The owner and staff members were incredibly helpful, patient, and very pleasant to do business with! Everyone there has an extensive knowledge of sewing, and tailored experience that they use to really figure out what machine is best for not only your current needs but your potential needs as well. Services for machine repair were not too expensive, the in store selection of machines/tools were plenty, and the staff were very nice. Would definitely come back for any sewing needs!

Absolutely a wonderful shopping experience. Brought my 60+ year old Singer for service. It was in dire need of some TLC. Paul was knowledgeable, professional and informative. Not only did he complete the service sooner than expected, but he also showed me how to use an attachment that had come with the machine when my mother purchased it at a tag sale about 50 years ago. Paul did a great job on some window treatments for us, and did it quickly. I currently have a vintage sewing machine at his shop for repair. I would definitely recommend Stitch in Time.

Very helpful in choosing a sewing machine for my particular needs, setting me up with the necessary accessories, and showing me how to use it. Even helped troubleshoot part way through my project.

Found this store via Google maps looking for quilt shops. According to hours on Google they were open 12:00-4:00 on Sunday, but they were closed at 2:30 when I arrived. From outside it doesnt appear that they sell quilting fabric, just fabric for home decor (curtains and upolstery). They also advertise Miele vacuums and Janome sewing machines. So maybe the sewing machine sales make them a quilt shop??? Their website linked to Google maps only gives info about vacuum sales, nothing else. Wish I would have investigated more before making the drive there. Not a quilt shop in my opinion.

Had a very short conversation with someone there who didnt identify himself. Appears to be understaffed or just had very little interest in doing business with me.
