Great selection. Went in here first time to grab a bottle of wine for a date. Owner David helped me out from start to finish and really new his stuff. Nice to see a small business owner take pride in what he does.

Limited selection within each strata and origin and type, and very steep pricing, but then Conn has higher wine prices. People here are really helpful and try to make up for the political hand all wine stores contend with in Conn. Since they have a relatively smaller demographic footprint, they are more vested in wines in the $45 to $95 price range to maintain modest profit margins. Italian and French wines are acceptable levels of differentiation to get a couple of weeks worth of supply in a single shopping visit without breaking the bank.

Many thanks to David and his staff for helping me pull off a last minute gift for a special birthday. David offered many great ideas, wonderful products was very accommodating. My gift was carefully selected, chilled, boxed, wrapped (including gift card) and delivered in a matter of hours! Thanks for making the experience so easy! I highly recommend this great place!

We gave two menus to Sipstirs and asked for wine pairings for both. Every bottle was extraordinary. They listened to what we were asking for and delivered beyond our expectations. We could not have been happier.

The wine club is a great way to find out about some amazing wines I was unaware of.The owner is very friendly and helps find what I am looking for / enjoy to drink. As I am new to the wine world and not so familiar with smaller vineyards, its great to get some help from a knowledgeable expert.I also asked the owner if he was able to get me some smaller craft brewery beers. He said tell me what you like and I will get them. Sure enough, next week he rang me that the beers I wanted were at the store.Bottom line is if they dont have what you are looking for, just ask. It will actually make an impact unlike these larger stores.Would 100% recommend Sipstirs!P.S. the owner brings his dog to the store and is beyond cute!

Personally I am a fan of their dark spirits and David and his staff have always been incredibly helpful in navigating my all wine gifting needs. I love supporting great local businesses and Sipstirs has been a big supporter of the community. Nothing but the best to say about this team!

David , the owner, has updated the store to include area for charity and informative as well as private functions. Store is well stocked with fine wine and spirits as well as offering a monthly wine club. It’s a fun experience come to this store.
