We have been here twice now, and both times, great service. The first time we bought a laptop, excellent.. Last week, we had questions, Stephen answered all and installed new battery in my phone. Excellent service, friendly, overall, wonderful customer service. Go to them for any device service.

I went to them to replace my battery after they finished that repair I noticed a slight patchy area in the top left so they replaced my screen for free and front camera after I assume they broke that as-well, but after these the cameras do not work as a whole and the next day my screen was stressed due to a Not well thought out repair and cracked by itself and now they won’t fix their mistakes. The service was great but you could find better repairs for the money

My daughters phone was completely wrecked and wouldnt charge. She even took it to several other places to get fixed and they couldnt fix it. So I shipped it to Matt and within 30 mins he had it charging and backed up so she could get all of her contacts and pictures back. 100% recommend Matt and Device Depot for all your phone needs.

I can not say enough good things about Steven and Device Depot. We live in TN but my father lives in Danville and is almost 80yrs.We use Facebook a lot for him to see grandchildren and basically check on him. He was having problems with his tablet and we were worried about people taking advantage of him. Steven not only fixed his tablet he didn’t even charge him because it only took like 5min.I can not tell you what kind of peace of mind it gave us. There are still Good People in this world who care about doing business the right way. They will have not only have my father but our whole families business. Took my phone to get home button repaired. When they went to repair the phone they discovered the phone screen was stuck and causing my home button not to work. Once it was released the phone worked perfectly. They did not charge me for the service because he said they really didnt have to fix anything. Thats what I call outstanding customer service!!

Giving a 5 star rating is not something I usually do. However, in the case of Device Depot, it was a easy decision! I had an iPhone 7 Plus, with a broken screen. I thought I’d stop in to check on a price for replacing the glass. After looking at the device, I was informed it was only the screen protector that was cracked. They quickly replaced the protector. I’m someone that puts customer service above all else - the friendliness, professionalism and service at Device Depot are top notch! Don’t drive all the way to Lexington, you’ve got the answer right here in Danville!

I went in to get my phone screen replaced, quick and painless job. While there I inquired about a case. Said case was pricy but I was prepared to spend the amount to help save my phone in the future. I was told not seconds later that he would mark it down for me. I didn’t ask for a discount or anything it was just given to me. Obviously don’t judge a business based off of cheaper prices but it was really cool. The customer service was great, another amazing locally owned business that is down to earth.

Had a badly broken glass screen on my ipad. Took it to another place 2 times and still some buttons wouldnt work when pressed on screen. Took it to Device Depot and had them repair and all buttons worked flawlessly and continue to work flawlessly two years later. Thank you device depot!! Most impressed with their honesty and integrity when dealing with them. Stand up company and is becoming rarer in this day and age.
