Yudy, dont like attention, she say lies in the information, she really block my account intentional and my friends, I dont understand why his behavior is so evil and band intentions she lie and block international my account Olmos I loose my work for her. I cant understand 😪 why she is so evil with my and my friends is cruelty and is evident she dont like work or help and she no care the costumers..i dont understand how she manager this store if she do bad for the costumers .

This stores employees are running a scam. They claim the prices listed after rebate are for new customers only. My regular store does not care if you are new or old, the price is as listed. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This store is a rip off. I took my daughter in to get a Samsung phone. Advertised at 64.00. When I went to pay they said that price was for new customers only. I even asked if thats how it works at all stores and she said yes, its only for new customers. I just came from another store with the same address and the price was as advertised. This girl charged us over 120. For the phone

I do not like the new plan Im on I took the $50 unlimited plan and for an additional $10 for 10gb hotspot BUT it is not truly unlimited you only get 4G up to certain point and then youre stuck with 3G. the coverage in my area is not great. Plus they stiffed me on a $60 rebate I never received it and believe me I tried over and over and over for months the problem they didnt send a receipt when they mailed me my phone I shopped for it online at their site so it should have been okay but it wasnt I never got my $60 ....buyer beware if youre doing a rebate and the receipt doesnt come in the phone box start then it may take you months I never achieved my $60 rebate. Okay something new editing this I recently found out that my $10 only covers ten gigabytes of hotspot I was told and a hotspot for 10 bucks yeah well Just thought it was $10 extra for a hotspot so Im sure theyre going to rip me off on that too cuz how far does 10GB go really??? thats why I bought the unlimited plan, A limited plan is for speech, local and long distance, data, & text.An Unlimited already includes long-distance same as a limited so Im paying 50 bucks a month to talk, text, & data, extra for a hotspot so I can run my tablet. Yet at times I cant get through I have no bars at all!!!!! If I thought I could get a better deal somewhere else Id be there anybody got any ideas out there let me know thanks. Hello people as you have heard already Im not a fan of MetroPCS as a matter fact I QUIT them between the problems I mentioned earlier and the fact that they screwed me out of my $60 rebate on my phone by not including a receipt for that phone in the box when they sent me that phone because as we all know you need the receipt and the numbers on the box to obtain the refund. After months of fighting with them to send me a receipt which I never was able to obtain from them Ive had it this all started on August 3rd of last year when I received my phone and registered it with them I informed them at that time that I did not get a receipt I thought with them for months to no avail so they owe me $60 on top of all the really crappy service we get in the area. Oh and by the way I will keep you updated I have switched to Boost Mobile. I took the $60 unlimited plan which also includes 20 Gigabytes of hotspot a vast improvement over MetroPCS!!!! Double the gigabytes!!!!! Okay I have been with Boost now for 3 months I am also unhappy with them I took the $60 a month plan and they were supposed to give me my second month free when I called him to find out why they were charging me again instead of giving you a free month they said it was because I took the $60 plan and not the $50 plan so I dont screw them if I wanted crappy service and to be cheated I would have stayed with MetroPCS they have Amazon video now with the $60 plan might go back not sure yet anyway I lowered my plan to the $35 a month with Boost because I realize them at home more than anywhere so I can just use the data plan when Im away from the house so I dont need it jumbo data plan....

I bought a j7 and specifically asked if it had screen mirroring and the smart veiw remote she assured me it did. Turns out she lied to me and they wont let me return or exchange it only a few hours later go some where else.

Bought a new phone that required a nano sim card . All I wanted was my sim card to be cut to a smaller size, and I was willing to pay for it too. The woman behind the register claimed it would cost $46 and would not take the responsibility , and that I should go somewhere else. So I did.
