We stopped at this location around 5 pm on Thursday… just one cashier was opened. 2 other employees: one was taking with the phone and another one just standing and drinking coffee. I asked where is the food ( pizza and other warm food), she said sorry we don’t have it..

Every time I go in here it doesnt matter the time am. Or pm. They never have hot food, they have beautiful new state of the art cooking appliances, BUT NEVER FOOD TO MAKE HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN ??

I used to go there all the timeThere is this woman that works there I believe she was the manager i asked the gentlemen at the register if I could order a breakfast sandwiche considering it was 8 a.m. the woman was asked if they had any sandwiches and her reply was that they were all frozen seriously? This place is nasty inside dirty beyond belief no coffee selection either 70% of the pots were empty and the coffee that i did end up getting was horrible. I will never go there again this store is mis- managed beyond belief. I was going to call their corporate office but saw their horrible reviews and didnt bother oh well another customer lost not that they care anyways avoid this store at all cost!

This is a nice modern convenience store. The location is a little bit tricky. Its located at the top of an on-ramp. It can also be accessed directly from the highway (Rte 1).The staff are pleasant and friendly. They are always ready to help you find something or answer your questions.

Nice gas station and convenient store, clean, fast, lots of snacks and all kinds of coffee, slushers.My daughter always want to go into a Cumberland Farms and was not disappointed but for some reason thought they sold cucumbers and organic food. Ha Ha Lol.

Wouldnt really review a gas station, because its a gas station. You get what you need and you get out. Beside the price point of gas (which lets face it, is brutal) there isnt much about a gas station that you can have an opinion on, unless youre going for more than just to fill up your tank and some junk food. With that being said, the lady that attended me this morning (somewhat short, maybe in her 40s-50s) is a dream! Im not a morning person, but the way she said Good morning! and continued to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable and cheery got me off to a better start than the coffee they were brewing. This review is ultimately for her.Yes, it is a clean CF and they keep it well stocked. They could do a little better with the prepared foods though. You wont have much hot food choices if you come anytime during the morning, as Ive never really had a selection to try because theres been at most maybe 2 breakfast sandwiches ready by the time I get there 9:30-10am ish.

Staff is great, Gas prices are very reasonable. For $0.99, you cant go wrong with the coffee. Getting in and out is a bit scary with Route 1 traffic. They should allow a left turn into the parking lot from the side street.

IF I could rate this place a 0 star I would. Always have old food out. Also .. one of the cashiers Sarah got into a argument with MY sick mother.... cause she wanted to pretend to organize while OUR food we ordered had sat there getting cold with FLIES all over it so my mother requested she make her a new one and let me say... being a former Cumberland farms employee ... I’ll never work for this company again. I WILL be talking to Shawn about this incident that occurred AND HR

Perfect place to swing in and make your own coffee before work. All sizes $0.99. Good gas prices and your normal overall convent store.

Dont go to this Cumberland farms in the early morning meaning between 12Am and 6Am. The employee here this morning was just on his phone the whole time and didnt care that you where there.

Staff was great, friendly and polite. Surprisingly large selection of lunch/breakfast items. Great place to fix yourself a cup of coffee. All items looked freshly stocked and the place was clean.

The staff are always super friendly and greet you with big Hellos when you walk in. The coffee is great. I like to mix the hot chocolate special in with my coffee. Right now it is chocolate banana and mixed with columbian coffee is delicious! It is the best place to go for coffee, soda or a slushie! For 1.06 it is the best deal. October they have free drinks/coffee on Fridays! Even though it is free and the place gets packed, they are all still super friendly ! You leave with a yummy drink and/or treat and a smile!

Very clean, has a great selection of snacks and drinks. Not sure how often they restock the prepared lunches, seemed a little low around 12:30pm naturally, so Im guessing they only have a certain amount premade for one day. I grabbed a Greek snack pack with hummus, taboli, olives & small pita bread pieces and it was really good! The parking lot is a little limited during prime time lunch, but other than that its convenient, clean, and inexpensive. Great for a snack or lunch on the go. Awesome gas prices too!

I came in December 21st to get gas and a coffee. I got my coffee with my Cumberland farms subscription then I used a gift card for gas. I told the cashier which pump I was at and all of a sudden there was an employee staring at me with his hands crossed and he said you need to come in the store I was told I need to watch you!!! I was being treated like a criminal. I contacted cumberland farms manager has yet to contact me!!

I love any Cumberland farms I go to north shore needs more of them!

Today is the second time I was treated disrespectfully. I had asked a simple question, and was appalled at the answer I was given in such a rude tone. I do apologize, but the staff needs better training.

Best place on the entire north shore to purchase food or drinks the entire staff is great (especially the overnight workers). The coffee is phenomenal and the gas is cheap and of course variety is to a tee.

Get smart pay and save 10¢ on every gallon!!!! Their coffee is awesome too!!!

Love this location. Its clean and always stocked, fresh coffee & slushy machines work. Gas prices are cheaper then anywhere else.
