Do not use them for engraving. I brought them my daughters baby bracelet to engrave and as you can see the lettering is very shaky. It took 2 weeks to get the bracelet back and it’s clear they did not use a laser machine.

My friend and I went in there for sizing recently. Shan was super helpful! Not only could she tell from the first measurement what our sizes were, she patiently helped us browse through the entire store and custom catalog until we found styles that we loved, EVEN THOUGH she knew we werent ready to buy yet. She never gave us attitude like at the other jewelry stores in the mall (dont go to Kay!).Zales has pretty large and various selections, whether you have a small budget or skin allergies or want a special design.

Be aware that store actually closes at 8 PM now not at 10 PM like that their ad says

I love the flower arrangement and the selections of fresh flowers they made for my request. Staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Their gifts are top both, well researcher and worth very coin! Our engagement rings are still intact as new. Recommended!!

I love this place! Great selection, Great Staff, Great location. Ive been shopping here for years and always get amazing service. When they dont have what I want, they find it , call me and have it there in store for me in a matter of days. Ive shopped the competition, Theyre actually right next to a few other jewelry stores, but I always end up right back there. Better prices. Better product. No games. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone for ALL of their Jewelry needs. They also speak a multitude of different languages and can help anyone!

My engagement ring loses stones CONSTANTLY! When I take it to get it repaired it takes waaaaay too long. Currently they have had my ring for a month and half and no one can tell me when it will be ready. Zales is hoping I give up on brining my ring in to get fixed and in the meantime treating me like dirt. Its definitely not worth the hassle. Buy your jewelry somewhere else!!!

Bought an inexpensive engagement ring today and was asking a lot of questions. A wonderful worker there named Shan Jiang (Associate #1064686) was very nice and patient with me. I just wanted to give credit to her work because she did a great job working with me. I cant wait to pick up the ring after it gets resized!
