The manager at this location is the worst he refused to give me a promotion that was being offered by the company to AAA members to get discount on your purchase. I had to leave and go to the Media location and they gave me the promotion discount with no problem !

Only went to ask information.

One star is to much for this business. Will never buy a part from them or any napa again. Bought a part from them six months ago and the thing snapped called to discuss it with them because it should be covered under warranty. However, they refused and said their was nothing they could do! Would not recommend if you want decent parts that you dont want to have to fix every couple months.

The people that work there dont know what they are talking about. They never have parts and always have to order them. If you try to call the store no one picks up and when they do pick up they put you on hold till u hang up and call again.. I hate pep boys but pep boys has better service than Napa... save yourself a trip and go to Auto Zone.. the people over there are so nice and they test and install light bulbs and batteries and wiper blades for free....

I was very happy with my overall experience at the store! I called to check availability, the young lady that answered the phone was very helpful. When I arrived at the store she had already pulled two very heavy batteries out for me and had them waiting. They loaned me the tools and came out to help me install them in my truck. You could not ask for more help than that. I dont know if this is a company-owned Napa or a privately-owned Napa, but Im very happy with their service.

Customer service is definitely lacking at this location. I went in on a Saturday afternoon looking for a part for an exhaust system. There were three employees and no customers so I figured I would get some kind of help. Nope! I told one guy what I needed and he looked puzzled, almost as if he didnt know what I was talking about. I wound up having to look up the part on my phone while these guys just sat there. No motivation to help look up the part or try to special order one, they just sat there. Isnt the whole purpose of a retail location to provide service to your customers? This NAPA used to be a step above the local competition in terms of knowledge, parts availability and service, but it seems they arent anymore. Sad!

Napa is a place where you can get items that you cant find anywhere else special boots special O-rings they are really knowledgeable of all parts that you need for a car for any part coming to fixing
