I recently bought a used van from Ali. I cannot be happier with the purchase because of the quality of the vehicle but more importantly the superb customer service. Every phone call and email was immediately responded to. The deal was straight forward and fair. A week after I bought the van, a check engine light turned on. I called Ali. Ali picked up my call and said it was probably something minor and that the engine light can come on for many different reasons. Ali then arranged for me to bring it to one of his family members dealership in Concord. I went to the dealership and they had a mechanic run a scan on the spot. The light turned on because of loose gas cap. I will purchase all of my used vehicles from Ali and EZ Dealership. They were very professional and honest in their dealings with me.
