pineapple? You mean a box?” All this with having the sound of disgust that I had the nerve to call in for service. I ended Jon it placing the order because it would have taken too long and I was heading out of town for a few days. Now fast forward. I asked to place an order for pickup for later today since I’m about to got the road on the way back home and when I gave her my time of pickup (which was 1:30pm and they just opened 15 minutes ago) her reply was you can’t make it sooner. I asked her what they’re hours of operation were and she stated she may close early and didn’t want to have to wait for me and maybe I should check another store. I then asked do they not have standard operating hours and her reply to me was it was not my place to discuss the hours that they are open. I will be contacting corporate about this location. Regardless if it is a corporate store or a franchise. I can guarantee this is no where near the level of service and quality they are expecting.

I was surprised today with a delivery from Edible Arrangements. This was a first time experience for me. It was beautiful, fresh and delicious! I will make sure I keep them in mind when ordering in the future.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! The owner is fantastic and works with me on getting exactly the right products for my needs. The fruit is always FANTASTIC!!!! The owner will work with me on any special requests, and always remembers my preferences in fruit. I have been going here basically since they opened and have recommended them to many friends who end up thanking me for referring them to such a great place! I will warn anyone who shops here, it is like eating potato chips.....you simply will not be able to try it once and not go back! I highly recommend the chocolate dipped fruit!

My partner sent a beautiful arrangement on valentines day and we had a few bumps in the road. It was sent to the wrong house and it was missing the teddy bear that was meant for our daughter. I called and complained because i was upset but as soon as Melick ((SP??)) the manager got on the line he promised to make everything better and he went above and beyond to do so. the next day i had a whole new arrangement delivered that was way more than i expected. I couldnt be more happy with the new one. i see lots of bad reviews for this store and i was worried that my partner was just out all the money he spent. but it seems they have new management now who is doing everything in their power to make sure the store turns around in the eye of the shoppers and i can for sure see the difference so far. keep it up!

My true rating is 0 stars. The owner is very unpleasant. She’s extremely rude and impatient, unprofessional, and really gives edible arrangements a bad rep. She clearly is miserable in her life. I think she’d be better suited working at the morgue where she has minimal interaction with people. ( I hope she reads it)The fruit is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fresh. The worst Edible Arrangement I’ve ever gotten. Fruit sour and platter just thrown together like a child did it. Balloons that I ordered wasn’t with it. Then I call and some guy says you’ll get a refund like what the hell I already know that but don’t advertise an arrangement let customers pay for it then don’t deliver when you know you don’t have any Helium..

THE WORST EXPERIENCE!If I could rate 0 stars, I definitely would. My husband ordered and picked me up one, but I don’t know what it specially was with size and price. He picked it up on a Friday evening as a surprise. I tried some of the various fruits and told him that they seem old because they were mushy and super watery. By Sunday morning, the fruit was growing mold. Absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe this place is even allowed to run when clearly they don’t use fresh fruit. I would never recommend this location. Not worth a single penny. I wish my husband would’ve gotten his money back for the horrible thing they gave him.

This location deserves 0 stars!!! I should’ve listened to the other reviews. This was BY FAR the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Not only was the lady RUDE but she was unbelievably unprofessional. She argued with me back and forth multiple times saying I called earlier and put a time on my order when I didn’t! Finally she realized she got the name wrong and didn’t even apologize or make the situation better. When I asked her if this is how she spoke to all of her customers and was this rude she said she didn’t care, told me to have a nice day and hung up on me! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

If i could give 0 stars i would. The manager is still rude, unprofessional and doesnt care about customers. Apparently she is unfazed by all the bad reviews too. I received an arrangement for my birthday and the honeydew and cantaloupe tasted like LEMONS. Strange since they dont use any preservatives, so they say. It was so bad that after 1 bite, I spat it out and threw the whole thing away in my kitchen wastebasket. Apparently that was the dealbreaker as it was now in the wastebasket so a replacement could not be made. I called and spoke to 2 workers who both said that all they could do was issue a $25 credit to the giftgiver with no hope of replacing the majority of the fruit that was in the arrangement. THANKS for the not so generous credit being that 75% of the fruit cannot be eaten. They were so hung up on the fruit that tasted bad and their inability to replace the melons instead of focusing on their cheap credit which could possibly be applied to a DIFFERENT fruit that they actually got right, like strawberries. Apparently sending over 3 overpriced chocolate strawberries worth $30 was too much of a leap and they would prefer arguing with a customer for 15 minutes who now has 0 chance of ever buying from them again. Great job, inedible arrangements.

If I could give a 0 star it would be a 0!!I ordered the Delicious Fruit Design and added $10 in extras.from 7511 Lemont Rd STE 196 Darien, IL 60561 location for $65 plus $14.99 delivery a total of $90.77.First, this was a surprise for a good customer while he was at work on his BIRTHDAY! Around 3:30pm I spoke with my customer because by them he should of had his gift by then and NOPE! I then called this location and asked when my order went out, a VERY RUDE WOMAN (THE OWNER) said just now!Later at 5:45pm I received an email that said Delivered Successfully!I called back and said I just received an email and the same RUDE WOMAN (THE OWNER) answered the phone and said well because your order was just delivered! I said but its to late, I ordered these for a customer and he works until 5pm. She said again WELL SOMEONE SIGNED FOR THEM! I asked the name? She said I dont know. I said how do I get a refund? She said you dont your order was delivered. I said maybe to a stranger. She then said well we have a signed paper, I asked again who signed for it? She hung up the phone!This location needs to be CLOSED! This owner is by far the WORST business owner I ever came across!By the way my Customer never received his Edible Arrangements!

I LOVE Edible Arrangements. With that said, the Darien location should NOT be in business and allowed to use this franchise name for their poor work and terrible customer service. After countless calls and emails about my embarrassing uneven and clumpy dipped fruit, the owner ended it saying that it is edible so she cant do anything to help. Of course its edible, its fruit and chocolate. But I know the company has standards for the price and she was fine handing me two boxes that looked like someone was training in the back.

My daughters ordered me $60 worth of chocolate dipped strawberries for Mothers Day and the strawberries were not fresh. I called the store and the woman who answered was rude. I said we wanted our money back and she said no, she said they would only replace them. Dont advertise fresh dipped fruit if that is not what you are selling. $60 is a lot of money to spend on rotten fruit. Ive ordered from Edible Arrangements so many times and this is the 2nd time this has happened. Never again!

I wish I could rate it zero stars because of the terrible service that I recieved from this location. I made an order to be delivered for my moms bday as a gift and because I live overseas I made it through the website. The order was confirmed the same day via email. A few days later I checked to see if the order came in and to my surprise it never came. I called the call center who told me they couldnt do anything and they recommended me to call the store in which the order was coming from. I spoke to someone who was the manager or owner. They were completely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Apparently they thought my order was fraudulent so they canceled it. My card was charged the full order price of 251 dollars and they didnt send me any email or phone call saying the order was cancelled. When I asked them why they thought the order was fraudulent, they said it was because it was coming from overseas and they said what I wrote in the greeting card didnt add up and it seemed very fishy,(I wrote in the greeting card happy 21st bday mom as an inside joke to make my mom happy). Then I asked the lady what can she do to resolve this situation because my moms bday already finished and she said they cannot do anything for me and flat out refused to make another order. She recommended me to order from another store. I highly recommended that no one orders from this pathetic shop. The owner or manager clearly has no idea how to run a business and this place should be shut down for dirty business practices.

I went here for mothers day. They only had large vases for sale. I only wanted a dozen chocolate strawberries. I couldnt wait for them to prepare for me because I had to make it to work. So I ended up paying $82.00

Never go here, this place reuses product that is left over, melted chocolate is never fresh. The owner treats her employees like trash and threatens them constantly. I am disgusted that this restaurant is still open even though it serves old unwashed food to customers. Stay away, terrible experience from terrible people. This completely changes my view of the Edible Arrangement brand.

I have purchased arrangements from this store twice and both times the arrangements were beautiful and the fruit was fresh and delicious.

I ordered for Mothers Day and get a call from someone that sounds like she hates her job. She made it seem like it was my fault that nobody was home at the time. My father called the card that was left at the door and he was treated the same way. The product was great but I was not happy with the tone of voice I had on the phone. Next time I order it will be from a different location.

I purchased a Edible Arrangement from this particular location in Darren IL, with the intention of surprising my husband at work as a ((just because)) gift & i requested specific instructions on the order to call ME DIRECTLY IF THE DRIVER HAS DIFFICULTY FINDING THE BUSINESS ((Driver)) calls my HUSBAND DIRECTLY & ASKS 4 DIRECTIONS 2 HIS PLACE OF BUSINESS!!!. & to top it off my husband receives the wrong package that states ((HAPPY BIRTHDAY ELLA)).I thn proceed to contact the office directly for a status on correcting my order & i was greeted with a obvious attitude driven representative by the name of ((ILLENE)) whom seemed annoyed because I was asking questions regarding my order..Illene then says well what do u want me to do were all human & make mistakes it was the drivers 1st day on the job!!!!.
