Used the Staples Studio office space during a multi-day power outage. It was incredible, what a wonderful experience. Kenny, the manager, was very accommodating and around to answer any questions. It’s a very comfortable, quiet and professional atmosphere. High speed internet, printers, faxes, stocked kitchen with snacks and coffee. As far as I know, space can be rented long or short term as needed. Looking forward to my next power outage!

Is it only me or someone else got discriminated in that store just cause of the color of their skin🤷🏽My story is last night while working on a project My printer stopped working🤦🏽So this morning I checked for the nearest staples store and that one was the closest to my house🤷🏽 I put on a sweat pants and a t-shirt I looked really decent I can say😂drove there thinking I’d get an affordable printer to finish my work🤷🏽when I got there I asked for help while patiently waiting I decided to check the computer section which is right next to the counter🤷🏽I wasn’t even browsing around🤦🏽 And One of them employee who was standing by the door walks up to me and ask me if I’m looking to buy a computer i kindly reply PERHAPS ILL BUY ONE WHO KNOWS but I don’t really need a laptop I was just there for the printer🤦🏽And the guy had the nerve to tell me IF IM DEFINITELY GONNA GO FOR AN EDUCATION😳I was so chocked I didn’t really know what to say🤦🏽I ended up walking out of there without the printer and took my business else where🤷🏽I ain’t writing this review expecting anything to happen but my point is my skin color does not make me an uneducated man🤔I proudly served this country for 8 years i have no regrets SEMPER FI 💪🏽And have an amazing career🤷🏽Not because I wasn’t wearing a suite gives you the right to judge me

Incredibly helpful staff. We were returning an office chair that (it turned out) needed to be posted back to the online branch. Keith helped us dismantle the chair, pack it and sorted out all of the postal logistics.Really great service above and beyond the expected. Thank you!

Some of the employees are ok but there guy with a ponytail , make sure you avoid him, ESPECIALLY IF ENGLISH IS YOUR SECOND LANGUAGE.I went to the store with my husband because we need to make 1 copie and laminate a document, the lady told us that we had to wait 1 hour or drop of the paper and comeback in 1 hour, so we left come back almost 2 hours and the the guy with the ponytail told my husband that we didn’t understand what the lady said and that we need a “Translator” .The manager came we got what we need but, that guy omg.So again, if English is your second language, aí Dios mio, avoid the ponytail guy.

Prior to the state closing down, I purchased some adaptors to complete some of my work from home. As an essential employee caring for the elderly in the community, my family and I limited any exposure to the outside. One of the adapters I purchased didn’t work with my computer. I tried to return it, but due to their 14 day return policy they refused. After speaking to a manager, they would only return the product if it was unopened. (Of course I opened it.... I stated it didn’t work!!! ) I even attempted to call their 1-800 number but because I bought it in store, they weren’t able to assist me. I understand they were open through Covid, but due to my job and elderly parents, I refused to go out unless it was work or family related. Mind you, this was all explained to staples multiple times. I’m very disappointed with how staples is possibly THE ONLY store that refuses to extend their return policy due to an epidemic. I oversee a lot of the administrative ordering for my company, much of which WAS completed through staples. Needless to say due to the fact that they refused to assist an essential employee and bend their return policy after the state went into lock down... I will no longer be doing personal shopping nor will I be ordering anything for my company through their website. I believe it goes to say, I will also not refer staples for any other purpose! I just wish the product was stalked at Best Buy when I originally purchased it.

Working at Staples must test raw nerves of steel on any given day. I have however found staff at Liberty Tree Mall a gift year round. Especially tonight the two clerks in Print my angels. They were adorable out doing each other in suggesting what I needed for my project. So cute to see this interaction. Staples should be proud. I shop for all my business needs here and other Staples. I love to look through the stores for great bargains and see what technology is being developed.

This is one of the few Staples store that has a small furniture display with computer desks so you can see what they look like. The store also has chairs and cabinets. In addition there are your typical Staples items - electronics, paper and shipping products. I had a productive visit, it was not crowded (Saturday afternoon).

Pretty good selection for back to school needs. We found all but one item on our list. Checkout was quick for a tax free shopping by day.

Awesome Staples, the manager and cashier helped us with a bad coupon from staples that was printed wrong. he gave us a percentages off and treated us well. Super clean store everyone very super friendly lots of parking at the store. This is how customer service should be I highly recommend this store for everyone to visit.

Back to School shopping around Labor Day is always an adventure, but my last visit to the Danvers Staples was pleasant. The management scheduled associates to restock and help customers on the floor and plenty of cashiers to move the line along quickly. The specials were in stock and easy to find. Thanks Staples!

Returned ink jet cartridges over 1 month ago...still no credit. Could not complete purchase of new ink cartridges. ALSO: WARNING : ONCE YOU DO RECEIVE YOUR CREDITS...WHICH TAKES WAY TO LONG...THEY EXPIRE QUICKLY. ITS LIKE A SHELL GAME OR A CON. Rewards program has gotten progressively less advantageous to their customers over time. Why even bother with a program that only frustrates the customer?

So basically, the store manager (white, bald, average height, strong) is super paranoid. For example, if you found a good deal and went to the store to purchase, he will force you to buy all the accessories and protection plans at check out. And if you dont, he would assume you are a RESELLER and refuse to sell you anything! Shame on Staples for hiring someone like that.

Never busy when I come here. I usually use the computer stations and there is never a line. Ive never needed to ask an employee for help but they are always around and ready for questions.

Its like this location is in the process of closing. It has a large store space that is not well laid out making it seem like everything is on closeout... I felt weird and I had to just walk out and go to a different store to get what I needed.

Pathetic, services very poor, Dont order business cards, timeframe for ordering never when they say, call back a week later, cant find you in the computer, and you have to prepay before you order. Never again.
