Ordered delivery and got the Summer BLT and Chinese salad. I never even liked the concept of that sandwich (sounds boring), but Im now converted. First of all, it was big enough to have the other half for dinner. Second, it was such a fun and elevated take. The curried couscous I got as a side was super unique and tasty. I love the spice! The dressing for the salad is one of the best things Ive tried and super unique. Both items I got are somewhat high in calories considering the simplicity of the ingredients, but I just adjusted the rest of the day accordingly. I cant wait to try more items.

I never have considered eating plant based meat before until I found this place. The Unreal Reuben sandwich is better than the real thing. It’s so good! The lunch line was a bit long (sign of good food) so get there early if you have meetings at 1p. The whole area is under construction at the moment so a bit difficult getting there, but definitely worth the trouble. Parking is in the building garage in the back.

This is my favorite place for lunch. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. Ive been multiple times and food always comes out fast and with excellent service. I have to give a shout out to the staff and manager of this location who went above and beyond after our order was stolen. He ensured our food was remade and delivered super quickly. We are so grateful to them as we work in a hospital and cant leave to pick-up food. Thanks Mendicino Downtown staff!

Great concept with many allergen accommodations but regardless of those food is fresh, quality and tastes great! Ive only ever ordered lunch to go from here but were repeat customers. They also have superb customer service and if you ever have any issue with your food, reach out and they will make it right.Highly recommend their Summer Heirloom BLT which is a LTO deal. They dont cheap out on the bacon (you know how other places will use tissue paper thin bacon or only put one strip torn in half) and thick cuts of heirloom tomato. They also have a tasty honey drizzle that elevates the sandwich. Their Impossible Taco Salad is great even if youre not avoiding real meat (and Im not!). It has this good crunch and slightly spicy dressing. And their Mama Chens salad is a big hit at my office too. Salad To Go containers are also good!

This was my first visit to a Mendocino Farms restaurant. A friendly staff member helped with my order selection and brought it out to my table. The November to Remember sandwich was quite tasty and the kale salad equally so. Id recommend Mendocino Farms for a tasty sandwich, salad, or soup. Ill return to this location in Dallas soon. Maybe tomorrow : )

I was so happy to find they had gluten free bread options! Yay, first sandwich all week. Came out toasted (which I dont care for too much) and when I asked Tim to cut the sandwich he explained why they didnt. (Gluten-free bread is more fragile) I mentioned I didnt like it toasted and he offered to make me another sandwich. I declined because I couldnt stand the thought of wasting all that food because Im being high maintenance. He did bring me out a piece of untoasted bread which was perfect. He is the GM and was super helpful and embodied the core values they have on their wall. The side salad of kale and apples with cranberries was delicious also. My friends sandwich was delicious too but be aware...the side of spicy potato salad has some kick to it! Highly recommend this restaurant!

Tonight we really struggled to find a place to eat, as we are from out of town. We stumbled upon Mendocino’s and didn’t realize it was just before closing. The man at the front, Ryan O. was incredibly kind and accommodating. The staff was wonderful and the food was fresh, flavorful and delicious. The kind atmosphere made the meal even better. Grateful we encountered Ryan tonight!

So i ordered the Chimichurri steak u0026 Shishito Bowl as it has always been my favorite bowl to order. I received the order with ZERO Shishitos and so little steak and lots of cherry tomatos. it was disgusting and very disappointing!!!! Never again.

Normally Im not impressed with chains or franchises. Mendocino actually offers some really fresh healthy options for lunch or dinner. If youre looking for a sandwich or salad to go this is most likely your place.

Went with my girlfriend ! Such friendly service and short wait time to get our food. I ordered the pork belly bahn mi and I 100% would get it again!!! 💪💪

Food is good/fine, but the online ordering system seems to be dysfunctional more often than not. This is the third (and last) time Ive tried to order ahead, only to receive an email from their automated system 10 minutes before pickup telling me that the order wasnt even transmitted to the store. Im a busy guy and there are too many other options for me to waste my time with this poor UX anymore.

I like the ambiance of the facility,the food is great and diverse! Ave ,Tia u0026 Lettie are great servers and hostesses! I can imagine the team behind the scene! Ive seen the place get swarmed during rush hour and let me tell you miss Ave knows how to clear a house with satisfied customers! I highly recommend Mendocino farms!My personal favorite are the pork belly banhmi or simple chicken strips with house bbq sauce.

New restaurant, i was very exited for this to open up and i was able to make it for pre opening day. Food was tasty and service was great on the first day.

Love the sandwiches and salads here. So fresh and flavorful. Usually order online but I went in once and the staff were all so nice! Especially the young lady at the counter. She had good vibes. I didnt catch her name but she gave me a compliment on my piercing jewelry. Loved that. My only hang up is their sides. I havent found one that I really like yet and Im sure Ive tried almost all of them. That chicken sandwich though w the apple celery slaw! Ohhweee! So good!

I absolutely LOVE Mendocino Farms, I used to live in Addison and would go to their Addison location on a regular basis. Im kinda sad that now Im not close enough to this location to get it delivered but I definitely love it. The Dallas location is very nice and cute (as all of the tbh) their food is amazing and the thing that will always blow your mind is their quality of service. I always recommend Mendocino so if you havent tried it please do 😊

So disappointed. I order almost $30 in food and was flabbergasted when I received my order. I was missing an item and the portions were very small. I usually dont mind the portion size but if I finish a side in a few bites and half the container is still filled with juice, something is wrong. My other side was bland. Idk if I picked the wrong things or something. I was so excited to try this place too after I saw their vegan options ☹

Absolutely love their Turkey Avocado sandwich! Great staff and fast service!I miss going there regularly before the pandemic. I wish they had a location in South Dallas so that I could stop by more often now that I work fromhome.

UPDATE!! They reached out and were so attentive to this issue- SUPERB customer service. They emailed me back immediately and hence why I am updating my review, wowed my experience. They are notifying the staff to triple check orders come out properly and recipes made correctly as listed on the menu.loved mendo in Cali so I was stoked to try it here. I was a little disappointed as I ordered my regular sandwich (not-so-fired chicken sandwich) with 2 sauces on the side. I only received half my sandwich and 2 sauces but both bbq. Then we ordered the roasted beet salad and it was soooo 🥵 spicy. It’s supposed to be sweet and lemony. We ordered there and waited a while - probably should have ordered online. Lesson learned

I ordered the impossible taco salad and it wasnt tasty as I expected... Servers are friendly. The button to get water from vending machine was broke.. overall nice place to have lunch, good service but the food could use a little bit of improvement..

The “Not so Fried” chicken is quite possibly the best sandwich I’ve ever had. Seriously, it was so good and you can really taste how fresh and quality the food is. Can’t wait for my next!

Been wanting to try this place for a while now and it did not disappoint!!! To start, the staff were also so so incredibly friendly and helpful. I was truly taken back by how great the customer service was, definitely something special. As for the food, it was even better than I ever imagined. We got the not so fried chicken sandwich and seasonal heirloom BLT- wow!!!! Both were absolutely incredible, such good quality ingredients and amazing flavor! The BLT was probably one of the best I have ever ever had. Do yourself a favor and come try this spot!!!

Best salad and sandwich place ever.

Couldn’t have been happier to see my favorite sandwiches from California expand to Texas. The quality of the food is top notch, and you can’t beat their customer service and engaging staff. I’ve tried the entire menu, and there’s nothing that has ever left me even slightly disappointed.

Ive worked in downtown Dallas for 10 years and this is by far one of my favorite places! Their food is so good-- fresh, locally sourced, and absolutely delicious.

There is really nothing comparable to the food here when it comes to sandwiches, salads or generalized lunch foods.Have been 3 times. 2 were perfect. One wasn’t. The managers promptly took care of things without even having for us to make a comment - they just knew. Consider this your everyday option for food and catering in the Downtown / Uptown area.My ONLY complaint - they close after lunch..... JK....

This was my first ordering from them. The not so fried chicken sandwich was delicious! I loved the crunchies, which put the sandwich on a different level. My to-go order was quality checked, but they put the wrong drink in my bag, so I was bummed about that. Overall 5* for food.

The food and service was amazing! Ive been plant based for two years and Im always looking for new plant based restaurants or menu items that accommodate my dietary choices. We had the seasonal Mrs. Goldfarb’s Unreal Reuben and *chefs kiss*. My partner who is an occasional meat eater and east coast bred Reuben lover was apprehensive about the meat because its made with beets and hes not a fan, lol but boy oh boy! We were both pleasantly surprised by this delectable plant based masterpiece of a sammy. It was so flavorful, and the consistency of the meat was perfect. We also had the Impossible Burger Queen - ANOTHER ONE! The ciabatta bread was so soft and delicious and Impossible patty was prepared to perfection. I devoured the Impossible taco salad all by myself. The ingredients were well proportioned and fused together nicely. The service- Awesome! Ashli was so nice, welcoming, and well informed about the menu. She talked us through it as we were making decisions and really made the first time experience easy. Our food was expertly packed and we strolled to Klyde Warren park for an impromptu picnic (3 min walk). 10/10 would recommend. As a vegan there are very few places to get takeout. I was very excited when I saw their menu. Ordered several items and very tasty. Wish they had more vegan sides. They also take care in sourcing their products for good quality.

I ordered vegan Corn beef sandwich takeout from here. It was really good and very fresh. The only drawback was the Thousand Island dressing had some kind of smoky flavor in it and it really detracted from the otherwise delicious flavor of the sandwich. I think it’s better when you’re using vegan substitutes to try to make all the rest of the ingredients very traditional.

Ordered delivery with Mendocino and it was amazing. Got the pesto pasta side with the Chicken blt. 10/10
