I will never recommend this place.The cashier was so rude and awful. I asked about the rewards and she yelled at me I think she got mad because I asked about it. She shouldnt be working there if she doesnt agree working with customers in a nice and friendly way.

Customer in the store sounded like she might be sick, then I heard her say that she was on sick leave. I turned around and left as quickly as I could. Please dont let sick people in your store! Wont be returning

Service with a smile!Service at this Sally Beauty location has always been pleasant. However, today, I was greeted by a young lady by the name of Sherry. She was very professional, patient, and very kind. She provided great service and did so with a warm, friendly, and very welcoming smile. A+

Sign says they open at 10am. Waited till at least 10:15am and no one showed up!!! Poor business practices!

I wouldn’t even give this store a one star I went in just now to ask about what hair products I need to dye my hair to match a picture that I had showed and needed toner. She said oh you’d need to bleach it no my stylist said I can naturally lighten it to how I want withing certain periods of time apart from dying it . She had no knowledge of what brand to give me thought I had highlights in my hair when clearly my roots are growing in. You can tell she was not a cos licensed or esthetic licensed worker. The Sally’s in 111th van answer questions no problem but this one workers don’t know much hmmm....

No greeting, never asked if we needed help, was not allowed to have the sales that are currently online advertised. Dont waste your time or money.
