Went thus location for a vacuum o ring repair kit insisted I you male with very long hair eating possible M..... cookie greet me and before even I finish he went yah we have brought the wrong part when I said dude I dont need this again.Before even explaining he start ooh you are giving me attitude really.went to other table the ballhead guy and the blond hair girl helped me and got the part I need.Question is how 🤔 with me being humble and otherwise the young with the long brown hair was high on something should be drug tested.need more details call or write me.

A+!! Fiance & I were about 2 hrs from home with a misfire in her Accord and shaking bad. We just made it to this store and the staff got me a coil and spark plug, and hooked me up with their OBDII scanner and let me borrow tools off their shelf to swap the parts in the parking lot. We made it home and these guys are awesome. Advance for the win

They have always had the parts I needed for pretty much any car after 2006. Ive bought breaks, rotors, batteries, random parts for this and that, and all kinds of supplies. Im never disappointed in their products or service. Customer for life.

Had to get new window wipers. They were very informative about the difference between the kinds of wipers and even installed them for me. They work great

Endicott location, white man with grey hair and mustache was not wearing mask. As I look at other reviews this doesnt seem to be the first time this location has had trouble with mask wearing. Normally go here for supplies but wont be returning since this made me so uncomfortable

Bad service the cashier who was an older man with facial hair seemed disinterested and when I wanted to use my rewards I was told I could not combine them which is reasonable but when I wanted to use a $10 one instead of a $5 one he got mad and rude. He also said wasn’t wearing a mask which he really should considering cases are spiking. Not going back to this location again

Didnt have enough of the gear oil I needed and I only needed two.

Great selection of parts and the staff are knowledgable and friendly. I came in looking for 8 spark plugs and a cabin air filter and I was out and on my way to fix my car within 10 minutes. Highly recommend stopping by for at-home-mechanics.

Great selection and decent prices. Took a star off because there only ever seems to be one employee working both the counter and phone when i shop which makes for longer waits in close environment with other shoppers. Auto zone across the street lways has at least 2 employees working.

Employee was not wearing mask, did not even have mask on persons. Will be shopping at Autozone going forward

Nice clean store. They can be really helpful but its usually at checkout time and not during shopping. It would be more beneficial to help somebody while theyre shopping as it would help checkout line move faster.

Terrible service. Took 10Minutes for 3 staff members to find a radiator hose. Then they took customers that came in after word. They had a line of 5 people and where to busy cracking jokes in the back. The old manager had this place on point. The lady working the computer didn’t even know how to search anything.

Never had a bad experience there. The staff are great. Even though it end up that the dealer wipers would work best, greatly appreciated all their help.

No one acknowledged me to ask of I needed help or to say hello I found what I needed ln my own. There were 3 to 4 people behind the counter involved in their own conversations.

Everyone was wearing a mask the only one not wearing one was the guy who helped me the older gentleman with a hat on other then that everything else ok

Store manager here is amazing. I had an issue with brake pads and they were out of stock of the ones I had originally bought. He handed me a box of the nicer more expensive pads and told me I was all set. Saved me alot of time and hassle. This is my go-to location for parts.
