The customer service in auto is horrible. Maybe I’ll call again and get a better employee.

Absolutely terrible. They had no idea how to process an online tire purchase, and after numerous phone calls and 2 separate trips i ended up canceling my order.

Yeah they shut down two hours early. Lockport location is way better.

When I checked online it showed this location’s auto center open at 7am and I waited there. Someone showed up and opened their side door at 7:30 . I asked the employee and he said he don’t know what time their technician will show up. He said may be 8, 9 or 10. How Walmart can running business like that. It wasted customers time and trust

Must be nice to choose your own hours. Had a slow leak in my tire on a Saturday at 5 PM. Supposed to be open till 7 but one door locked and other had this 4 PM closing sign.

Tried this place the first time for 4 new tires. The service area is very disorganized. The service manager in the garage is unprofessional. The system of keeping notes to update customers on the status of their car does not exist. Instead the person at the reception desk has to leave the desk to ask the garage about the car.My husband ordered 4 tires by phone call to this location. The tires were expected to be delivered on Tuesday. We brought the car on Tuesday and were told the tires had not come in. We did try calling before we got there but the phone is rarely answered. We left the car. The next day received a call stating only 3 tires were delivered. The car remained at the shop another day. I went to pick up on Thursday. The guy didnt know anything about my car, the manager was off. He gave me my keys without question.My car had 3 tires and I had not paid for them. The car remained until Friday. Returned to pick up on Friday the person at the counter didnt know my car was there and looked for four tires in the shop because apparently no documentation advising of the 3 tires on the car.The price for some services are good but I will never return. My time is more valuable.

All Auto Care Centers closed and have been since March 2020. No service.

Their systems are fairly slow but the employees do their best with it. You have to understand how busy this place gets due to the inexpensive pricing. Bring your car in at times when it is not busy or just plan on leaving it there 2-3 hours. I have been going here almost 20 years. They might be slow but they never screwed up.

We bought our tires online - great deal. One was shipped separately, and installers couldn’t find it. No one answers phone - we couldn’t schedule our install; had to just show up and wait in line. Walmart could make a fortune in this department if they’d only staff it!

Always affordable. Thanks for correcting an online issue. Just wish I had better experience with mechanicMost definitely will have another chance. Who can beat the prices...

HORRIBLE 2nd time in a row requested trans fluid check . . Not done. Also not vacuumed or windows washe . MKes me wonder what they really did do

Talisa is awesome. I came in this morning for an oil change and a turn signal replacement and she was really helpful and kind. The place is busy, a lot, but thats to be expected at a garage where theyre helping a lot of people. The price is great and I really appreciated the people who work there and their patience.

Had an oil change on a Sunday at 5:Very pm. Over and done and out in 45 minutes. I double checked the oil myself afterward and there was no problem. I found them really busy during normal hours so going towards the end of the day may help on the timing.

Not a good experience,The Guys who change my car tire not only that they put the wrong tire they also damage smash the center hub cap ring! I mean who hire these people!when they dont know the difference between winter tire and all season tires! Can you mix those! I specifically ask for winter tire because I have all 4 winter tire,and these people replace 1 flat tire with all season one! You assume that they know what theyre doing after all thats there job! Wrong, they have no idea! non what so ever! Brain dead..good thing the manager is nice good and he had that fix right away..Bad bad experience. Not recommending to anyone.

I have shopped at this Walmart since it first opened in back in 1994. This is a very sad time when this Walmart or any other business has to resort to barricading the entrances to prevent looters from breaking into these businesses. Lets hope we can return to normal real soon.

Pulled up to the double doors in the back for an oil change, sign said no waiting. Doors are shut and waiting for someone to come out, finally I see someone in the window shew me away, not enough courtesy to come out and tell me whats going on. Call the dept with my cell of course no one answers. Finally see someone on a smoke break I ask him how long for an oil change, looks at me like I spoke Chinese. Finally just and went to Cc auto on 75th same price as Walmart, but in and out and courteous staff

I would give this shop negative 5 stars. I ordered 4 tires online to be delivered and applied to my vehicle. I went to the auto care center we check in and stuff. They stated that it will not take longer than 1 and a half hours. WRONG. I was sitting there for 4 hours patiently waiting for my tires to be done. Such a horrible experience. After they finished and I went inside my car, the tire pressure light was on. I thought ok the tires need air. I went to put air but the light kept coming back. The tire pressure light started to blink which meant that my tire pressure sensors were not working properly. I went back to tell them this and they said that they didnt even touch it. (you have to move it to attach a tire) which I found completely absurd. So i spent the next hour trying to find a mechanic that can confirm which and how many tires where the sensor was not working. Only one of the sensors were working and the other three were broken. I am still waiting on their reply to see if I can get them fixed but we will see.

Do not buy or change your tires here ,I have made that mistake , I had to wait 3 hours to get 4 tires changed and it wasnt even busy, I specifically said I will keep my old tires , they forgot that they didnt put the valve caps back and worst of all they didnt even measured the tire pressure , one tire was 48 psi ,one was 38 , one was 34 ,and one tire was 14 psi when I checked the tire pressure later , since my low tire sensor was on , I mean just unbelievable!!!

They dont even answer the phone. Why should I give you my money if you cant even answer the phone. Taking my business elsewhere.

Not a great experience. Didnt open on time. Person who took my payment screwed me. Once I got home, I noticed the error. I called the manager that day. He took care of the problem. However, I dont think it would have been resolved had I not called.

Do NOT come here for a change of tires. Their manager is horrible and the so called mechanics cant even take off a tire. I had to wait with a small child for 4 hours despite them telling me itll only take an hour and a half. Not even some of the mechanics like the place and admitted to wanting to go somewhere else. Super unprofessional attitude. They were going to let me walk out with 3 new tires and a REAR old tire. If I could give them 0 stars I totally would. Im taking this to a higher level because they cannot call themselves mechanics and not be able to change a tire.

The absolute worst customer service ever. They dont know what they are doing. A bunch of unskilled workers. When its the weekend they all call off. They will sell you tires with extras hidden so double check ur receipt. No integrity. They lie and will mess up ur car in a heartbeat. Please stay away.

Oil changing. Price was very low, but they make oil dirty my car doors, seats, and most important and uncleanable driver side floor bright carpet... :-( Cant find oil changing milage sticker too :-(

Customers is their last concern. Waited in line with 2 people ahead of me for 45 mins. People kept walking away. Then their was a problem with this car then that car. Ridiculous. The guy in front of us was here for almost an hour for an oil change.

Am already order tires online and they scheduling my appointment for next day, next day they telling me the system is down and I need to waiting some hours. After 3 hours they tell me again for next business day. Just for replaced tires.

On July 30th, I was at the door of tire & Lube at 7:10 am, doors are still locked, I called into the store and tire and lube and never got an answer, this is very bad for business, when a worker came to the door and opened it up looked out and didnt even speak, wheres the common courtesy..

The guy I talked to was extremely rude and told me he couldnt help me and without giving me a second look, helped the guy behind me and that was it. Terrible service and very rude people. I wouldnt recommend at all.

Went in for an oil change today and started to talk to the people waiting infront of me and found out they had been waiting for over 45 min.

I just tried to get my oil changed at 7:00 this morning when they are supposed to be open and the customer doors were locked

2 and a half hours for oil change and tire rotation with no cars ahead of me. Awful!!!

It took them 2 hours just to tell me they cant replace my tires because they dont carry them. Seriously 2 hours for no work done! If u have a prius dont bother

Getting Better

I was on a tire change today (all-weather) ... I went in, waited 20 minutes, clearly said that I want to change all 4 tires, they said that it would take 1.5 hours, I agreed and gave the keys and left my keys phone number and left ,,,, 2 hours later they called me and said that everything was ready ,,, when I arrived I saw something ,,, only the rear 2 wheels were replaced ,,, (although I asked for all 4) ,,, looking at the car having turned the steering wheel, I saw that the front wheels are bald on the inside ,,, called the manager ,,, showed that the wire from tire wear also manifests itself due to wear and tear ,, to the question of how much they didn’t change all 4 tires, no one answered me,, in the end I wished that everything was done fine, they said that it would take some time,, as a result, after a while they told me that they can’t do it because there are no more such tires ,,, there is one other type, also all-weather ,,, I agreed to wait another hour ,,, they changed ,,, going into the car (I have it light) I found spots on the doors near the driver ,,, which I achieved ?1st spoiled my mood2- about 3.5 hours lost time3-ride car pulls to the left4-I have 2 different wheels in front of the car and 2 normal wheels in the rear ,,,5 wasted moneyI will look for a new service ,,, I will never come back here ,,, made worse than it was ,,, very disappointed ,,,
