If you are a truck driver.Dont come here for a load.Im telling you from personal experience, I was waiting on my load and then next thing I know a cop pulled over and gave me a ticket for waiting outside the company. But theres no other place to park at this location. WHERE IN HELL ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO PARK??????ANYWAYS ...........my humble opinion to you is, if you dont wanna get fined. Like me and 7 others drivers did.......DONT TAKE LOADS FROM THIS PLACE.......I took a picture of the ticket for those who might not believe me..... 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲

Worst place ever to get loaded from, appointment at 11:30 got a door at 3:30 and now waiting to get loaded, also you have to park out of the company on the streetWish can give negative stars

Loaded quick after getting to dock. Have to unhook and park on the street to be loaded. Parking is limited. Overall not a bad experience

Where should I start? If I could give this place 0 stars I would.First, the man that checks you in is rude as hell. He always has something negative to say when I check in. Speaking with other drivers that go into the business he speaks to us drivers with no respect. We are humans too. I would definitely avoid this place unless you really have to pick up a load. I prefer the nice lady that also helps the man out. She is really nice. But if youre a first timer be prepared to get the rundown by the man in the front.

I got there 25 minutes before my appointment time, there is parking on the road in front of shipping office. They prefer you get there only 30 minutes before appointment time. Space is limited. People were friendly and I was out of there in 50 minutes. No problems.

They book too many trucks at one time, and when you arrive for your appointment, they tell you to park on the street (which has no parking signs all up and down it). Then, when you go back in after youre told to, they say that you missed your appointment time because you left the premises, even though they were the ones who made you leave in the first place. This could be a way of them getting out of paying detention pay, which they probably had no intention of paying anyway. Ive been here over 4 hours now, and am still waiting to get unloaded. Theyve already caused me to miss my reload, and Ill now have to stay here throughout the holiday weekend.Unless you have nothing better to do with your time than to sit in your truck all day in the Texas heat, putting yourself at risk of getting a ticket from the Dallas P.D. (who have assured me that it is indeed illegal to park on this street, as the signs clearly state), then I suggest that you do your best to avoid this place!

10 a.m. appt and I arrived at 9:30. Put in the door at 4 p.m. and now it is 8 hours later and they havent even started on me. Whoever gave this place 5 stars works here. I will never come back here. P.S. the police were writing tickets for parking on the street.

The place runs very efficient when drivers show up on time for their appts.not 6 hours early and follow directions. they handle high volume of trucks.never had any issues with people working there,but then I show up 30 minutes before apt and get in and out.only issue Ive had is with other drivers blocking the way and not wanting to move causing congestion.

No place to park , street lined with no parking signs ,if you have to drop your trailer yould think they would have a holding area ,NOT !!! No truck stop within a reasonable distance,Wallmart,Lowes,HomeDepot, NOTHING! More hassle than its worth,avoid at all costs !!!

I readed alot of the comments before it opened and was thinking of changing my load assignment but I needed find out for myself, i had 08:30 appointment and was able to check in early, the gentleman behind the counter was not rude, I give him respect and I got it back and this was my frist time here. Being polite goes a long way

Zero stars actually.830 checked in9 am appointment.917 Dallas police offered to ticket me if I didnt move.951 finally assigned a door.1400 trailer was loaded.

Never hauling a load here again guy you check in with is rude as hell I had three more trucks coming this way and canceled the loads

Been sitting here waiting to get unloaded since 8:30 with a 9 am appt it is now 1:49 and still waiting

No parking. They schedule entirely too many drivers for the same appointment time, then tell them to park on the street (which is prohibited). On top of that, the guy who you check in with is rude.
