Great place. Waiters are really nice and polity. Food ia good and u can get pizza by slice. Daily special for lunch is a good deal there.
The Good: The pizza is actually really good.The Bad: Ordered 2 pizzas online and picked up in the time they said it would be ready. Got home 15 mins away and the order was wrong. Ugh. Perhaps our fault for not checking? I called and they double checked to see if it was our mistake (it wasnt). I told them I will bring back the wrong order and get the correct order (30 mins roundtrip). Although this was very inconvenient I didnt mind because the pizza looked and smelled good. All they had to do was offer ANYTHING for their mistake. Perhaps a refund for the 1 out of 2 pizzas, a larger size, a few deserts, a gift card for next order...anything. It just seems like a logical service industry solution to make a customer over the top happy. This was not the case. I would have loved to hate the food and I never go back.The Conclusion: We will return. In all honesty the pizza was really good. My kids really liked it as well. Save yourself time and triple check your pick up order.Edit: One week later we called in another pizza. The manager remembered the ordeal and took care of our order! We recently moved to the LH and feel like weve found our go to NY Style pizza place.
This is a quick order restaurant. The pizza is NY style and delicious. The pastas are also great. The staff are always so friendly and hospitable as well. Stop by and you won’t be disappointed!
Good pizza, but the buffalo wings are terrible. They are heavily breaded with the sauce on the side. Not what I was expecting. But we have had both the regular pizza and the alfredo pizza. Both good.

Pizza wasn’t terrible crust wasn’t oiled tho and not ny style pizza. Good for Texas pizza. Price keeps going up tho for same thing. Staff are professional but shouldn’t be handling money and food without sanitizing handsEDIT: Ive lived in NY my whole life and know real NY style pizza but its not bad for Dallas i didnt write this review trying to hurt your business only being honest bout my 4 trips here. Try oiling your crust with olive oil it would keep the crust from drying out, Godbless your company i hope you have many years of success!

As I walked inside, they were playing cool old school jams at a low volume. Nice chill ambiance. I ordered the slice, salad and drink. For $7 you get 1 topping 🍕 but I went for a specialty slice for $8. The house dressing for the salad is delicious, I inhaled it so fast I forgot to take a picture lol. For the slice I got sausage, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, hamburger and cheese. The cook grabbed the dough and made the slice to order. They certainly arent shy about piling on the meat for a meat lover like myself. The thin crust is fantastic. The table has a variety of additions like garlic, oregano, parmesan and crushed red pepper. I recommend taking a friend or 2 and splitting a whole pizza pie. 🍕
Known to me as the company cafeteria south, I often enjoy their daily slice special with house dressing for a very reasonable price alongside a co-worker or two. Great place, great food, great service!
Today I had the Worst experience ever!!The manager was the rudest person Ive ever dealt with my entire life. Few of the coworkers heard the conversation I had with him over the phone and they were shocked.
Received flyer in the mail and after 2 bad experiences with the pizza place we normally used, I thought we would give Primo Brothers a try. GREAT DECISION! Best tasting pizza we have had in a long time. Will calling back to try other menu items for sure!!

They don’t wear masks and the manager is rude to customers. The food is great but I want to feel respect from the places I spend my money. This has happened several times so not just an isolated bad day.

Placed order online to go at 708 pm. I ordered xlarge pepperoni and Italian sausage thin crust square cut , cheese pizza, and fettuccine Alfredo. I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order. It was not ready when I arrived. They said it would be 20-25 more minutes. I waited and waited. Others received their orders to go as I patiently waited. I finally received my order and luckily I checked the order because it was wrong. It was not even close to what I ordered and they claim it was mixed up in another box for another customer. I still had to wait an additional few minutes for my pizza to be ready. It finally comes out and this time I didn’t check because I thought they would have gotten the order right. It was not thin crust not square cut. I understand they were busy and “short handed” however the order accuracy is important especially for the quality expected. I attempted to call and speak with manager and was left on hold for over 10 minutes. Their quality has goes down hill since Covid began and will not return.

After several times where they messed up our orders, I have to give up on this place. Last time we got home and they gave us the wrong pizza and I had to drive back to get the right one... wasted 30 minutes... no apology, not even hello when we entered the store. Owners obviously dont care. Customer service is zero. Management is non existent and not trying to fix anything... dont go here.
Great place. Nice sit-down but semi self serve. You order at the counter and get your own drinks. They bring your food to you. Family owned and well taken care of. Slice Express is a great value. $7 total including tax. Big Slice of pizza side salad and a drink. I tried the spinach ravioli today. My new favorite
Driving around in North Dallas looking for a good Italian mom and pop shop and googled pulled this up. Very friendly family vibe which was a super plus bc those are rare now a days ! Order a couple of staples ( chick parm / spaghetti) and the brisket pizza . Everything super solid but the brisket pizza is what stood out and was the mvp of the night . We def recommend to try if your in the area !

This is a Great Pizza Place. Large delicious slices and very good pricing!! They said delivery was going to be 55- 60 minutes understandable on a Saturday night, our pizza was hot and fresh at only 45 minutes.Very delighted to find them.
I have been going n LOVING this place since I was in high school. The early 80s when the 1st opened up. Never regretted anything Ive ever bought there. And that fact that they are CHRISTIAN FAMILY based OWN, puts ❤ in my heart. And dancing💃 taste buds in my mouth.🤤😜

Primo Brothers is a great place to eat! Their pizza crust is to die for and it just melts in your mouth. Even if they are very busy the food is worth the wait. I love the spaghetti and eggplant parmesan . You should do yourself a favor and go try this place!
The people were nice. They had a pretty good deal on the pizzas. However, the pizza dough was too hard/chewy. The cheese was thick and runny. I was a little disappointed considering that it’s my first time here. I hope today was just a bad day for them.

Doesnt look like much from the street if you can find it, but its well worth a visit. Pizza is top notch and if you like calzone or Stromboli, look no further. BYOB - clean place and not a bad spot for a date. (especially if you prefer your wine without the 400% markup). Friendly staff too

Very dissatisfied. Not only did our delivery order take over an hour to receive, (which to be fair is what we were told) ...the pizza was very cold and there were no utensils for the food. We called Slice Life to complain. Owner of Primo Brothers Pizza said that they have food warmers at the restaurant and so too bad on cold food delivery and utensils for eating their food have to be specially requested. We ordered this through Slice Life. Slice Life was very accommodating and gave us a gift certificate for the bad food that Primo Brothers presented. A+++ for Slice life but do not order from Primo Brothers unless you enjoy cold congealed food where owner doesn’t stand behind the products that he serves and tells you too bad.

We wanted to love it - it arrived cold post delivery... no sauce really - maybe no flavor except the dry oregano topping? :( wish it were piping hot to get the real feel

It was perfect right out of the box. Not sure where the bad reviews come from. Some people are just hard to please. Will definitely order again!

This is my second time here and Id have to say this is the best pizza Ive had. Nevertheless, this may be my last time coming. Ive never been to a place that went out of their way to make people of color feel uncomfortable, from the workers to the dine-in customers. Not the best feeling.
My favorite style of pizza is New York style and I have tried numerous places in the DFW area, but this may be my favorite spot. I love the great lunch deals with a big slice, salad, and drink for under $8. Buying a whole pizza is just as cheap as the chain restaurants but a million times better with a thin crispy crust and very tasty.
They have fresh ingredients and good pizza, with the exception of the deep dish. I was severely disappointed. Its bread heavy. About an inch of thick bread and a crisp bottom. This is that type of pizza that doesnt really have an outside crust. Its just flat and rectangular and is the same width as the rest of the pizza. They can get away with this on this type of deep dish pizza because the toppings arent proportionate to the amount of bread there is. Crust holds on the sauce, cheese and toppings, but theres not enough toppings on their pizza so it doesnt need an actual crust. Its a shame because their toppings are delicious and fresh. Amazing sauce. Ive eaten their regular pizza before and it was delicious and well made. Well made deep dish pizza is amazing, saucy and loaded with cheese. Primo Brothers deep dish is not.

The food here is excellent and very different take on Italian. My only suggestion is to refresh the dining area, namely the booth seats. Always a pleasant experience.

To be honest, I didnt expect much and because Pizza Hut was close by too, I almost defaulted to them, but Im so glad I chose Primo Brothers. It has been a while since Ive had an excellent pizza but this was up there for sure! I cant even remember what I ordered. It was just a blur of deliciousness from start to finish. Give them a chance. Pop in or opt for delivery if you live near! Theyre really good at what they do!

This has become my favorite pizza place. I used to order Pizza Hut or Papa Johns delivery, theyre good and they deliver so its very convenient. Now I order from Primo Brothers because the flavor and crunch factor of their pizzas are superb! Not to mention the variety and willingness to customize. Absolutely worth the 15 min drive to pick up pizza every time!
Price to service/product ratio is what left me dissatisfied. It was nearly $30.00 for a pizza, small salad, and a 2 liter coke. They said it would be between 45 min to an hour, but it took over an hour. The lady on the phone was passive aggressive. The crust on the pizza was tough and chewy. I will not use then for delivery.

To go order was ready when premised. Fettuccine Alfredo was disappointing, honestly tasted like sauce you buy in a grocery store. Bread had some kind of seasoning that was reddish orange but had no flavor, not even garlic. Maybe next time Ill try pizza instead.
We have ordered from them 20+ years. Tonight they got our order wrong. The wrong size was sent, not enough for our family. We offered to send the wrong one back, but were told to keep it. Manager called and informed us she would send a medium to make up the difference nope.. thats more crust not ingredients... we dont eat the crust. I asked her to send a large ( our original order was extra large family pizza) Manager was very rude! We will NEVER order again. Pizza used to be good enough to compensate for the New York experience.. still okay, but not the best. NOT AGAIN FOR OUR FAMILY!

Me and my husband have been ordering from here for over 2 years. Up until now the service and food have been awesome! Until today, we initially called to place an order and was was told a wait time of an hour and 15 minutes. No biggie its Friday.When 6:30 rolled around we called to check the status and the guy that answers tells us Its in transit. 7 pm rolls around around and our pizza is finally delivered, but its cold !So we place a call to the store to notify them that we placed an order at 5pm, did not receive it until 7 pm (cold mind you), and the manager who spoke to us told us in quite the flippant fashion of a sullen teenager response was Its Friday, Im sorry that you had to wait on a Friday, thats our usual wait time. somehow he was unable to empathize with us merely due to the fact of us RECEIVING our order.The point is that its cold! And we have been ordering from you all for 2 years at least twice a month.This will be the last time that we order from here. Very disappointed in the service today.

The food was delicious. I orders the baked ziti and my friend had the shrimp scampi and garlic bread. The baked ziti was cheesy perfection. The shrimp in the shrimp scampi were a decent size. And the garlic bread was perfect.I just wish the fly that was buzzing around would have left us alone.
