I brought my 2013 Lexus in for glass and door repair after someone broke into my car and smashed the window. My experience at J&M was exceptional, with unusual friendliness, transparency and thoroughness throughout the process. No surprises, no gotcha moments. A little while later my car was ready and it looks good as/better than new. Hopefully I wont need repairs soon but I wont hesitate to give J&M my car in the future.
